图 2、 图 3以及图 4中的用户面网关( SAE-GW )包括服务网关( Serving Gateway , S-GW )和分组数据网网关( Packet Date Network Gateway , P-GW ); 移动型管理实体 ( Mobility Management Entity , MME ) 负责用户的移动性管 理。
需要说明的是,本发明中的终端不区分用户设备(UE )和移动台(MS ) 。 闭合用户组(Closed Subscriber Group, CSG )是引入家用基站后提出的 概念。 通常一个家庭或者一个企业内部的用户组成一个闭合用户组, 这个闭 合用户组用 CSG ID进行标识。 为这个闭合用户组内用户服务的家用基站具 有相同的 CSG ID。用户通过与运营商签约可以接入到多个闭合用户组所对应 的家用基站, 例如用户的办公场所、 家庭等。 因此引入了允许闭合用户组列 表的概念。 这个闭合用户组列表保存在用户的终端和网络侧的归属用户数据 服务器中。 用户终端主要利用闭合用户组列表进行无线小区的选择, 家用基站会通 过广播的方式将其所属的 CSG ID以及使用模式告知用户终端, 用户终端获 取到广播消息后如果发现这个基站是闭合使用模式并且 CSG ID并不在自身 保存的允许闭合用户组列表中, 那么用户终端认为该家用基站小区不适合接 入而自动选择其他适合接入的蜂窝。 通过这种方式可以避免用户终端频繁地 进行接入尝试, 降低电池和空口资源的消耗。 当用户进行初始化接入的时候, 网络侧的归属用户数据服务器会把用户 签约的允许闭合用户组列表发送到核心网的移动性管理单元。 核心网移动性 管理单元会利用这个列表对 UE进行接入控制。如果 UE从未授权的闭合模式 家用基站访问核心网, 那么核心网会拒绝该类用户的接入。
家庭基站也可以作为普通基站使用, 此时家庭基站的接入模式为开放
( OPEN )模式。 该模式下, 家庭基站可以被任何用户接入, 从这样模式接入 的用户, 移动管理实体也不需要对接入的用户做接入控制。 同样的, 家庭基 站可以有混合模式, 对一部分用户釆用闭合模式接入, 对一部分用户釆用开 放模式。
对于已授权访问家用基站的用户, 根据家用基站管理者的意愿可以分为 临时授权访问和永久授权访问两种。 临时授权访问的用户在一定的时间以后 就不可以再接入某个 CSG ID标识所属的家用基站, 即便是永久授权访问的 用户也可以根据家用基站管理者的意愿即时取消访问权利。 目前允许临时用户接入的时长作为用户的签约数据, 在 UE接入网络的 时候归属用户数据服务器会将签约数据下发到核心网移动性管理单元, 核心 网移动性管理单元保存该信息。 当终端处于连接态的时候, 如果临时用户所 连接的家庭基站的时长已经超时, 那么核心网移动性管理单元会将已经超时 的 CSG标识从允许用户接入的 CSG标识列表中删除。
但是现有方案中网络侧并不会将自己所执行的操作通知给 UE,因此该操 作会引发用户终端和网络侧的允许闭合用户组列表发生了不同步现象。 这样 一方面会导致终端不能使用最新的允许闭合用户组列表进行操作, 后续可能 造成错误的小区重选、 测量报告生成、 无效的接入尝试而浪费无线资源; 另 一方面, 网络侧的操作可能导致用户被切换到一个非 CSG小区下, 家庭基站 和普通基站之间的计费等策略可能不尽相同, 而用户可能并不希望切换到费 率较高的普通基站, 但是 UE并不知道此时切换的原因, 也无法将切换原因 呈现给用户, 因此用户不能根据不同的情况决定是否要使用普通的基站, 影 响了用户体验。 现有技术中当用户在家用基站下使用紧急业务和非紧急业务时, 如果临 时用户所接入的家庭基站的时长已经超时, 那么核心网移动性管理单元会将 非紧急的业务去活, 仅为该用户保留紧急业务。 用户将不知道当前的 CSG小 区已经不在允许闭合用户组列表中, 当用户在此 CSG小区中发起正常业务, 会被网络拒绝, 影响用户体验。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题, 在于需要提供一种闭合用户组列表的同步
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种闭合用户组列表的同步方法, 包括: 具有紧急业务的终端处于连接状态且作为临时用户接入家用基站, 当所 述终端连接所述接入家用基站的连接时间超时的时候, 移动管理实体发起非 紧急业务的删除流程或者通知终端所述家用基站的闭合用户组标识不在允许

与现有技术相比, 本发明所提供的系统、 方法及装置解决了临时接入的 终端在接入超时的时候与网络侧的允许闭合用户组列表不同步的问题, 避免 了后续可能造成错误的小区重选、 测量报告生成、 无效的接入尝试等而浪费 无线资源, 保证了良好的用户体验。

本发明的较佳实施方式
以下将结合附图及实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式, 借此对本发明 如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题, 并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解 并据以实施。
需要说明的是, 如果不冲突, 本发明实施例以及实施例中的各个特征可 以相互结合, 均在本发明的保护范围之内。 另外, 在附图的流程图示出的步 骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流 程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行 所示出或描述的步骤。
本发明方法在使用紧急业务和非紧急业务的终端处于连接状态下进行, 适用在 UTRAN和 EUTRAN网络。具体方法为:移动管理实体 ( MME/SGSN ) 监控临时用户接入家庭基站的时长, 当终端处于连接状态并且定时器超时后, 通知终端当前接入的家庭基站 CSG 小区不在允许闭合用户组列表(Allowed CSG List ) 中, 终端将该 CSG ID从 Allowed CSG List中删除。 通知的方法有 两种, 一是在移动管理实体将该用户非紧急的业务去活过程中, 通过去活请 求通知; 二是通过移动性管理信息 (EMM/GMM ) 消息通知。
以下第一和第二实施例中, 假设具有紧急业务的 UE处于连接状态, UE 作为临时用户接入了 HeNB或者 HNB, 当定时器超时后, MME或者 SGSN 发起非紧急业务的删除流程,在终端实现与网络侧的闭合用户组列表的同步。 第一实施例
图 5是根据本发明, 在 EUTRAN覆盖下作为临时 CSG用户的 UE定时 器超时后, 通过去活非紧急业务通知 UE更新白表(即允许闭合用户组列表) 的流程。 该流程主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 S501 , 由于临时 CSG用户的 UE定时器超时, MME向 S-GW发起 请求承载去活, 该请求承载去活中包含正常承载的承载标识 (EPS Bearer Identity ) , 以去活该正常承载;
步骤 S502, S-GW收到 ΜΜΕ发送的请求承载去活后, 发送请求承载去 活给 P-GW, 该请求承载去活中包含上述正常承载的承载标识;
步骤 S503 , P-GW收到 S-GW发送的请求承载去活后, 发送删除承载请 求给 S-GW, 该删除承载请求中包含上述正常承载的承载标识;
步骤 S504, S-GW收到 P-GW发送的删除承载请求后, 发送删除承载请 求给 ΜΜΕ, 该删除承载请求中包含上述正常承载的承载标识; 步骤 S505 , ΜΜΕ收到 S-GW发送的删除承载请求后, 发送去活 EPS承 载上下文请求 ( Deactivate EPS Bearer Context Request )给 UE, 该去活 EPS 承载上下文请求中包含会话管理原因, 其中该原因为不允许接入 CSG;
步骤 S506, UE收到上述去活 EPS承载上下文请求后, 根据其中的正常 合用户组列表) 中删除, 并发送去活 EPS承载上下文接受 (Deactivate EPS Bearer Context Accept )给 MME;
步骤 S507, MME收到 UE发送的去活 EPS承载上下文接受后, 删除自 身保存的上述正常承载的上下文, 并且发送删除承载确认给 S-GW, 该删除 承载确认中包含上述正常承载的承载标识;
步骤 S508, S-GW收到 UE发送的删除承载确认后, 删除自身保存的上 述正常承载的上下文, 并且发送删除承载确认给 P-GW, 其中包含上述正常 承载的承载标识; P-GW收到上述删除承载确认后, 完成正常承载的删除流 程, 实现闭合用户组列表的同步。 上述步骤 S505的去活 EPS承载上下文请求和步骤 S506的去活 EPS承载 上下文接受消息,是非接入层( Non-Access-Stratum, NAS )消息,通过 eNodeB 转发。
第二实施例
图 6是根据本发明, 在 UTRAN覆盖下作为临时 CSG用户的 UE定时器 超时后, 通过去活非紧急业务通知 UE更新白表的流程。 如图 6所示, 该流 程主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 S601 , 由于临时 CSG用户的 UE定时器超时, SGSN向 GGSN发起 删除分组数据协议( PDP )上下文请求, 该删除 PDP上下文请求中包含正常 PDP上下文的隧道终点标识( Tunnel End ID, TEID ) , 以去活该正常 PDP上 下文;
步骤 S602, GGSN收到 SGSN发送的删除 PDP上下文请求后, 向 SGSN 发送删除 PDP上下文响应, 该删除 PDP上下文响应中包含正常 PDP上下文 的隧道终点标识;
步骤 S603 , SGSN收到 GGSN发送的删除 PDP上下文响应后,发送去活 PDP上下文请求给 MS, 该去活 PDP上下文请求中包含上述正常 PDP上下文 的标识, 还包含会话管理原因, 其中该原因为不允许接入 CSG;
步骤 S604, MS接收到上述去活 PDP上下文请求后,根据其中的正常 PDP 上下文释放的原因, 将当前所处 CSG ID从 Allowed CSG List白列表中删除; 同时, MS发送去活 PDP上下文接受给 SGSN, 完成正常 PDP上下文的删除 流程, 实现闭合用户组列表的同步。
以下第三和第四实施例, 假设具有紧急业务的 UE处于连接状态, UE作 为临时用户接入了 HeNB或者 HNB, 当定时器超时的时候, MME或者 SGSN 通过移动性管理消息通知终端 UE/MS当前接入的家庭基站 CSG小区不在允 许闭合用户组列表,终端将该 CSG ID从 Allowed CSG List中删除, 实现闭合 用户组列表的同步。 第三实施例
在 SAE/EPS移动性管理过程中, MME可以通过演进的分组系统移动性 管理 ( Evolved Packet System Mobility Management, EMM )信息 ( information ) 消息通知用户设备(User Equipment, UE )—些信息, 比如网络当前的时间 等。
如图 7所示, 在 EUTRAN覆盖下作为临时 CSG用户的 UE定时器超时 后, MME通过 EMM移动性管理信息消息通知 UE:当前接入的家庭基站 CSG 小区不在允许闭合用户组列表。 UE收到上述消息后,更新自身保存的 Allowed CSG List, 将当前家庭基站的 CSG ID删除, 在终端实现与网络侧的闭合用户 组列表的同步。
第四实施例
如图 8所示,在 UTRAN覆盖下作为临时 CSG用户的 UE定时器超时后, 在 GPRS移动性管理过程中, SGSN可以通过通用分组无线业务移动性管理 ( General Packet Radio Service Mobility Management, GMM )信息( information ) 消息通知移动台 (Mobile Station, MS )—些信息, 比如网络当前的时间等。 如图 8所示, SGSN通过 GMM移动性管理信息消息通知 MS: 当前接入 的家庭基站 CSG小区不在允许闭合用户组列表。 MS收到上述消息后, 更新 自身保存的 Allowed CSG List, 将当前家庭基站的 CSG ID删除, 实现闭合用 户组列表的同步。
合用户组列表的同步系统实施例, 主要包括终端及移动管理实体, 其中: 具有紧急业务的该终端设置成处于连接状态, 且作为临时用户接入家用 基站, 在该移动管理实体的指示下完成与网络侧的闭合用户组列表的同步; 该移动管理实体设置成该终端连接接入家用基站的连接时间超时的时 候, 发起非紧急业务的删除流程或者通知该终端家用基站的闭合用户组标识 不在允许闭合用户组列表中,以指示该终端完成所述闭合用户组列表的同步。 本发明闭合用户组列表的同步装置, 即移动管理实体, 设置为: 在处于 连接状态且具有紧急业务的终端作为临时用户接入家用基站的连接时间超时 的时候, 发起非紧急业务的删除流程或者通知终端所述家用基站的闭合用户 组标识不在允许闭合用户组列表中, 指示所述终端完成闭合用户组列表的同 步。
其中, 该移动管理实体可以是 MME或者 SGSN。 MME或者 SGSN发起 的非紧急业务的删除流程, 请分别参见前述图 5和图 6所示的方法实施例, 此处不再赘述。 其中, 移动管理实体通知终端该家用基站的闭合用户组标识不在所述允 许闭合用户组列表中 , 可以是 MME通过 EMM信息消息通知该终端 , 该终 端收到该 EMM信息消息后更新该允许闭合用户组列表; 也可以是 SGSN通 过 GMM信息消息通知该终端 , 该终端收到该 GMM信息消息后更新该允许 闭合用户组列表。 MME或者 SGSN通过发送消息通知终端更新允许闭合用户 组列表, 请分别参见前述的图 7和图 8所示的方法实施例, 此处不再赘述。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 虽然本发明所揭露的实施方式如上, 但所述的内容只是为了便于理解本 发明而釆用的实施方式, 并非用以限定本发明。 任何本发明所属技术领域内 的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明所揭露的精神和范围的前提下, 可以在实施的 形式上及细节上作任何的修改与变化, 但本发明的专利保护范围, 仍须以所 附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。 工业实用性 与现有技术相比, 本发明所提供的系统及方法解决了临时接入的终端在 接入超时的时候与网络侧的允许闭合用户组列表不同步的问题, 避免了后续 可能造成错误的小区重选、 测量报告生成、 无效的接入尝试等而浪费无线资 源, 保证了良好的用户体验。
