Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé d'obtention d'ε-viniférine purifiée (Vf-Sec) et/ou de resvératrol appauvri voire exempt en ε-viniférine (Rv-Sec), à partir d'un extrait, brut (EBPS), sec (EBPS-sec), ou en solution (EBPS-Sol) d'une matière végétale riche en polyphénols de type stilbénoïde, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un cycle d'adsorption-désorption sur support solide de type poly(fluorure de vinylidène) ou PVDF avec EBPS-Sol, et/ou une partition de cette solution EBPS-Sol avec l'acétate d'éthyle. Applications en particulier en cosmétique et en thérapeutique.
