Abstract

본 발명은 스마트 서비스 로봇 운영 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 서비스 어플리케이션을 저장 및 관리하고, 지능형 서비스 로봇으로부터의 서비스 어플리케이션 요청에 따라 해당 서비스 어플리케이션을 제공하는 통합 관제 서버, 특정 서비스 어플리케이션을 상기 통합 관제 서버에 요청 및 다운로드 받아, 해당 서비스를 제공하는 지능형 서비스 로봇을 포함한다. 따라서 본 발명에 따르면, 지능형 서비스 로봇을 이용하고 있는 사용자가 지능형 서비스 로봇의 운용과 관련한 특정 목적의 어플리케이션이 필요한 경우, 온라인을 통해 용이하게 다운로드받아 자신의 지능형 서비스 로봇에 적용하여 로봇이 제공하는 서비스를 용도에 맞게 최적화하여 사용할 수 있다.
