每一个弹子孔道, 依弹子、 弹子、 弹簧的次序进行装配弹子和弹簧, 再将锁体的弹子孔道用铅锡合金打上铅封。 弹簧的作用是将两段弹子总是 顶向锁芯弹子挡筋部位, 使得可旋转的锁芯与锁体的分界面总有弹子的横 隔而不能旋转, 使之处于锁闭状态。
根据每一个弹子孔道装配的两段弹子的长度比的不同组合, 构成了钥 匙齿长的不同编码。 钥匙每一个齿的长度, 必须对应恰好使锁芯内的每一 颗弹子的末端推至锁芯与锁体的分界面, 才能转动钥匙使锁芯旋转而解锁。
公知技术的弹子锁由于必须的弹子弹簧的存在, 其不足表现为: 一方 面因弹簧易于生锈, 不能用于经常接触水的场合; 另一方面, 弹簧始终保 持推压弹子的作用, 使得了解弹子锁结构的人员, 可以借助简单工具, 探 试感知每一个弹子孔道内两段弹子的分界面与锁体和锁芯分界面的位置, 进而不用专门钥匙也能打开锁具; 再者, 在一个弹子孔道必须使用两颗或 两颗以上弹子, 无法使用一个弹子, 而只有一颗弹子的弹子孔道, 具有极 强的加密性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种没有弹子弹簧, 既不会生锈、 更不易非法 打开的适于锁闭腕带式电子监控终端的腕带、 改良现有筒式手铐以及其它 用途的无簧弹子锁。
由于取消了弹簧, 本发明必须配置对应的两把钥匙, 一把钥匙的柱齿 为解锁齿, 另一把钥匙对应的柱齿为代替弹簧的推力齿。 解锁齿柱和推力 齿柱不局限于某一边, 两段弹子分界面与钥匙柱齿对应的编码方式可以随 机两边编, 以增加非法解锁的复杂性。 一个弹孔内的弹子数可以为一颗、 两颗或两颗以上, 只有一颗弹子时, 解锁齿柱的端面与弹子的接触面对应 锁芯与锁体的分界面。
本发明取消了现有公知弹子锁的弹子弹簧, 不仅没有弹簧生锈的弊端, 尤其适用于经常接触水的场合, 比如监狱内外特殊人群强制持续性佩戴的 腕带式电子监控终端的腕带夹锁、 改良公知技术的筒式手铐; 更重要是, 没有了弹子弹簧, 每一个弹子孔道内的弹子随机停留在孔道, 所处的位置 不确定, 即使了解锁具结构的人员, 也无法非法解锁。
本发明的技术方案:
一种由锁体、 锁芯、 弹子和配对钥匙组成的无簧弹子锁, 锁体内有锁 芯槽、 锁体两侧至少有一个同心对应的弹子孔道、 锁体两外侧有与弹子孔 道同心对应的 (钥匙的) 柱齿孔, (钥匙的) 柱齿孔的直径小于弹子直径; 锁芯横向钻有与锁体弹子孔道相同直径的、 同心对应的弹子孔道; 每一只 锁具配置柱齿对应的两把钥匙, 一把钥匙的柱齿为解锁齿, 另一把钥匙对 应的柱齿则为推力齿, 两把钥匙对应柱齿的长短互补, 使同一弹子孔道内 的弹子分界面与锁体和锁芯其中一边的分界面一致; 两把钥匙必须同时对 应插入锁具, 抽出钥匙后才能推动或转动锁芯解锁。
本发明所述的弹子分界面, 是指弹子与弹子的接触面, 或指弹子与钥 匙柱齿的接触面 (一个弹子孔道内只有一颗弹子时)。
本发明所述的钥匙的解锁齿和推力齿, 在两把配对钥匙上随机任意排 列, 而不局限于那一把钥匙排列解锁齿, 那一把钥匙排列推力齿, 可以增 加编码的复杂性, 从而加大非法解锁的难度。
本发明因为没有弹簧而用钥匙柱齿代替弹簧, 可以在一个弹子孔道内 只装一颗弹子 (尤其是在同一颗弹子上增设一道分段痕时), 具有极强的加 密性, 即使了解锁具结构的人员, 也难以探视真正的分界面而非法解锁。
本发明涉及的锁芯, 其特征在于锁芯为滑块结构, 锁芯上面有推柄, 锁芯横向钻有与锁体弹子孔道相同直径的同心对应的弹子孔道; 锁芯可以 在锁芯槽内左右滑动。
锁芯为滑块结构, 锁芯被封夹在锁体和 (锁芯) 底盒内侧的锁芯槽之间, 并可以左右滑动。 锁芯为滑块结构时, 可以设计出适用于多种用途的锁具, 比如替代铅封的无铅铅封锁、 尤其是锁闭带状物的夹锁等。
一种由锁体和 (锁芯) 底盒、 滑块锁芯、 带状物托盘、 弹子、 配对钥 匙组成的锁闭带状物的无簧弹子锁, 其特征在于锁芯为滑块结构, 锁芯上 面有推柄、 端头有锁销, 锁芯被封夹在锁体和 (锁芯) 底盒内侧的锁芯槽 之间; 锁体顶面开有推柄镂空滑槽, 锁体的左端内侧有锁扣槽, 右端内下 侧有锁体转销; 锁体对称外侧的 (钥匙的) 柱齿孔、 锁体两侧的弹子孔道 与锁芯弹子孔道同心对应; 带状物托盘的左端有锁扣、 托盘上有至少一个 齿柱, 托盘的右端有开口的转销槽; 锁体右下端的转销从托盘右端的内开 口嵌入转销槽, 组成锁体与托盘的可以转动的铰链; 锁闭状态时, 转动铰 链, 托盘上面的锁扣伸入锁体左内下侧的锁扣槽, 锁芯向左推出, 锁芯的 锁销插入托盘的锁扣; 每一弹子孔道内装有至少一颗弹子, 每一只锁具配 置两把有对应柱齿的钥匙, 一把钥匙的柱齿为解锁齿, 另一把钥匙对应的 柱齿则为推力齿, 两把钥匙对应柱齿的长短互补, 使同一弹子孔道内的弹 子的分界面与锁体和锁芯其中一边的分界面一致; 两把钥匙必须同时对应 插入锁具, 抽出钥匙后才能将锁芯向右推动, 使锁销退出锁扣而解锁。
本发明专门针对腕带式电子监控终端设计, 被锁物件是电子监控终端 两端的两段腕带, 两段腕带的叠加段, 穿有孔, 托盘上面的齿柱穿过腕带 孔而锁闭。 腕带不穿孔而敷设尼龙搭扣时, 托盘上面不必设置齿柱。
一种由锁体和 (锁芯) 底盒、 滑块锁芯、 弹子、 配对钥匙组成的锁闭 线状物的无簧弹子锁, 其特征在于锁芯为滑块结构, 锁芯上面有推柄、 锁 芯左端头有可以伸出或缩进锁体的穿线孔, 锁芯被封夹在锁体和 (锁芯) 底盒内侧的锁芯槽之间; 锁体顶面开有推柄镂空滑槽; 锁体对称外侧的(钥 匙的) 柱齿孔、 锁体两侧的弹子孔道与锁芯弹子孔道同心对应; 每一弹子 孔道内装有至少一颗弹子, 每一只锁具配置两把有对应柱齿的钥匙, 一把 钥匙的柱齿为解锁齿, 另一把钥匙对应的柱齿则为推力齿, 两把钥匙对应 柱齿的长短互补, 使同一弹子孔道内的弹子的分界面与锁体和锁芯其中一 边的分界面一致; 两把钥匙必须同时对应插入锁具, 抽出钥匙后才能将锁 芯向右推动, 使穿线孔伸出锁体, 封闭环线状物才可抽出穿线孔而解锁。
本发明涉及的锁芯, 锁芯为圆柱结构, 锁芯横向钻有与锁体弹子孔道 相同直径的同心对应的弹子孔道; 锁芯可以在锁芯槽内旋转。
所述弹子锁还包括外筒, 所述锁体和锁芯均为圆柱结构, 锁体和锁芯 均位于外筒内, 在外筒的两侧开有柱孔, 所述柱孔、 柱齿孔和弹子孔道在 同一轴心线上; 在锁芯上设置有操作柄, 在锁体和锁芯上分别设置有开锁 槽 A和开锁槽 B, 所述操作柄贯穿锁体和锁芯上的开锁槽 A和开锁槽 B。
锁芯为圆柱结构时, 可以用于改良公知有簧弹子锁, 尤其可以用于改 良筒式手铐。
一种由外筒、 锁体、 锁芯、 卡簧挡圈、 锁芯转动柄、 齿轮棘爪机构、 弹子和配对钥匙组成的筒式手铐的无簧弹子锁, 其特征在于筒式手铐的筒 体内壁, 装有筒式锁体, 圆柱锁芯伸入锁体内筒; 筒体外壁与锁体固定凹 点对应有至少有一个固定冲压凹点; 筒体对称两侧钻有 (钥匙的) 柱齿孔、 锁体对称两侧和锁芯横向对应钻有直径相等的贯通弹子孔道, 筒体 (钥匙 的) 柱齿孔与弹子孔道对应, 筒体 (钥匙的) 柱齿孔直径小于弹子直径; 每个弹子孔道至少装有一颗弹子; 锁体右端口内壁直径略大于通体内径, 形成内凹台面, 圆柱锁芯右端的直径略大于锁芯通体直径, 形成外凸台面, 锁体内凹台面与锁芯外凸台面接触, 构成锁芯左向限位界面; 圆柱锁芯左 端加工有卡簧挡圈槽, 穿过锁体内筒的锁芯卡簧挡圈槽上, 装配有卡簧挡 圈, 构成锁芯右向限位界面; 锁芯右端面中心开有三角沉孔, 锁体右端的 外沿, 有三个状态位凹点, 锁芯转动柄与凹点径向对应位有一个凸起; 手 铐齿轮棘爪机构的三角转柄伸进锁芯三角沉孔, 三角转柄上套有锁芯转动 柄; 每一付手铐配置两把有对应柱齿的钥匙, 一把钥匙的柱齿为解锁齿, 另一把钥匙对应的柱齿则为推力齿, 两把钥匙对应柱齿的长短互补, 使同 一弹子孔道内的弹子的分界面与锁体和锁芯其中一边的分界面一致; 两把 钥匙必须同时对应插入锁具, 抽出钥匙后才能拨动锁芯转动柄旋转, 从而 改变手铐齿轮棘爪机构的锁紧状态。
本技术方案是对现有公知筒式手铐锁具的改良, 在公知的筒式手铐的 齿轮棘爪机构左端的三角转柄段, 将外筒长度增加 L段, 并在 L段外筒内 增加本发明的无簧弹子锁组件, 即成为非破坏性手段不能解锁的筒式手铐。 1筒式手铐的齿轮棘爪机构为公知技术, 不加赘述, 其结构附图亦未示出。
当拨动锁芯转动柄, 转动柄的凸起分别与锁体右端面外沿的三个状态 点对应时, 齿轮棘爪有三种不同状态: 齿轮不能转动 (锁紧状态)、 齿轮单 向转动 (手铐只能压紧) 和齿轮双向转动 (解锁状态)。
本发明的工作过程 要锁闭本发明所述的锁具时, 将锁芯推动或旋转, 使锁芯的弹子孔道 和锁体的弹子孔道处于同心对应状态, 并给以锁具轻微的振动或转动, 弹 子孔道内的弹子将会随机改变在弹子孔道内的位置, 若干个弹子孔道内的 诸多弹子, 必然有弹子横跨锁体于锁芯的分界面, 锁芯便不能滑动或旋转 而锁闭。 需要开锁时, 将配对钥匙, 对应插入锁具。 两把钥匙对应柱齿的 长短互补, 使同一弹子孔道内的弹子的分界面与锁体和锁芯其中一边的分 界面一致, 抽出钥匙后, 便能左右推动或旋转锁芯而解锁。
本发明的显著优点在于:
1、 没有弹簧, 不存在弹簧生锈的问题。 尤其适用于用于监管目的腕带 式电子监控终端的腕带夹锁、 改良现有公知同时手铐、 无铅铅封锁、 文件 箱或提包锁、 摩托车或玻璃门用叉锁 (附图未示出) 等。
2、 因为用钥匙柱齿代替弹簧, 可以在一个弹子孔道内只装一颗弹子或 多可弹子, 具有极强的加密性, 即使了解锁具结构的人员, 也难以探视真 正的分界面而避免非法解锁。

锁芯 3在锁体 2内前后滑动。 锁体 2内的孔为圆形孔, 锁芯 3圆柱形。 锁芯 3在锁体 2内前后滑动或转动。 锁芯 3的操作柄 307贯穿锁体 2开锁 槽 A210, 至外筒 12的开锁槽 B308外。 操作柄 307可以设置在锁芯 3的侧 面, 也可以设置在锁芯 3的端面 (附图未示出)。

3.如权利要求 1所述的无簧弹子锁,其特征是:弹子锁还包括托盘(5), 所述锁体 (2) 为盒状, 所述托盘 (5) 的一端通过转销 (205) 与锁体 (2) 的一端连接, 在所述托盘 (5) 的另一端设置有锁扣 (501), 在锁体 (2) 的另一端设置有与锁扣 (501) 相配合的锁扣槽 (206); 所述锁芯 (3) 分 为底盒 (207) 和活动地设置在底盒 (207) 中部的锁销 (302), 所述锁销
(302)的一端与锁扣槽(206)对应,所述在锁芯(3)上设置有推柄(303), 在所述锁体 (2) 的上端面对应推柄 (303) 设置有滑槽 (204), 所述推柄
(303) 位于滑槽 (204) 内。
4.如权利要求 3所述的无簧弹子锁, 其特征是: 在托盘 (5) 内侧端面 上设置有至少一个齿柱 (502)。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的无簧弹子锁, 其特征是: 所述弹子锁还包括外 筒(12), 所述锁体(2)和锁芯 (3)均为圆柱结构, 锁体(2)和锁芯 (3) 均位于外筒( 12 )内,在外筒 (12)的两侧开有柱孔 (1201),所述柱孔 (1201), 柱齿孔 (201) 和弹子孔道 (301) 在同一轴心线上; 在锁芯 (3) 上设置有 操作柄 (307), 在锁体 (2)和外筒 (12) 上分别设置有开锁槽 A (210) 和 开锁槽 B (1202), 所述操作柄 (307) 贯穿锁体 (2) 和外筒 (12) 上的开 锁槽 A (210) 和开锁槽 B (1202)。
6.如权利要求 1所述的无簧弹子锁, 其特征是: 所述锁体 (2) 和锁芯 (3) 均为圆柱结构, 锁体 (2) 右端口内壁直径大于通体内径, 形成内凹 台面, 锁芯 (3) 右端的直径略大于锁芯 (3) 通体直接, 形成外凸台面, 锁体 (2) 内凹台面与锁芯 (3) 外凸台面接触, 构成锁芯 (3) 左向限位界 面;锁芯(3)左端设置有卡簧挡圈槽,在卡簧挡圈槽上设有卡簧挡圈(305), 构成锁芯(3)向右限位界面; 在锁芯(3)右端面中心设有三角沉孔(306), 在锁体 (2) 右端的外沿设有三个状态定位凹点 (208), 在锁体 (2) 的外 壁上设置有冲压凹点 (801)。
7.—种具有权利要求 6所述的无簧弹子锁的手铐, 其特征是: 所述手 铐包括筒体 (8)、 转动柄 (9) 和齿轮棘爪 (10), 所述锁体 (2) 位于筒体
(8)内,在筒体 (8)的内壁上设置有与冲压凹点 (801)配合的凸点(209), 在所述转动柄 (9) 上设置有与定位凹点 (208) 配合的凸起 (902), 所述 转动柄 (9) 通过三角转轴 (1001) 与锁芯 (3) 的三角沉孔 (306) 连接, 所述齿轮棘爪 (10) 位于筒体 (8) 内且位于转动柄 (9) 外侧。
8.—种与无簧弹子锁相配合的钥匙, 其特征是: 所述钥匙(1)为两把, 在钥匙 (1) 上设置有柱齿 (103), 两把钥匙 (1) 上的柱齿 (103) 互为解 锁齿和推力齿。
