本发明涉及一种汽车内饰件, 特别是一种汽车顶棚内饰板。
背景技术
随着轿车的普及, 人们对车内的空气安全要求越来越高, 降低车内有 害物质成为汽车设计的问题。 作为必备的汽车内饰材料成为解决这一问题 的一个方向。授权公告号为 CN2436362 Y公开了一种汽车顶棚内饰板, 它 由无纺毡粘附到基板组成, 此基板在 PP板材加工成蜂窝状, 无纺毡为印 花无纺。 这种顶棚内饰板设计务实, 适用范围广泛, 但它不具备改善车内 的空气质量。 发明内容
本发明的目的是为了满足用户对车内的空气质量安全要求, 提供了一 种可降解车内空气中有害物质的汽车顶棚内饰板, 在达到车内美观的同时 改善了车内的空气质量。
为了实现上述发明目的, 本发明采用下述技术方案: 一种汽车顶棚内 饰板, 为多层结构, 包括内层的基材、 表层的装饰层以及中间的緩沖层, 在装饰层的内侧面粘结有抗菌涂层,所述抗菌涂层采用无机抗菌材料制成。 基材起骨架作用, 緩沖层能够作为装饰层的内村, 无机抗菌材料制成的抗 菌涂层可以通过吸收光能、 热能等各种能量在表面产生具有强氧化能力的 电子空穴对, 从而有效的分解消除车内甲醛、 苯、 氨等各种有害物质和致 病细菌, 装饰层作用是使外表更加美观。
作为优选方案, 所述基材与緩沖层之间填充隔音材料。 隔音材料能有 效降低车外的噪音污染, 为用户提供一个舒适安静的车内环境。 作为优选方案, 所述基材为玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯复合板。 玻纤增强复 合板强度大、 重量轻。
由于采用上述技术方案, 本发明的有益效果是在保证车内美观的基础 上对空气质量进行了改善, 另外还对车外噪声污染进行了一定隔离, 从而 为乘客提供了良好的车内环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述。
如图 1所示, 一种汽车顶棚内饰板, 为多层结构, 包括内层的基材 1、 表层的装饰层 4以及中间的緩沖层 2,在装饰层的内侧面粘结有抗菌涂层 3 , 抗菌涂层 3采用无机抗菌材料基材为玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯复合板, 采用玻 璃纤维增强聚氨酯复合材料。 緩沖层 2为软质聚氨酯材料, 所述基材 1与 緩沖层 2之间填充有隔音材料 5 , 为玻纤吸音棉。 装饰层采用 PET面料。 汽车安装上本专利的顶棚内饰板后, 抗菌涂层上的无机抗菌材料通过吸收 光能、 热能等各种能量在其表面产生具有强氧化能力的电子空穴对, 当空 气的有害物质透过装饰层与抗菌涂层接触时, 具备了强氧化能力抗菌涂层 即将车内的有害物质分解为无害物质, 使车内空气得到净化。 基材与緩沖 层之间的隔音材料能够对外界的噪音进行过滤, 使车内环境更加舒适。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种汽车顶棚内饰板, 为多层结构, 包括内层的基材、 表层的装饰 层以及中间的緩沖层, 其特征在于, 在装饰层的内侧面粘结有抗菌涂层, 所述抗菌涂层采用无机抗菌材料制成。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的汽车顶棚内饰板, 其特征在于, 所述基材与 緩沖层之间设有隔音材料。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的汽车顶棚内饰板, 其特征在于, 所述基材为 玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯复合板。
