Abstract

본 발명은 발광다이오드 램프용 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 종래의 램프에 있어 SMPS 케이스와 몸체 케이스가 알루미늄으로 제작되어 무겁고 전력소모가 많으며 제조원가비용의 상승되는 것을 줄이기 위해 SMPS 케이스와 몸체 케이스를 유백색의 광확산 폴리카보네이트의 재질로 대체함으로써, 케이스의 경량화는 물론 제조원가의 비용을 절감시킬 수 있고, 인쇄회로기판(PCB)용 프레임의 양쪽의 끝부분에 경사각을 형성하여 줌으로써, LED 램프의 빛을 사방면(四方面)으로 발산시킬 수 있어 넓은 조사각에 따른 측광이 가능하며, 투명한 렌즈부 내부에 허니컴(벌집) 구조의 볼록렌즈를 형성하여 줌으로써, 넓은 측광을 유지할 수 있고 분광의 효과로 눈부심이 적게 할 수 있음은 물론 다수의 LED 중에서 어느 하나가 파손되더라도 내부의 구성이 자세히 보이지 않아 LED 램프의 외관상 미려함을 유지할 수 있고, 렌즈부와 몸체 케이스의 결합 형태를 후크 타입으로 형성함으로써, 원터치(one touch)로 결합할 수 있어 결합이 용이하며, 몸체 케이스와 결합되는 SMPS 케이스의 둘레에 아래로 굽은 형태의 공기구멍을 다수개로 형성함으로써, LED 램프의 내부에서 발생된 열을 외부로 용이하게 방출시킬 수 있음은 물론 수분이나 습기가 LED 램프의 내부로 침투되는 것을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
