Abstract

본 발명은 다공질의 3차원 지지체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 다공질의 3차원 지지체는 생분해성 고분자로 이루어진 튜브형의 환편 내부에 벌키성이 부여된 생분해성 멀티 필라멘트 가연사가 삽입된 구조이며, 환편의 네트형 망 구조와 생분해성 멀티 필라멘트 가연사에 부여된 10∼150㎛의 기공에 의해 다공질이면서, 상기 생분해성 멀티 필라멘트 가연사가 환편 내부에 삽입 고정되어 150 내지 1000%의 벌키성이 부여됨으로써, 지지체 내부 공간의 연결성이 우수하여 안정적인 3차원 구조상에서 세포배양, 세포전달 또는 약물전달 용도에 최적화된다.
