Abstract

A weight plate comprises a generally disc-shaped body, a flat base portion and a handle at a top end thereof. The weight plate includes an aperture positioned generally centrally or eccentrically. The weight plate of the invention combines features of both a standard weight plate and a kettlebell. As such, the invention is adapted for use with a bar or separately in the form of a kettlebell.
