图 13是根据本发明实施例的基站切换装置的第二种结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 家庭基站是一种小型低功率基站, 主要用于家庭和办公室等小范围室内场所。 家 庭基站通过室内的电缆、 数字用户线 (Digital Subscriber Line, DSL) 或光纤等有线接 入设备连接到移动运营商核心网,为特定用户提供基于无线移动通信网络的接入业务。 是对现有网络部署的有效补充, 能有效提高室内语音和高速数据业务覆盖。 具有很多 优点, 如低成本、 低功率、 接入简单、 即插即用、 节省回传、 与现有终端兼容, 提高 网络覆盖等。
LTE系统中家庭基站被称为 HeNB (home e B)。 He B所支持的功能与增进型基 站 (enhanced NodeB, e B) 类似, HeNB与移动核心网演进 (Evolved Packet Core, EPC)之间的进程和 eNB与 EPC之间类似。由于 HeNB的布署通常没有经过移动运营 商的网络规划, 通常 HeNB的覆盖范围小且数量众多。 为了更方便的管理并为了支持 更多数量的 HeNB , 在演进通用移动通信系统陆地无线接入网 (Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System Territorial Radio Access Network, E-UTRAN) 架构 下,还可能在 HeNB与 EPC的 SI连接之间引入一个新的网元家庭基站网关 (Home eNB Gateway, HeNB GW;)。 HeNB可通过 HeNB GW作为 SI代理连接 MME。 HeNB之间 存在 X2直接接口, 可进行负荷均衡, 切换优化, 信息交互等操作, E-UTRAN架构示 意图如图 1所示。 由于 HeNB 只为特定用户提供服务, 因此引入了封闭成员组 CSG ( Closed Subscriber Group) 概念, 每个 CSG有唯一的标识即 CSG ID。 LTE中为 HeNB定义了 三种不同接入方式的小区:封闭型(CSG)小区(仅注册为 CSG成员的 UE可以接入), 混合型 (hybrid) 小区 (普通终端可以接入, 但注册为 CSG成员的 UE能以更高优先 级的成员身份接入), 开放性 (Open) 小区 (任意 UE都可接入)。 HeNB的接入模式 和 CSG ID可在空口进行广播。若该小区不广播 CSG ID和接入模式,则为 Open小区; 若该小区只广播 CSG ID (而不广播接入模式),则为 CSG小区;若该小区广播 CSG ID 和值为 "hybrid"的接入模式, 则为 hybrid小区。核心网和 UE分别保存用户可以以成员 身份接入的 CSG ID列表。 UE在连接态切换到封闭型或混合型 He B可以通过 S1或 X2切换流程完成。 由 于需要 MME做接入控制, 一般情况下只能采用 S1切换流程。 相比较而言, X2切换 流程不需要核心网参与, 切换流程更加简洁高效。 而现有的标准协议中, 仅在少数不 需要 MME做接入控制 /成员验证, 且满足 X2切换基本条件 (源基站和目的基站之间 有 X2接口, 且都连接在同一个 MME池 (MME pool)) 的情况下可以采用 X2切换流 程, 即两个拥有相同 CSG ID的 CSG/hybrid小区间切换, 或目标小区是 Open小区时 可采用 X2切换流程。 实际上, 在切换之前, 源基站需要根据 UE对相邻小区的测量报告来执行切换决 策, 其中包括选择目标小区。 例如, 当相邻小区是封闭型或混合型小区时, 普通的流 程需要 UE上报封闭型小区或混合型小区的封闭用户组标识 (CSG ID) 以及 UE的成 员状态, 因此, 一种改进的办法是利用 UE上报的成员状态以及成员状态辅助信息共 同进行切换决策, 其中, 成员状态辅助信息指示 UE上报的成员状态的可信度、 可靠 性、 准确性或者说 UE上报的成员状态与 MME判断的成员状态的一致性, 或者指示 UE是正常 UE还是非正常 UE (非正常 UE上报的成员状态是有问题的)。采用这种办 法可以对不同的 UE采用不同的切换策略, 例如, 当成员状态辅助信息指示 UE上报 的成员状态与移动管理实体的判断的成员状态的一致性为真时, 基站则可使用 UE上 报的成员状态进行优化的切换决策。 采用利用 UE上报的成员状态以及成员状态辅助信息共同进行切换决策的方法需 要解决的一个问题就是成员状态辅助信息的更新问题, 例如成员状态辅助信息可作为 UE 上下文信息的一部分保存在 MME 上和服务基站上, 也可作为其它信息保存在 MME上和服务基站上。 当 UE开始出现上报的成员状态不真实的情况时, 如何及时地 更新成员状态辅助信息, 以使在此之后基站不再完全依赖于 UE上报的成员状态信息 进行切换判决, 而是回退到传统的切换判决和执行流程, 避免出现 UE行为与成员状 态辅助信息不同步的情况。 基于上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种成员状态辅助信息的更新方法, 以 及时反映 UE上报的成员状态的可信度或准确性, 以使切换判决和执行流程跟随 UE 行为的变化而变化,从而减少切换时延和开销,其处理流程如图 2所示,包括步骤 S202 至步骤 S204: 步骤 S202、 MME根据小区的封闭用户组标识判断 UE的成员状态; 其中, 小区为 UE待切换的小区或 UE接入的小区; 步骤 S204、 MME根据判断结果更新保存的与 UE对应的成员状态辅助信息。 在本发明实施例中, MME根据小区的封闭用户组标识判断 UE的成员状态, 并根 据判断结果更新保存的与 UE对应的成员状态辅助信息。 当 UE开始出现上报的成员 状态不真实的情况时, MME根据判断结果去更新成员状态辅助信息, 并不完全依赖 于 UE上报的成员状态信息, 避免出现 UE行为与成员状态辅助信息不同步的情况。 实施时, 一种优选的实施例中, MME在根据目标小区的封闭用户组标识判断 UE 的成员状态之前, 接收 UE的成员状态信息, 进而 MME根据成员状态信息和判断结 果更新成员状态辅助信息。 具体的, 若成员状态信息与判断结果不一致时, MME将成员状态辅助信息设置 为预定值一。 成员状态信息与判断结果不一致, 包括: 成员状态信息为成员, 但判断 结果为非成员; 或者, 成员状态信息为非成员, 但判断结果为成员。 具体的, 若成员状态信息与判断结果一致时, MME将成员状态辅助信息设置为 预定值二。 其中, 预定值一以及预定值二是成员状态辅助信息的一种指定值, 能够指示不同 的成员状态, 例如, UE正常、 不正常、 有效、 无效、 可信、 不可信、 成员判断一致、 成员判断不一致、 恶意, 等等。 通常情况下, 成员状态信息与判断结果不一致时, 选 择预定值一, 其示意 UE不可信或恶意等等, 而成员状态信息与判断结果一致时, 选 择预定值二, 其示意 UE可信或有效, 等等。 具体的成员状态根据实际情况而定。 上文提到, MME接收成员状态信息,优选的,成员状态信息由基站发送至 MME, 其中, 成员状态信息携带在基站发送的下列任意一项消息中: 路径转换请求消息、 切 换需要消息、初始 UE消息。实施时,成员状态信息还可能携带在其他基站发送至 MME 的消息中, 根据具体情况而定。 实施时, MME根据判断结果更新保存的与 UE对应的成员状态辅助信息之后,还 包括: MME利用下列任意一项消息将更新后的成员状态辅助信息发送至发送成员状 态信息的基站或者 UE的目标基站: 路径转换请求确认消息、 切换请求消息、 路径转 换请求失败消息以及切换准备失败消息、 初始上下文建立请求消息。 MME将更新后 的成员状态辅助信息发送至上述基站之后, 相应的基站在后续处理中会根据接收的成 员状态辅助信息更新基站保存的与 UE对应的成员状态辅助信息, 例如, 若根据接收 的成员状态辅助信息指示成员状态为非成员, 相应的基站将成员状态辅助信息设置为 预定值一。 当然, 在具体实施时, 发送成员状态信息的基站或者 UE的目标基站中可 能出现原始并没有保存成员状态辅助信息的情况, 此时, 上述基站直接保存接收的成 员状态辅助信息就可以, 不需要对已有的信息进行更新。 MME 除将成员状态辅助信息发送至相应的基站之外, 在另外一个优选的实施例 中, 还可以将成员状态信息发送至上述基站, 携带成员状态信息的消息可以是下列任 意一项: 路径转换请求确认消息、 切换请求消息、 路径转换请求失败消息以及切换准 备失败消息、 初始上下文建立请求消息。 实施时, 成员状态信息还可能携带在 MME 发送至基站的消息中, 根据具体情况而定。
MME将 UE的成员状态信息发送至发送成员状态信息的基站或者目标基站之后, 相应的基站可以根据接收的成员状态信息更新自身保存的与 UE对应的成员状态辅助 信息。 例如, 若接收的成员状态信息指示 UE为非成员, 相应的基站将成员状态辅助 信息设置为预定值一。 与上面各实施例相类似, 本实施例中, 发送成员状态信息的基站或者目标基站的 基站类型包括: 家庭基站和宏基站。 即, 本发明上述各实施方案中提到的基站优选的 类型均可以包括家庭基站和宏基站。 除根据用户状态信息及 MME的判断结果更新成员状态辅助信息外, 本发明实施 例还提供了另外一种优选的实施例中, 本例中, MME接收目标小区的目标小区接入 模式信息, MME根据目标小区接入模式信息和判断结果更新成员状态辅助信息。 在本例中, 若目标小区接入模式信息对应的目标小区接入模式为封闭型, 且判断 结果为非成员时, MME将成员状态辅助信息设置为预定值一。 若目标小区接入模式信息对应的目标小区接入模式为封闭型, 且判断结果为成员 时, MME将成员状态辅助信息设置为预定值二。 在更新了成员状态辅助信息后, 基站就可能利用更新后的成员状态辅助信息进行 切换判断, 以使切换判决和执行流程跟随 UE行为的变化而变化, 从而减少切换时延 和开销, 相应的, 基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例提供了一种基站切换方法, 其处 理流程如图 3所示, 包括步骤 S302至步骤 S304: 步骤 S302、 基站接收 MME更新后的成员状态辅助信息; 其中, 成员状态辅助信息由 MME根据小区的封闭用户组标识判断 UE的成员状 态的判断结果更新; 步骤 S304、 基站根据更新后的成员状态辅助信息执行切换判决。 优选的,当成员状态辅助信息为预定值一时,基站与待切换的基站间采用 S1切换; 当成员状态辅助信息为预定值二时, 基站间与待切换的基站间采用 X2切换。 本发明实施例中涉及的基站包括家庭基站和宏基站。 基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了另外一种基站切换方法, 具体步骤如 下: 基站接收 MME发送的 UE的成员状态信息; 基站根据成员状态信息更新成员状 态辅助信息, 并根据更新后的成员状态辅助信息执行切换判决。 为将本发明实施例提供的成员状态辅助信息的更新方法以及基站切换方法阐述地 更清楚更明白, 现以具体实施例对其进行说明。 实施例一 图 4是在切换流程中更新成员状态辅助信息的流程图; 如图 4所示, 本实施例包 括以下步骤 (步骤 S402至步骤 S404): 步骤 S402、 移动管理实体根据封闭用户组标识判断成员状态; 步骤 S404、 移动管理实体更新成员状态辅助信息。 图 5是更新成员状态辅助信息的细化流程图一, 如图 5所示, 本细化流程包括以 下步骤 (步骤 S502至步骤 S506): 步骤 S502、 移动管理实体接收成员状态信息; 步骤 S504、 移动管理实体根据封闭用户组标识判断成员状态; 步骤 S506、移动管理实体根据接收到的成员状态信息和自身判断的成员状态更新 成员状态辅助信息。 图 6是更新成员状态辅助信息的细化流程图二; 如图 6所示, 本细化流程包括以 下步骤 (步骤 S602至步骤 S606): 步骤 S602、 移动管理实体接收目标小区接入模式信息; 步骤 S604、 移动管理实体根据封闭用户组标识判断成员状态; 步骤 S606、移动管理实体根据目标小区接入模式信息和自身判断的成员状态更新 成员状态辅助信息。 实施例二 图 7是在 X2切换流程中更新成员状态辅助信息的详细流程图, 如图 7所示, 本 实施例包括以下步骤 (步骤 S702至步骤 S716): 步骤 S702、 UE向源基站报告测量结果, 其中包括所测小区的 CSG ID和 (可选 的) UE的成员状态; 步骤 S704、 源基站向目标基站发送切换请求消息; 步骤 S706、 目标基站、 源基站与 UE间进行后续切换准备以及切换执行流程; 步骤 S708、 目标基站向 MME发送路径转换请求消息, 其中包括 CSG ID; 步骤 S710、 MME判断成员状态; 步骤 S712、 MME (在需要时) 更新成员状态辅助信息; 步骤 S714、 MME向目标基站发送路径转换请求确认消息; 步骤 S716、 目标基站保存或更新成员状态辅助信息以用于后续切换。 下面结合图 7的步骤详细阐述本实施例的具体应用。 在连接态下, UE能够向服务基站报告其对相邻小区的测量结果。如果所测相邻小 区广播了 CSG ID (意味着小区为 CSG小区或 hybrid小区), 则 UE在测量结果中包括
CSG ID。 如果相邻小区广播了接入模式 (意味着该小区为 hybrid小区), 则 UE根据
CSG ID以及其自身维护的 CSG白表 (CSG白表中保存了 UE身为成员的 CSG ID列 表)判断成员状态, 当判断为"成员"时, UE在测量报告中包括 UE的成员状态(指示 为"成员"), 当判断不是成员时, 测量报告中不包括 UE 的成员状态。 在相邻小区为 CSG小区的情况下, UE仅上报自身判断为成员的小区, 因而对于 CSG小区 UE在测 量结果中不用携带成员状态, 基站默认 UE为上报的 CSG小区的成员 (可以认为 UE 在测量报告中隐含了这一成员状态)。测量结果中还可以包括相邻小区的全球小区标识
( Cell Global Identity,缩写为 CGI,对于 E-UTRAN来说 CGI即为 E-UTRAN Cell Global
Identity, 缩写为 ECGI)。 服务基站 (在切换场景下服务基站即为源基站) 收到 UE的 测量报告后, 根据测量报告中携带的信息以及基站自有的一些信息进行切换判决。 基 站自有的一些信息可能包括 UE的成员状态辅助信息, 相邻基站的负载, 来自核心网 的切换策略信息等。 如果基站决定了通过 X2切换向目标小区发起切换, 则基站向目 标基站发送切换请求 (Handover Request) 消息, 该消息通过 X2接口发送, 因而也称 为 X2 Handover Request消息。如果目标小区为 hybrid小区, 则消息中除了携带目标小 区的标识等信息以外, 还需携带 CSG成员状态 (指示为成员或非成员)。 目标基站收 到 X2切换请求消息后与源基站、 UE—起完成切换准备和切换执行流程。 在切换执行 流程完成时, UE已经接入到目标基站,然后目标基站向 MME发送路径转换请求(Path Switch Request) 消息, 以将下行用户面路径的基站端从源基站转移到目标基站 (意味 着来自 S-GW的下行数据不再发给源基站,而是发给目标基站)。路径转换请求消息中 包括 UE接入小区的全球小区标识, UE接入小区大多情况下就是源基站选择的目标小 区。在目标小区为 CSG小区的情况下,路径转换请求消息中包括 UE接入小区的 CSG ID, 由于只有成员 UE可以接入 CSG小区, 因而目标小区为 CSG小区时不需要在路 径转换请求消息中携带成员状态; 在目标小区为 hybrid小区的情况下, 路径转换请求 消息中包括 UE接入小区的 CSG ID, 小区的接入模式 (指示为 hybrid), 以及成员状 态信息 (指示为成员或非成员), 该信息应该来源于源基站发的 X2切换请求消息, 也 就是说间接来源于 UE在上一基站处的测量报告。
MME收到 S1路径转换请求消息后, 根据 CSG ID判断 UE是否为该 CSG的成员 (对于封闭型小区该过程可称为接入控制, 而对于混合型小区该过程可称为成员验 证)。 当小区接入模式为 hybrid时, MME如果判断 UE为非成员而收到的成员状态信 息指示为成员, 则成员状态辅助信息应设为指示该 UE不可信、 或该 UE为恶意 (非 正常) UE、 或 UE与 MME的成员判断不一致(对应预定值二), 因此如果成员状态辅 助信息原来为指示该 UE可信、 正常或者成员判断一致 (对应预定值一), 则 MME更 新成员状态辅助信息。成员状态辅助信息可作为 UE上下文信息的一部分保存在 MME 上和服务基站上, 也可作为其它信息保存在 MME上和服务基站上。 如果判断 UE为 成员而成员状态辅助信息指示为非成员, 这种情况可能不太会出现, MME 的行为可 以根据其它考虑而定。如果 MME对 UE的成员判断与接收到的成员状态信息一致(即 二者皆指示为成员或者皆指示为非成员),则成员状态辅助信息可以设为指示该 UE可 信、 正常或者成员判断一致, 如果成员状态辅助信息原来为指示该 UE不可信、 或该 UE为恶意(非正常) UE、 或 UE与 MME的成员判断不一致, 则 MME更新成员状态 辅助信息。 当小区接入模式为 CSG小区时, 由于仅有成员 UE可接入 CSG小区, 因此 UE 接入到该小区意味着 UE在前一基站处上报的测量结果中指示 UE为该 CSG ID的成 员。 因此, MME在收到 S1路径转换请求消息后, 根据 CSG ID对 UE进行成员判断, 如果 UE为非成员而该小区接入模式为 CSG小区, 则成员状态辅助信息应设为指示该 UE不可信、 或该 UE为恶意(非正常) UE、 或 UE与 MME的成员判断不一致, 因此 如果成员状态辅助信息原来为指示该 UE可信、 正常或者成员判断一致, 则 MME更 新成员状态辅助信息。 如果 MME对 UE的成员判断为成员且该小区接入模式为 CSG 小区 (说明 UE和 MME对成员的判断一致), 则成员状态辅助信息可以设为指示该 UE可信、 正常或者成员判断一致, 如果成员状态辅助信息原来为指示该 UE不可信、 或该 UE为恶意 (非正常) UE、 或 UE与 MME的成员判断不一致, 则 MME更新成 员状态辅助信息。 以上 MME更新成员状态辅助信息的算法还可以结合计数器或者定时器等机制, 例如, 仅当判断一致的累计次数超过一定数值条件时才更新成员状态辅助信息, 而且 触发成员状态辅助信息更新的计数器对从可信变为不可信或者从不可信变为可信的条 件可以并不相同, 例如, 当从可信变为不可信只需要当前判断不一致即更新成员状态 辅助信息为不可信, 而从不可信变为可信则需要多次真实上报才能更新。 在 MME完成成员状态判断并在需要的情况下更新成员状态辅助信息后, 如果目 标小区为 hybrid小区, 或者目标小区为 CSG小区且 MME判断 UE为成员, MME向 目标 (家庭) 基站发送路径转换请求确认消息, 该消息中可选包括成员状态, 该消息 中还可包括 (更新后的) 成员状态辅助信息。 目标家庭基站收到路径转换请求确认消 息后, 如果消息中有成员状态辅助信息, 则目标家庭基站保存或更新该信息以备后续 切换使用; 如果消息中有成员状态(而没有成员状态辅助信息), 则目标家庭基站根据 该成员状态与之前的成员状态对比, 如果之前的成员状态为成员而 MME指示的成员 状态为非成员, 则将成员状态辅助信息更新为不可信、 或不可靠、 或非正常 UE、 或成 员判断不一致(如果之前的成员状态辅助信息与此不同); 如果 MME指示的成员状态 与之前的成员状态一致或者 MME并未指示成员状态, 则将成员状态辅助信息更新为 可信、或可靠或正常 UE、或成员判断一致(如果之前的成员状态辅助信息与此不同)。 在 MME完成成员状态判断并在需要的情况下更新成员状态辅助信息后, 如果目 标小区为 CSG小区且 MME判断 UE为非成员, 则 MME向目标基站发送路径转换请 求失败消息, 并在消息中包括失败的原因值。 该原因值可以设为非成员或者成员状态 错误。 目标基站收到该消息后或者进一步地收到 UE上下文释放消息后, 释放与 UE 的 RRC连接以及上下文 (因此这种情况不需要再保存成员状态辅助信息)。 实施例三 图 8是在 S1切换流程中更新成员状态辅助信息的第一种详细流程, 如图 8所示, 本实施例包括以下步骤 (步骤 S802至步骤 S812): 步骤 S802、 UE向源基站报告测量结果,其中包括所测小区的 CSG ID和 UE的成 员状态; 步骤 S804、 源基站向 MME发送切换需要消息, 其中包括目标小区的 CSG ID; 步骤 S806、 MME根据 CSG ID判断成员状态; 步骤 S808、 MME更新成员状态辅助信息 (如果有需要); 步骤 S810、 MME向目标基站发送切换请求消息, 其中包括成员状态辅助信息; 步骤 S812、 目标基站保存成员状态辅助信息以用于后续切换。 下面结合图 8的步骤详细阐述本实施例的具体应用。 在连接态下, UE能够向服务基站报告其对相邻小区的测量结果。如果所测相邻小 区广播了 CSG ID (意味着小区为 CSG小区或 hybrid小区), 则 UE在测量结果中包括 CSG ID。 如果相邻小区广播了接入模式 (意味着该小区为 hybrid小区), 则 UE根据 CSG ID以及其自身维护的 CSG白表 (CSG白表中保存了 UE身为成员的 CSG ID列 表)判断成员状态, 当判断为"成员"时, UE在测量报告中包括 UE的成员状态(指示 为"成员"), 当判断不是成员时, 测量报告中不包括 UE 的成员状态。 在相邻小区为 CSG小区的情况下, UE仅上报自身判断为成员的小区, 因而对于 CSG小区 UE在测 量结果中不用携带成员状态, 基站默认 UE为上报的 CSG小区的成员 (可以认为 UE 在测量报告中隐含了这一成员状态)。 测量结果中还可包括相邻小区的全球小区标识 ( Cell Global Identity,缩写为 CGI,对于 E-UTRAN来说 CGI即为 E-UTRAN Cell Global Identity, 缩写为 ECGI)。 服务基站 (在切换场景下服务基站即为源基站) 收到 UE的 测量报告后, 根据测量报告中携带的信息以及基站自有的一些信息进行切换判决。 基 站自有的一些信息可能包括 UE的成员状态辅助信息, 相邻基站的负载, 来自核心网 的切换策略信息等。如果基站决定了通过 S1切换向目标小区发起切换,则基站向 MME (移动管理实体)发送切换需要(Handover Required)消息, 该消息通过 S1接口发送, 因而也可称为 SI Handover Required消息。 如果目标小区为 CSG小区或 hybrid小区, 贝 U消息中除了携带目标小区的标识等信息以外,还需要携带目标小区的 CSG ID, 而在 目标小区为 hybrid小区时, 还需携带目标的小区接入模式 (指示为 hybrid)。 在切换需要消息中可选地包括成员状态信息,例如, 当目标小区为 hybrid小区时, 成员状态信息指示成员或非成员。 MME收到切换需要消息后, 根据消息中的 CSG ID 对 UE的成员身份进行判断。 如果 MME判断为非成员而接收到的成员状态为"成员", 则 MME将成员状态辅助信息更新为不可信(可信度为假)、 或不可靠(可靠性为假)、 或不真实 (真实性为假)、 或非正常 UE、 或成员一致性 (membership consistency) 为 假(如果此前的成员状态辅助信息取值与此不同)。如果 MME的成员判断与接收到的 成员状态信息一致 (例如都为"成员"或都为 "非成员"), 则 MME将成员状态辅助信息 更新为可信、 或可靠、 或真实、 或正常 UE、 或成员一致性为真(如果此前的成员状态 辅助信息取值与此不同)。 在进行完成员状态判断并在需要的情况下更新成员状态辅助信息后, 如果目标小 区为 hybrid小区, 或者目标小区为 CSG小区且 MME判断 UE为成员, MME向目标 (家庭)基站发送 S1 切换请求消息,该消息中包括目标小区的 CSG ID和(更新后的) 成员状态辅助信息, 并当目标小区为 hybrid小区时还包括成员状态。 目标家庭基站收 到 S1切换请求消息后, 目标家庭基站保存成员状态辅助信息以备后续切换使用。 实施例四 图 9是在 S1切换流程中更新成员状态辅助信息的第二种详细流程, 如图 9所示, 本实施例包括以下步骤 (步骤 S902至步骤 S912): 步骤 S902、 UE向源基站报告测量结果,其中包括所测小区的 CSG ID和 UE的成 员状态; 步骤 S904、 源基站向 MME发送切换需要消息, 其中包括目标小区的 CSG ID; 步骤 S906、 MME根据 CSG ID判断成员状态; 步骤 S908、 MME更新成员状态辅助信息 (如果有需要); 步骤 S910、 MME向源基站发送切换准备失败消息; 步骤 S912、 源基站保存或更新成员状态辅助信息以用于后续切换.。 下面详细阐述本实施例的过程。 在连接态下, UE能够向服务基站报告其对相邻小区的测量结果。如果所测相邻小 区广播了 CSG ID (意味着小区为 CSG小区或 hybrid小区), 则 UE在测量结果中包括 CSG ID。 如果相邻小区广播了接入模式 (意味着该小区为 hybrid小区), 则 UE根据 CSG ID以及其自身维护的 CSG白表 (CSG白表中保存了 UE身为成员的 CSG ID列 表)判断成员状态, 当判断为"成员"时, UE在测量报告中包括 UE的成员状态(指示 为"成员"), 当判断不是成员时, 测量报告中不包括 UE 的成员状态。 在相邻小区为

11. 根据权利要求 10所述的方法,其中,所述发送所述成员状态信息的基站或者所 述目标基站根据接收的成员状态信息更新所述发送所述成员状态信息的基站或 者所述目标基站保存的与所述 UE对应的成员状态辅助信息, 包括:
若所述接收的成员状态信息指示所述 UE为非成员, 所述发送所述成员状 态信息的基站或目标基站将所述成员状态辅助信息设置为预定值一。
12. 根据权利要求 10所述的方法,其中,所述发送所述成员状态信息的基站或者所 述目标基站的基站类型包括: 家庭基站和宏基站。
13. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 MME根据小区的封闭用户组标识判 断所述 UE的成员状态之前, 包括: 所述 MME接收所述小区的接入模式信息; 所述 MME根据判断结果更新保存的与所述 UE对应的成员状态辅助信息, 包括: 所述 MME根据所述接入模式信息和所述判断结果更新所述成员状态辅 助信息。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其中, 所述 MME根据所述接入模式信息和所述 判断结果更新所述成员状态辅助信息, 包括:
所述接入模式信息对应的接入模式为封闭型,且所述判断结果为非成员时, 所述 MME将所述成员状态辅助信息设置为预定值一。
15. 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的方法, 其中, 所述 MME根据所述接入模式信息 和所述判断结果更新所述成员状态辅助信息, 包括:
所述接入模式信息对应的接入模式为封闭型, 且所述判断结果为成员时, 所述 MME将所述成员状态辅助信息设置为预定值二。
16. 一种基站切换方法, 包括:
基站接收移动管理实体 MME更新后的成员状态辅助信息, 其中, 所述成 员状态辅助信息由所述 MME根据小区的封闭用户组标识判断用户设备 UE的 成员状态的判断结果更新;
所述基站根据所述更新后的成员状态辅助信息执行切换判决。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的方法,其中,所述基站根据所述更新后的成员状态辅助 信息执行切换判决, 包括:
所述成员状态辅助信息为预定值一时,所述基站与待切换的基站间采用 S1 切换;
所述成员状态辅助信息为预定值二时, 所述基站与所述待切换的基站间采 用 X2切换。
18. 根据权利要求 17所述的方法, 其中, 所述基站包括: 家庭基站和宏基站。
19. 一种基站切换方法, 包括:
基站接收移动管理实体 MME发送的用户设备 UE的成员状态信息; 所述基站根据所述成员状态信息更新成员状态辅助信息, 并根据更新后的 成员状态辅助信息执行切换判决。
20. 一种成员状态辅助信息的更新装置, 设置在移动管理实体 MME中, 包括: 判断模块, 设置为根据小区的封闭用户组标识判断用户设备 UE的成员状 态, 其中, 所述小区为所述 UE待切换的小区或所述 UE接入的小区;
更新模块, 设置为根据判断结果更新保存的与所述 UE对应的成员状态辅 助信息。
21. 一种基站切换装置, 设置在基站中, 包括:
第一接收模块, 设置为接收移动管理实体 MME更新后的成员状态辅助信 息;
第一执行模块,设置为根据所述更新后的成员状态辅助信息执行切换判决。
22. 一种基站切换装置, 设置在基站中, 包括:
第二接收模块, 设置为接收移动管理实体 MME发送的用户设备 UE的成 员状态信息;
第二执行模块, 设置为根据所述成员状态信息更新成员状态辅助信息, 并 根据更新后的成员状态辅助信息执行切换判决。
