具体实施方式 请参阅图 1 及图 2, 其为本发明的吊椅升降装置的第一实 施例示意图及本发明的吊椅升降装置的第一实施例使用示意 图。 图中, 吊椅升降装置 10 包含蜗轮 11、 蜗杆 12、 第一线体 13、 固持单元 14及驱动器 15。 蜗轮 11呈圆板状, 其周缘设有多个轮齿 111, 且中心设有 绞线盘 112。 蜗杆 12设置于蜗轮 11 的一侧, 其呈圆柱状, 且 周缘设有螺纹 121对应轮齿 111。 第一线体 13的一端与绞线盘 112连接, 另一端则向下垂降。 固持单元 14 包含多个第二线体 141及多个扣具 142。 各第二线体 141 的一端与第一线体 13向 下垂降的 自 由端连接,各扣具 142则分别设置于各第二线体 141 相对第一线体 13 的的另一端。 驱动器 15 与蜗杆 12 的一端连 接, 且驱动器 15 驱动蜗杆 12 正转或逆转, 带动蜗轮 11 及绞 线盘 112 正转或逆转, 使第一线体 13 卷绕于绞线盘 112 或自 绞线盘 112释出。 在本实施例中, 固持单元 14 包含四个第二线体 141 及四 个对应各第二线体 141 配置的扣具 142, 但并不以此为限, 第 二线体 141 及扣具 142 的数量可视需求而增减。 蜗轮 11 的轮 齿 111 的数量及尺寸与蜗杆 12 的螺纹 121 间距不为所限, 但 二者必须能相互啮合以令蜗杆 12可以带动蜗轮 11转动。 第一 线体 13及第二线体 14均以钢索表示, 但并不以此为限, 也可 为其他种类坚韧不易断裂的线体取代, 例如: 尼龙绳。 且驱动 器 15 以马达表示, 并且, 驱动器 15 可以是有线或无线方式控 制其运转, 驱动蜗杆 12正转或逆转。 当要乘坐吊椅时, 先将一般座椅 20 置放于吊椅升降装置 10下方, 并将各固持单元 14的第二线体 141缠绕于座椅 20的 把手或椅背等部位, 再以扣具 142 扣合, 使座椅 20 与固持单 元 14结合。 待人员 (图未示)安全坐定之后, 使驱动器 15运转, 带动蜗杆 12 转动, 蜗杆 12 的螺纹 121 与蜗轮 11 的轮齿 111 依序啮合, 则使蜗轮 11顺时钟转动, 进而使第一线体 13被绞 线盘 112卷收, 使座椅 20被吊起而悬空。 此时座椅 20即成为 吊椅, 人员可依喜好调整高度, 并可自 由摆动摇晃。 请参阅图 3, 其为本发明的吊椅升降装置的第二实施例的 第一态样使用示意图。 第二实施例与第一实施例的配置大致相 同, 其吊椅升降装置 10均系包含蜗轮 11、 蜗杆 12、 第一线体 13、 固持单元 14及驱动器 15, 二者的差异仅在于固持单元 14 的态样不同。 第二实施例的第一态样中, 其固持单元 14 包含第二线体 141、 扣具 142、 平台 143及栓锁 144。 各第二线体 141 的一端 与第一线体 13 向下垂降的自 由端连接。 各扣具 142 分别设置 于各第二线体 141 的另一端, 平台 143呈长板体, 拴锁 144分 别设置于平台 143 的四边角, 并与各扣具 142相互扣合。 当要乘坐吊椅时, 先将平台 143 置于吊椅升降装置 10 下 方, 再将座椅 20 置放于平台 143 上, 最后将各第二线体 141 一端的扣具 142 分别扣合于平台 143 四边角的栓锁 144。 待人 员 (图未示)安全坐定之后, 使驱动器 15运转, 带动蜗杆 12转 动, 蜗杆 12的螺纹 121 与蜗轮 11 的轮齿 111依序啮合, 则使 蜗轮 11顺时钟转动, 进而使第一线体 13被绞线盘 112卷收, 使座椅 20连同平台 143被吊起而悬空。 此时座椅 20即成为吊 椅, 人员可依喜好调整高度, 并可自 由摆动摇晃。 在第二实施 例中, 除了 固持单元 14 外的其余配置及操作均与第一实施例 相同, 在此不再赘述。 请参阅图 4, 其为本发明的吊椅升降装置的第二实施例的 第二态样使用示意图。 本实施例的第二态样与第一态样的结构 配置大致同, 其差异仅在于第二态样的平台 143的中央更设有 凹槽 145, 用以容置座椅 20的椅脚。 当要乘坐吊椅时, 先将平 台 143置于吊椅升降装置 10下方,再将座椅 20置放于凹槽 145 内,最后将各第二线体 141一端的扣具 142分别扣合于平台 143 四边角的栓锁 144, 使座椅 20与固持单元 14结合。 待人员 (图 未示)安全坐定之后, 使驱动器 15 运转, 带动蜗杆 12 转动, 蜗杆 12 的螺纹 121 与蜗轮 11 的轮齿 111依序啮合, 则使蜗轮 11 顺时钟转动, 进而使第一线体 13被绞线盘 112 卷收, 使座 椅 20连同平台 143被吊起而悬空。 此时座椅 20即成为吊椅。 其为本发明的吊椅升降装置的第二实 施例的第三态样示意图及本发明的吊椅升降装置的第二实施 例的第三态样使用示意图。 本实施例的第三态样与第二态样的 结构配置大致同, 其差异仅在于第三态样的平台 143 中的凹槽 145 的其中一对相对的内壁上, 分别设有第一导轨 1451, 且第 一导轨 1451 相互对应配置。 且凹槽 145 内更进一步设有第一 卡制件 1452, 第一卡制件 1452 的两端分别穿设于对应的第一 导轨 1451, 使第一卡制件 1452 可以沿着第一导轨 1451, 在凹 槽 145 内往复移动, 并抵靠在座椅 20 的其中一侧。 第一卡制 件 1452对应座椅 20的一侧更设有第二卡制件 1453, 且该侧设 有第二导轨 1454, 使此第二卡制件 1453 的一端穿设于第二导 轨 1454, 则第二卡制件 1453可以沿着第二导轨 1454, 在第一 卡制件 1452 对应座椅 20 的 I 侧往复移动, 并抵靠在座椅 20 的另一侧。 当座椅 20置放于凹槽 145 内时, 由第一卡制件 1452及第 二卡制件 1453的配置, 可将座椅 20的椅脚稳固的卡抵在凹槽 145 内, 使座椅 20相对于平台 143不会摇晃或翻覆。 当要乘坐吊椅时, 先将平台 143 置于吊椅升降装置 10 下 方, 再将座椅 20置放于凹槽 145 内, 并将第一卡制件 1452及 第二卡制件 1453 调整位置以固定座椅 20, 最后将各第二线体 141 一端的扣具 142 分别扣合于平台 143 四边角的栓锁 144, 使座椅 20与固持单元 14结合。待人员 (图未示)安全坐定之后, 使驱动器 15 运转, 带动蜗杆 12 转动, 蜗杆 12 的螺纹 121 与 蜗轮 11 的轮齿 111依序啮合, 则使蜗轮 11顺时钟转动, 进而 使第一线体 13被绞线盘 112卷收, 使座椅 20连同平台 143被 吊起而悬空。 此时座椅 2 0 即成为吊椅, 人员可依喜好调整高 度, 并可自 由摆动摇晃。 由此吊椅升降装置 1 0 的配置, 可以直接将任意的一般座 椅 2 0 吊起而成为吊椅使用, 增加一般座椅 2 0的实用性, 并减 少添置吊椅的不便及空间浪费。 且由于人员可自 由控制吊椅高 度, 因此, 不论在人员乘坐的安全性或舒适度, 都有长足的进 步。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1 . 一种吊椅升降装置, 适用于'悬吊一座椅, 使所述座椅悬 空, 其特征在于: 所述吊椅升降装置包含:
一蜗轮, 呈圆板状, 所述蜗轮的中心设有一绞线盘, 且所述蜗轮的周缘设有多个轮齿;
一蜗杆, 设置于所述蜗轮的一侧, 所述蜗杆呈圆柱状, 且所述蜗杆的周缘设有一螺纹对应各所述轮齿; 一第一线体, 一端与所述绞线盘连接, 另一端向下垂 降; 一固持单元, 设置于所述第一线体的另一端, 与所述 座椅结合; 以及 一驱动器, 与所述蜗杆的一端连接, 所述驱动器驱动 所述蜗杆正转或逆转, 带动所述蜗轮及所述绞线盘正转 或逆转, 使所述第一线体卷绕于所述绞线盘或自所述绞 线盘释出, 并使所述座椅沿所述第一线体所移动的方向 位移。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的 椅升降装置, 其特征在于: 所 述固持单元包含: 至少一第二线体, 一端与所述第一线体向下垂降的自 由端连接; 以及 至少一扣具, 设置于所述第二线体的另一端, 用以扣 合所述座椅, 当所述驱动器驱动所述蜗杆正转或逆转, 使所述第一线体卷绕于所述绞线盘或 自所述绞线盘释 出, 使扣合于所述扣具的所述座椅沿所述第一线体所移 动方向位移。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的吊椅升降装置, 其特征在于: 所 述固持单元包含:
一平台, 呈长板体, 用以承载所述座椅; 多个栓锁, 分别设置于所述平台的四边角, 并相互对 称配置; 多个第二线体, 各所述第二线体的一端与所述第一线 体向下垂降的自 由端连接; 以及 多个扣具, 分别设置于各所述第二线体的另一端, 并 分别与各所述栓锁相互扣合; 当所述驱动器驱动所述蜗 杆正转或逆转, 使所述第一线体卷绕于所述绞线盘或自 所述绞线盘释出, 使所述平台带动置放于所述平台上的 所述座椅沿所述第一线体所移动的方向位移。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的吊椅升降装置, 其特征在于: 所 述固持单元更包含一凹槽, 所述凹槽设置于所述平台朝 向所述第一线体的一面上, 且所述座椅置放于所述凹槽 内。
