Hereinafter, the wire harness wiring structure unit 30 according to the embodiment will be described (see FIG. 1). The wire harness routing structure 30 is a configuration for routing the wire harness 1 between the vehicle body 10 and the door 20.
The wiring harness 1 to be routed is formed in a routing form by binding a plurality of electric wires for supplying power or transmitting signals to the electrical equipment mounted on the door 20. Examples of the electrical equipment mounted on the door 20 include a speaker, a side mirror motor, a door lock motor, a power window motor, and various switches. Here, the portion of the wire harness 1 that extends from the body 10 to the door 20 is configured by binding a plurality of electric wires into one. And the wire harness 1 branches in the door 20, and is connected to various apparatuses (illustration omitted).
For convenience of explanation, the body 10 and the door 20 will be described. The through-hole portion 11 of the body 10 and the introduction opening portion 21 of the door 20 are formed at portions facing each other in the closed state of the door 20 (see FIG. 2). That is, it is set so that the wire harness 1 can be routed in a straight line shape or a gentle curve shape between the body 10 and the door 20 in the closed state of the door 20.
The door 20 is provided with a waterproof weather strip 28 along the peripheral edge. The weather strip 28 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, which can be kept in a watertight state inside and outside the vehicle in close contact with the opening edge of the entrance of the body 10 with the door 20 closed (see FIG. 2). ). And this wire harness wiring structure part 30 is comprised so that the wire harness 1 may be wired from the weather strip 28 to the vehicle inside.
The wire harness routing structure unit 30 includes a wiring unit including the wire harness 1, a body fixing unit 50, a protector 60, and a buffer unit 80.
The wiring portion includes the wire harness 1 and an exterior member 40 that covers the periphery of a portion including a portion spanned between the body 10 and the door 20 in the wire harness 1. The exterior member 40 is a member that protects the wire harness 1 from the outside and supports the body 10 and the door 20.
The exterior member 40 is a cylindrical member and covers the periphery of the wire harness 1 disposed in the hollow portion. The exterior member 40 can be bent and deformed between the body 10 and the door 20 in conjunction with the opening / closing operation of the door 20, and the wire harness 1 is prevented from being bent, slackened and drooped between the body 10 and the door 20. And it is formed to be supportable.
More specifically, the exterior member 40 is formed with higher rigidity than the wire harness 1. The rigidity of the exterior member 40 is determined by the material and shape. Here, the exterior member 40 is a corrugated tube manufactured by extruding a synthetic resin (for example, PP (polypropylene), PA (polyamide), etc.) into a cylindrical shape and blow molding or vacuum molding.
The corrugated tube is a cylindrical member in which convex ridges and concave valleys along the circumferential direction are alternately and continuously provided in the extending direction (see FIG. 3). The corrugated tube has a change in size of the inner angle between the top of the peak and the side walls on both sides and the inner angle between the bottom of the valley and the side walls on both sides in a cross-sectional view including the central axis. , Expands and contracts in the extending direction. That is, when a force is applied in the bending direction, the corrugated tube is deformed and bent so that each inner angle of the inner peripheral portion becomes smaller and each inner angle of the outer peripheral portion becomes larger.
The exterior member 40 is formed in a flat shape (here, a shape in which a pair of straight lines connect a pair of semicircular arcs facing each other in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the extending direction). That is, the exterior member 40 has a shape that is difficult to bend in the longitudinal direction in the cross-sectional view (high rigidity) and is easy to bend in the short-side direction (high flexibility). That is, the extendable amount in the extending direction of the corrugated tube does not normally change in any part in the circumferential direction, and therefore, the longer the distance between the inner peripheral part and the outer peripheral part, the smaller the angle change amount and the more difficult it is to bend. And this exterior member 40 is provided with the attitude | position in which the longitudinal direction in a cross-sectional view follows a substantially perpendicular direction (connection axial direction of the hinge part 19). As a result, the bending of the hinge portion 19 in a direction parallel to the connecting axis is restricted, and the bending is easily deformed on a plane perpendicular to the connecting axis, and the door 20 that opens and closes around the connecting axis is more smoothly linked. To do.
Here, the wire harness 1 disposed inside the exterior member 40 may be bound in a circular shape in a cross-sectional view or may be formed in a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the internal shape of the exterior member 40.
But the exterior member 40 should just have rigidity higher than the wire harness 1, and is not limited to the corrugated tube mentioned above. For example, the exterior member may be formed in a flat cylindrical shape with a relatively hard rubber (EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber), elastomer or the like). Moreover, the exterior member 40 is not limited to a flat shape, and may be formed in a shape such as a circular shape in cross section.
The exterior member 40 is fixed by, for example, winding the tape 90 around a portion of the wire harness 1 in which the end portion on the body 10 side is routed in the body 10, and close to the end portion on the body 10 side. Is fixed to the body 10 (see FIG. 2). Thereby, a part of the wire harness 1 is fixed to the body 10. Moreover, the edge part by the side of the door 20 of the exterior member 40 is fixed by the tape 90 being wound around the part routed in the door 20 (herein in the protector 60 described later) in the wire harness 1, and the wire It can be moved back and forth in the door 20 together with the harness 1 (see FIG. 1).
The body fixing part 50 is a part for fixing a part of the exterior member 40 near the end on the body 10 side to the body 10. This body fixing | fixed part 50 fixes a part of wire harness 1 to this front pillar in the form which penetrates the front pillar in the entrance / exit of the body 10 (refer FIG. 2, FIG. 3).
Here, the body fixing portion 50 is attached to a part of the exterior member 40 that covers the periphery of the wire harness 1 near the end on the body 10 side, and is fixed to the opening edge portion of the through-hole portion 11 formed in the front pillar. The The body fixing portion 50 is also a portion that protects the exterior member 40 and the wire harness 1 from the opening edge portion (edge) of the through-hole portion 11 (also referred to as an edge protector from this).
The body fixing part 50 has an insertion part 52, a plurality of locking parts 53, a pressing part 54, and an uneven positioning part 56.
The insertion portion 52 is formed in a cylindrical shape that can be inserted into the through-hole portion 11 and on which the exterior member 40 can be disposed. And the insertion part 52 is inserted toward the substantially forward side of the vehicle with respect to the through-hole part 11. Here, for convenience of explanation, the direction in which the insertion portion 52 is inserted into the through-hole portion 11 is referred to as an insertion direction S, and this is also used as the direction of the body fixing portion 50 itself.
A locking portion 53 that can be locked from the front side in the insertion direction S with respect to the opening edge of the through-hole portion 11 in a state where the insertion portion 52 is inserted into the through-hole portion 11 in a portion on the distal end side of the insertion portion 52. Is provided. The locking portion 53 is formed so as to protrude from the plurality of circumferential positions of the insertion portion 52 in the circumferential direction (here, four locations at equal intervals) to the outer circumferential side, and forward in the insertion direction S with respect to the opening edge of the through-hole portion 11. It has a locking surface that contacts from the side. More specifically, the locking portion 53 is formed in a plate shape that is supported in a cantilevered manner at the distal end portion of the insertion portion 52, and is gradually inserted from the distal end side to the proximal end side of the insertion portion 52. 52 is provided in a posture in which the protruding dimension toward the outer peripheral side of 52 is increased. The locking portion 53 can be elastically deformed to the inner peripheral side of the insertion portion 52.
And each latching | locking part 53 contact | abuts the opening edge part of the through-hole part 11, when the insertion part 52 is inserted in the through-hole part 11, and the insertion part 52 or the latching | locking part 53 itself Is elastically deformed to the inner peripheral side of the insertion portion 52, and elastically returns to the outer peripheral side at a position over the opening edge to be locked to the opening edge.
The pressing portion 54 is provided continuously at the rear end portion in the insertion direction S of the insertion portion 52, and is formed in a hook shape projecting to the outer peripheral side thereof. The outer peripheral shape of the pressing portion 54 is larger than the through hole portion 11. Then, in a state where the insertion portion 52 is inserted into the through-hole portion 11, the locking portion 53 is locked from the front side in the insertion direction S with respect to the opening edge portion of the through-hole portion 11, and the presser portion 54 is the through-hole. It abuts against the peripheral edge of the portion 11 from the rear side in the insertion direction S. That is, the opening edge portion of the through-hole portion 11 is sandwiched between the locking portion 53 and the pressing portion 54, and the body fixing portion 50 is fixed to the door inner panel 22.
The uneven positioning part 56 is a part that is positioned so as not to be relatively movable in the extending direction of the exterior member 40 with respect to the exterior member 40 disposed in the insertion part 52 (and the holding part 54). Here, the concave / convex positioning portion 56 is formed so as to be fitted to the concave / convex outer shape of the corrugated tube as the exterior member 40. More specifically, the concave / convex positioning portion 56 is formed in a convex line extending in the circumferential direction protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the insertion portion 52 to the inner peripheral side, and the exterior member 40 extends in the penetration direction of the insertion portion 52. A plurality of gaps are provided at intervals corresponding to valleys in the direction (that is, the same interval or every other interval).
The body fixing portion 50 is configured by combining a pair of combination members (here, substantially J-shaped members). That is, by combining the pair of combination members with the exterior member 40 sandwiched therebetween, the uneven positioning portion 56 is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the exterior member 40, and the body fixing portion 50 is attached to the exterior member 40. On the other hand, the exterior member 40 is mounted so as not to be relatively movable in the axial direction. By fixing the body fixing portion 50 to the opening edge portion of the through hole portion 11, the wire harness 1 covered with the exterior member 40 is fixed to the body 10 in a form penetrating the through hole portion 11.
Here, the body fixing portion 50 is formed at one end of each of the butted portions of the pair of combination members, and at the other end, and the locking portion 58 can be locked. And a locked portion 59. More specifically, the locking portion 58 is a portion having a locking claw protruding from the distal end portion of the insertion portion protruding from one end portion of the combination member to the inner peripheral side of the combination member. This locking claw is formed in a substantially triangular shape in a sectional view in which the protruding dimension gradually increases from the distal end side toward the proximal end side, and has a locking surface facing the proximal end side. The locked portion 59 is formed in a concave shape having an approximately L-shaped space that opens at the other end face of the combination member and is bent toward the inner peripheral side at the back side, and the locking portion 58 can be inserted therein. is there. When the locking portion 58 is inserted into the locked portion 59, the locking surface of the locking claw comes into contact with and locks the one wall surface of the locked portion 59. Thereby, the state where a pair of combination member was united is maintained.
And the body fixing | fixed part 50 is fixed with respect to the opening edge part of the through-hole part 11 with the attitude | position in which the exterior member 40 becomes flat along a perpendicular direction. As a result, the wire harness 1 disposed in the exterior member 40 is restricted in bending in a direction parallel to the connection axis of the hinge portion 19 and is easily bent and deformed on a plane orthogonal to the connection axis. It interlocks more smoothly with the door 20 that opens and closes around the axis.
However, the body fixing portion 50 is not limited to the above shape. For example, the body fixing portion may be configured to be openable and closable by being connected by hinges at one butted end portions of the pair of combination members. Further, the body fixing portion may be one in which the locking portion 58 and the locked portion 59 are omitted, and the united state is maintained by being fixed to the through-hole portion 11 in a state where the pair of combination members are abutted. .
Further, the body fixing portion may be provided with a protruding piece for fixing the exterior member 40 or the wire harness 1 protruding forward or backward in the insertion direction S, instead of the uneven positioning portion 56. That is, what is necessary is just to fix the part extended in the insertion direction S of the body fixing | fixed part in the exterior member 40 or the wire harness 1 to the said protrusion piece with tape winding or a tie band. The tie band refers to a member that can adjust and maintain the circumferential dimension of the annular body in stages. When such a protruding piece is employed, the body fixing portion may be integrally formed by injection molding as a whole.
The protector 60 is a part that accommodates the wire harness 1 that is led into and out of the door 20 in accordance with the opening / closing operation of the door 20 so as to absorb the extra length. This protector 60 is disposed in the door 20, has an insertion port portion 74 into which a wiring portion extending from the body 10 side to the door 20 side is inserted, and accommodates the wire harness 1 with a detourable space. Is formed. More specifically, the protector 60 includes a guide portion 72 that guides a part of the advancing / retreating path including the end portion on the door 20 side of the exterior member 40 that covers the wire harness 1, and the end portion on the door 20 side of the exterior member 40. And an accommodating portion 62 that accommodates the extending wire harness 1 with a space that can be bypassed (see FIGS. 1 and 4). The protector 60 has an insertion port portion 74 in the guide portion 72 and a lead-out port portion 64 that draws the wire harness 1 outward from the interior in the accommodating portion 62. Then, the protector 60 guides a portion including the end portion on the door 20 side of the exterior member 40 inserted into the guide portion 72 through the insertion port portion 74 toward the housing portion 62, and also the door 20 of the exterior member 40. The wire harness 1 extending from the end on the side is accommodated in the accommodating portion 62 and is drawn out to the space between the door inner panel 22 and the door trim 26 on the outside through the outlet portion 64. Here, the protector 60 is formed in a substantially L shape in a side view as a whole.
The guide portion 72 has an insertion port portion 74 at the end portion on the body 10 side, and the end portion on the door 20 side is formed in a cylindrical shape that is continuous with the accommodating portion 62, and the end portion on the door 20 side in the exterior member 40 is formed. Guide the displacement path of the included part. More specifically, the guide part 72 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a substantially rectangular shape in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the extending direction. And the guide part 72 contacts the outer peripheral part of the exterior member 40 inserted through the insertion port part 74, thereby radial direction with respect to the central axis of the exterior member 40 (mainly a short direction in a cross-sectional view, that is, a vehicle interior / exterior direction). ) To regulate the position (route). But the guide part 72 should just be able to position-control the exterior member 40 mainly in the transversal direction in a cross-sectional view, and may be formed in a cylindrical shape such as an oval, a circle, or a polygon in a cross-sectional view.
The guide portion 72 is formed in a substantially linear shape, and in the closed state of the door 20, the insertion port portion 74 is disposed inside the introduction opening portion 21 that opens at the front end portion of the door 20 and faces the body fixing portion 50. In addition, it is provided along the front-rear direction of the vehicle (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
With respect to the relationship between the guide portion 72 and the exterior member 40, the exterior member 40 is fixed to the body 10 by the body fixing portion 50, and at least a part including the end portion on the door 20 side is guided in the opened state of the door 20. The extension dimension is set long enough to be inserted into the portion 72 (see FIG. 1). On the other hand, the guide portion 72 only needs to be able to guide the portion including the end portion on the door 20 side of the exterior member 40 that is advanced and retracted in the door 20 when the door 20 is opened and closed toward the housing portion 62. Here, in the closed state of the door 20, it is set to the extension dimension which makes the edge part by the side of the door 20 of the exterior member 40 protrude in the accommodating part 62 (refer FIG. 4).
Further, at least a part of the insertion port portion 74 of the guide portion 72 is formed in a shape that gradually expands (in a curved line) toward the outer peripheral side toward the opening end portion. Here, the insertion opening 74 extends toward the open end on the entire circumference. Further, the insertion port 74 is formed in a shape rounded at the inner peripheral edge and the outer peripheral edge in at least a part of the opening end portion in the circumferential direction (here, the portion positioned on the vehicle outer side and the upper and lower sides of the exterior member 40). It is good to be.
The accommodating part 62 is a part connected to the other end side (rear side) of the guide part 72 and can bypass the wire harness 1 extending from the end part on the door 20 side of the exterior member 40 guided by the guide part 72 inside. It has an accommodating space that can be accommodated. In addition, the outlet portion 64 is provided in the accommodating portion 62 at a position through the accommodating space with respect to the guide portion 72.
The housing 62 is a second path in which the wire harness 1 extending from the end of the exterior member 40 on the door 20 side is swollen so that the intermediate section is separated from the first path R1 and the first path R1. It is formed so that it can be accommodated so as to be able to absorb the extra length by detouring by bending with the path R2 (see FIG. 1).
More specifically, the accommodating portion 62 has a first wall portion 66 and a second wall portion 67 that face each other with the accommodating space in a side view. The wire harness 1 housed in the housing space is disposed close to the first wall portion 66 when passing through the first route R1 and close to the second wall portion 67 when passing through the second route R2. . That is, there is a detourable space on the second wall 67 side of the wire harness 1 in a state where the wire harness 1 passes through the first path R1. Each of the first wall portion 66 and the second wall portion 67 has one end (front) continuous with the other end (rear) of the guide portion 72 and the other end continuous with the outlet portion 64. is doing. More specifically, the first wall portion 66 has a substantially linear shape with the rear end portion of the guide portion 72 and the outlet portion 64 of the accommodating portion 62 on the inner peripheral side of the substantially L-shaped protector 60 in side view. It extends to the shape that ties to. Further, the second wall portion 67 is spaced from the first wall portion 66 by an amount corresponding to the accommodation space, and is located on the outer peripheral side of the substantially L-shaped protector 60 in a side view and the rear end portion of the guide portion 72 and the outlet portion. 64 is extended in a shape that ties 64 in a substantially L shape. In other words, here, the accommodating portion 62 is formed in a substantially right triangle shape having the first wall portion 66 as a hypotenuse in a side view. In FIG. 1, a portion of the second wall 67 on the back side of the guide portion 72 is formed in a shape that slightly swells away from the guide portion 72.
In the opened state of the door 20, the housing portion 62 opens a space in which the wire harness 1 extending from the end portion of the exterior member 40 on the door 20 side can be bypassed on the second wall portion 67 side. It accommodates in the form which passes through R1. Moreover, the accommodating part 62 accommodates the wire harness 1 in the form which passes 2nd path | route R2 in the closed state of the door 20. FIG. In other words, the accommodating portion 62 bends a portion of the wire harness 1 that is pushed into the accommodating space when the door 20 is closed from the open position to the closed position, thereby bending the first path from the first path R1 to the first path. By detouring to the second route R2 having a longer distance than R1, the extra length of the wire harness 1 accompanying the closing operation of the door 20 is absorbed.
Here, the outlet portion 64 of the housing portion 62 opens toward the upper side where a relatively large number of electrical devices are arranged in the door 20. The accommodating portion 62 has a drawer positioning portion 65 that can fix the wire harness 1 at the outlet portion 64. The drawer positioning part 65 is formed in a shape in which the opening end part of the outlet part 64 extends partially (here, in a L shape in cross section). Then, with the wire harness 1 drawn out through the outlet portion 64 being in contact with the inside of the drawer positioning portion 65, the tape 90 is wound or tightened with a tie band (here, the tape 90 is wound) to pull the wire harness 1 out. It can be positioned relative to the protector 60 at the outlet 64. Thereby, even if the wire harness 1 advances and retreats in the accommodating portion 62 during the opening / closing operation of the door 20, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of tension or slack in the wire harness 1 routed in the body 10. .
The structure for fixing the wire harness 1 to the housing portion 62 is not limited to the drawer positioning portion 65, and a plurality of holes for inserting tie bands are formed in the positioning portion in the door extending in a wall shape from the outlet portion 64. The wire harness 1 may be fastened and fixed by inserting the tie band into the hole.
The protector 60 is partially or entirely accommodated in the recess 23 formed in the door inner panel 22 in the door 20, that is, between the door inner panel 22 and the door trim 26. In FIG. 2, the protector 60 is partially accommodated in the recess 23, and a portion including a part of the outlet portion 64 protrudes from the recess 23 and is located in a space between the door inner panel 22 and the door trim 26. An embodiment is shown.
The protector 60 is fixed to the door 20 in a state of being disposed in the concave portion 23. As a configuration for this purpose, the protector 60 has a fixing portion 68 that can be fitted into a hole formed in the door inner panel 22 of the door 20 (see FIGS. 2 and 4). The fixing portion 68 is formed in a shape that fits into the hole portion by pressing the protector 60 against the door inner panel 22 toward the vehicle outer side. For example, as the fixed portion 68, a configuration having a base shaft portion that protrudes from the outer surface of the protector 60, and a locking portion that is formed in a shape extending from the distal end portion to the outer peripheral side and can be elastically deformed on the inner peripheral side is adopted. it can. Here, two fixing portions 68 are provided on the side surface of the protector 60 on the vehicle outer side so as to protrude from the accommodating portion 62 and the guide portion 72, respectively. Then, by inserting this fixing portion 68 into the hole formed in the door inner panel 22, the locking portion abuts against the opening edge of the hole and elastically deforms toward the inner peripheral side, exceeding the hole. At this position, it elastically returns to the outer peripheral side and is locked from the vehicle outer side to the opening edge of the hole.
However, other fixing structures may be employed as a configuration for fixing the protector 60 to the door 20. For example, the protector 60 may have a shape that can be fixed to the door inner panel 22 by screwing, bolting, stud bolting, bracket fixing, or the like. Moreover, the protector 60 may be fixed to a door trim as an interior member.
For example, the protector 60 combines a concave first member 76 and a lid-shaped second member 77 formed by injection molding or the like of a synthetic resin material such as PP (polypropylene) or PA (polyamide). Can be configured. However, the protector may be configured by a combination of concave members. Further, the protector 60 may be a concave member and may be configured to close the opening thereof by a part of the door trim 26.
The shape of the protector 60 described above is an example, and other various shapes can be adopted. That is, the protector 60 may be configured to accommodate the wire harness 1 inserted from the insertion port 74 with a space that can be bypassed by the accommodating portion 62, and is formed in consideration of the shape of the door 20 depending on the vehicle type. It is good to be done. For example, the protector 60 may have a shape in which the accommodating portion 62 is directly connected to the rear side of the insertion port portion 74. In addition, the wire harness 1 may be wound and accommodated in a ring shape, and a shape having an accommodation portion that can be bypassed by changing the diameter of the ring portion may be employed.
The buffer part 80 is a part for suppressing the noise in the door 20 (in the protector 60) and protecting the wiring part (and the protector 60). More specifically, the buffer portion 80 is provided on at least a part of at least one of the outer surface of the wiring portion and the inner surface of the protector 60, and is provided so as to suppress abnormal noise, wear, damage, etc. due to collision or sliding. ing.
The buffer portion 80 is formed by attaching a buffer material to the target surface. Here, the buffer portion 80 is formed by electrostatic flocking (see FIG. 5). Electrostatic flocking refers to charging short fibers 86 (also referred to as flocks or piles) as a buffer material coated with an adhesive 84 on the target surface and sprayed or coated thereon with a DC high voltage generator of tens of thousands of volts. And a method of attaching the target surface substantially vertically by electrostatic attraction. As the short fibers 86, synthetic fibers such as chargeable polyamide fibers are used, and here, nylon fibers are used. In addition, the short fiber is a material that is softer and elastically deformable than the target surface, and when another object comes close to the target surface to which the short fiber is attached and is pressed against the short fiber, the short fiber undergoes elastic deformation such as bending. Reducing impact and suppressing contact with the target surface. As a result, abnormal noise due to contact between the target surface and another object can be absorbed, and wear and damage of both can be suppressed.
In this electrostatic flocking, the thickness dimension of the buffer part 80 to be formed can be changed by changing the length dimension of the short fiber 86 (for example, changing between 0.3 mm and 3.0 mm). . Further, in electrostatic flocking, by preventing the adhesion of the adhesive 84 by masking a part where no flocking is required, flocking to that part can be avoided.
However, the buffer part 80 is not limited to that formed by electrostatic flocking. For example, it may be formed by sticking a sound absorbing sheet as a buffer material to the target surface. As the sound absorbing sheet, a foamed resin sheet such as a foamed urethane sheet softer than a contact partner (here, the exterior member 40 (and the wire harness 1)), a cloth tape generally used for harness protection or the like (for example, Tessa Tape Co., Ltd.) For example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape) can be used.
Here, an example of a configuration that suppresses abnormal noise, wear, and scratches at a contact portion between the outer surface of the exterior member 40 and the inner surface of the protector 60 that are more likely to cause abnormal noise, wear, and scratches will be described. In order to suppress abnormal noise, wear, and scratches at the contact portion between the exterior member 40 and the protector 60, the buffer portion 80 is provided on the inner surface of the range in which the exterior member 40 enters in the insertion direction of the exterior member 40 in the protector 60. And it should just be formed in at least one part in one of the outer surfaces of exterior member 40. Here, the buffer portion 80 is formed on the inner surface over the entire range where the exterior member 40 enters in the insertion direction of the exterior member 40 in the protector 60 in the closed state of the door 20. The form in which the buffer part 80 is formed over the entire range in which the exterior member 40 enters in the insertion direction of the exterior member 40 in the protector 60 includes, of course, the form formed in the entire range on the inner surface of the protector 60. The form formed in the strip | belt or strip | belt shape over the said whole range in the circumferential direction part of insertion port part 74 (guide part 72) is also contained.
Here, in the closed state of the door 20, the exterior member 40 enters the protector 60 to a position where the end on the side of the door 20 projects beyond the guide portion 72 into the housing portion 62. For this reason, the buffer part 80 is formed over the range from the insertion port part 74 of this guide part 72 to the part adjacent to the guide part 72 in the accommodating part 62 in the extending direction of the guide part 72 (FIG. 4).
In addition, since the exterior member 40 is bent and deformed on the plane orthogonal to the connecting axis of the hinge portion 19 in the opening / closing operation of the door 20 (in the vehicle interior / exterior direction), the buffer portion 80 is in contact with the exterior member 40 in the above range. It is preferable to be formed on the outer and inner walls of the vehicle.
Here, the buffer part 80 is provided in the entire entry range of the exterior member 40 in the protector 60 except for the inner surface at the position of the fixing part 68 provided in the guide part 72 (see FIG. 4). That is, the buffer portion 80 is formed over the entire entry range of the exterior member 40 in the circumferential direction of the guide portion 72 in a range excluding the portion on the inner surface at the position of the fixed portion 68. It is intermittently formed in the entry range of the exterior member 40 across the part in the range. This buffer part 80 is formed in the whole circumferential direction in the insertion port part 74 (refer FIG. 6). Further, the buffer portion 80 is also formed at the opening end portion (particularly the inner peripheral edge portion) of the insertion port portion 74.
Although only the first member 76 is shown in FIG. 4, the buffer member 80 is also formed on the entire inner surface of the protector 60 in the entire area of the second member 77 in the insertion direction of the exterior member 40.
In addition, the buffer 80 may be partially formed in the insertion direction of the exterior member 40 at a location where the exterior member 40 is particularly easy to contact within a range in which the exterior member 40 enters the protector 60. In addition, a plurality of strip-shaped buffer portions 80 along the extending direction of the guide portion 72 may be provided in a striped manner in a row in the circumferential direction of the guide portion 72. Furthermore, the buffer part 80 may be provided on the inner surface of the protector 60 as a whole, or may be provided only on the inner surface of the housing part 62.
But the buffer part 80 should just be provided in the at least one part in at least one of the outer surface of a wiring part, and the inner surface of the protector 60. FIG. That is, in the buffer 80, contact between the protector 60, the exterior member 40, and the wire harness 1 is likely to occur due to vibration during traveling of the vehicle, impact when the door 20 is opened and closed, and the forward and backward movement of the exterior member 40 and the wire harness 1. What is necessary is just to form in a location.
When providing the buffer part 80 in the outer surface of the exterior member 40, it is preferable to be provided in the part which enters into the protector 60 in the closed state of the door 20 among the exterior members 40. Moreover, the buffer part 80 can be provided in the whole circumferential direction of the exterior member 40, or a part. In addition, the buffer part 80 may be provided only in a plurality of peaks of the corrugated tube as the exterior member 40. According to the configuration in which the buffer portion 80 is provided on the outer surface of the exterior member 40, noise, wear, and damage due to contact between the exterior member 40 and the protector 60 in the forward / backward movement of the exterior member 40 associated with the opening / closing operation of the door 20 are suppressed. be able to.
When the buffer portion 80 is provided on the outer surface of the wire harness 1 that extends from the end portion of the exterior member 40 on the door 20 side, the drawer positioning portion 65 of the housing portion 62 is positioned from a position adjacent to the end portion of the exterior member 40 on the door 20 side. It is good to provide in the part to the position fixed to. Moreover, the buffer part 80 can be provided in the whole circumferential direction of the wire harness 1, or a part. According to the structure which provides the buffer part 80 in the outer surface of the wire harness 1, the abnormal noise by the contact with the wire harness 1 and the protector 60, abrasion, and damage can be suppressed.
The wire harness routing structure unit 30 modularizes the wire harness 1 routed from the body 10 into the door 20, the exterior member 40, the body fixing unit 50, and the buffer unit 80, to form a vehicle assembly. It is good to assemble before attaching. That is, while covering the wire harness 1 with the exterior member 40, one end portion and the other end portion of the exterior member 40 are fixed by winding the tape 90 around the wire harness 1 extending from each portion. The body fixing portion 50 is attached to a portion near the end of the body. A portion including the other end portion of the exterior member 40 is disposed in the guide portion 72 of the protector 60, and the wire harness 1 extending from the other end portion of the exterior member 40 is accommodated in the accommodation portion 62. Then, the portion pulled out from the outlet portion 64 may be fixed to the drawer positioning portion 65 with 90 turns of tape.
Up to now, the wiring part has been described with the example in which the wire harness 1 is covered with the exterior member 40. However, if the wire harness 1 itself has high rigidity enough to suppress bending, slackening, and sag, the exterior The member 40 may be omitted. When the exterior member 40 is omitted, the buffer portion 80 may be provided on the outer surface of the wire harness 1 or the inner surface of the protector 60, and this can also suppress abnormal noise, wear, and damage. But it is preferable that the exterior member 40 is covered from the viewpoint of protection of the wire harness 1 and bending direction regulation.
Further, although the example in which the wire harness wiring structure portion 30 is applied to the door 20 as a front side door has been described, the wire harness wiring structure portion 30 may be applied to a rear side door connected to the body 10 and the hinge portion 19. In this case, the wire harness 1 is bridged between the center pillar (the pillar between the front side door and the rear side door) and the rear side door. That is, a through-hole part is formed in the center pillar, and the body fixing part 50 is attached here.
According to the wire harness wiring structure portion 30 according to the above embodiment, the exterior member 40 covers the periphery of the portion of the wire harness 1 where the wiring portion partially fixed to the body 10 is bridged between the body 10 and the door 20. The guide member 72 of the protector 60 disposed in the door 20 guides a part of the advancing / retreating path including the end of the exterior member 40 on the side of the door 20, and the housing portion 62 supports the door 20 of the exterior member 40. Since the wire harness 1 extending from the side end portion is accommodated with a detourable space, the wire harness 1 routed between the body 10 and the door 20 can be smoothly moved with the opening / closing operation of the door 20. Further, the extra length can be absorbed by moving the protector 60 back and forth. In addition, since the buffer portion 80 is provided on at least a part of at least one of the outer surface of the wiring portion and the inner surface of the protector 60, the exterior member 40 or the wire harness 1 generated by the opening / closing operation of the door 20 and the vibration during traveling of the vehicle. And the contact between the protector 60 and the occurrence of wear and scratches can be suppressed.
In addition, since the buffer portion 80 is formed on the inner surface over the entire range in which the exterior member 40 enters in the insertion direction of the exterior member 40 in the protector 60 in the closed state of the door 20, accompanying the opening / closing operation of the door 20. Abnormal noise due to the forward / backward movement of the exterior member 40 relative to the protector 60 can be more effectively suppressed. Moreover, by providing the buffer part 80, both abrasion and damage by contact with the exterior member 40 and the protector 60 can be suppressed.
Moreover, since the buffer part 80 is provided in the whole circumferential direction in the insertion port part 74, it can suppress that a sand, dust, etc. penetrate | invade in the protector 60 through the insertion port part 74. FIG. Further, since the buffer portion 80 is also provided at the inner peripheral edge portion at the opening end portion of the insertion port portion 74, the exterior member 40 that is bent and deformed with the opening / closing operation of the door 20 is provided at the opening end portion of the insertion port portion 74. It is also possible to suppress abnormal noise, wear, and scratches when colliding and sliding.
Moreover, since the buffer part 80 is formed by electrostatic flocking, it can be set to a smaller thickness dimension, contributing to the downsizing of the protector 60. Furthermore, since the buffer part 80 is formed using nylon as a short fiber, it is excellent in durability, opposition, water resistance, heat resistance, and the like. Moreover, the structure provided with this buffer part 80 contributes also to suppression of dew condensation and generation | occurrence | production of mold | fungi.
Moreover, since the wire harness wiring structure part 30 has wired the wire harness 1 to the vehicle inner side from the weather strip 28, the member for water-stopping, such as a grommet, is abbreviate | omitted, reduction of a number of parts and an assembly man-hour, Accordingly, cost reduction and work efficiency can be improved. In addition, according to the structure which does not use a grommet, preparing the cover for preventing a grommet deformation | transformation at the time of transportation and packing can be abbreviate | omitted. In addition, it is possible to avoid water leakage or the like accompanying the floating of the grommet with respect to the body 10 or the mounting surface of the door 20 that may occur during the opening / closing operation of the door 20. Furthermore, it contributes also to theft prevention of the parts concerning the wiring structure of the wire harness between the body 10 and the door 20. Moreover, compared with the case where a grommet is used, the expansion work of the grommet at the time of letting the wire harness 1 pass can also be abbreviate | omitted, and it contributes to the assembly | attachment improvement of the wire harness 1. FIG.
Further, on the door 20 side, the wire harness 1 is disposed between the door inner panel 22 and the door trim 26 by fixing the protector 60 to the door inner panel 22 and attaching the door trim 26. For this reason, work can be performed in the exposed space, and the wire harness 1 can be easily routed in the door 20.
As described above, the wire harness wiring structure portion 30 has been described in detail, but the above description is an example in all aspects, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
