Abstract

The present invention provides an exercise device comprising: a first inclination plate which is disposed by forming an inclination with the ground, wherein the first inclination plate is in contact with the palm of one hand of a user; and a second inclination plate which is disposed by forming an inclination with the ground at the same angle as an angle at which said first inclination plate is inclined on the ground, wherein the second inclination plate is in contact with the palm of the other hand of the user, wherein a distance between a part at which said first inclination plate adjoins the ground and a part at which said second inclination plate adjoins the ground is formed to be larger than a distance between an opposite end of the part at which said first inclination plate adjoins the ground and an opposite end of the part at which said second inclination plate adjoins the ground.
