目前市面上的各种宠物屋 / 家具 / 活动房大多由复合板或木材固定连接成一体,也有由几个部件组合而成,这类宠物屋 / 家具 / 活动房外观形态较为固定,式样容易过时,同时这类宠物屋 / 家具 / 活动房大多体积大、不便于搬运。
中国专利201020218816.9号 公开了一种自组装家具,包括面板、L型连接件、T型连接件、十字型连接件、U型连接件和腿部支撑件;面板的两个相对的侧边上设有插接孔,可与各种连接件插接而成家具。 该自组装家具可以由使用者比较自由地进行组装,但是组装出的家具只能沿着平面二维方向延伸,适用于书架、壁柜等家具,无法用于具有三维方向延伸的家具,如宠物屋等。该自组装家具若在面板的四个侧边均设有插接孔,则相邻侧边间两靠近的插接孔安装插接头的过程中会产生冲突,导致无法安装。
技术问题
本发明提供 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件 ,其目的在于克服现有的 宠物屋 / 家具 / 活动房式样固定、不便于搬运的 缺点,同时也为了克服目前的自组装家具无法沿空间的三维方向延伸、使用局限性大的缺点。

二,该标准化组件所包含的零件种类少,零件的结构标准化程度高,因而容易实现批量生产。

上述面板 1 的上下面可以是长方形也可以是正方形,面板 1 的侧面的凸部 11 及连接条 2 上的凹槽 21 的数量相应变化。
本实施例中的面板 1 以及各种类型的连接条的数量是不固定的,根据具体组装的家具而定。
本发明的实施方式
实施例二
用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,如图7, 包括面板 1 及用于将面板 1 连接的连接条,还包括插头 3 ,面板 1 的四个侧边均设有等间距排列的截面为方形的插槽 11 ,连接条上设有截面为方形的插槽 21 ,插头 3 的两端分别插设于面板 1 侧边的插槽 11 和连接条的插槽 21 中。同时参照图 8 ,插槽 11 内侧壁设有凹部 41 、插槽 21 内侧壁设有凹部 42 、插头 3 上设有与凹部 41 、凹部 42 相配合卡接定位的凸点 43 。连接条的插槽 21 侧壁设有销孔 51 ,面板 1 的插槽 11 侧壁相应位置设有销孔 52 ,插头 3 与销孔 51 、 52 相对应的位置设有销孔 53 ,还包括定位销 6 ,该定位销 6 可插设于销孔 51 、 53 或销孔 52 、 53 中,以使插头 3 将面板 1 和连接条固定连接。
参照图 7 ,上述连接条包括横截面为一字形的连接条 22 、横截面为 L 字形的连接条 23 、横截面为 T 字形的连接条 24 、横截面为十字形的连接条 25 ,横截面为一字形的连接条 22 包括长度与面板 1 侧边长度相等的连接条 221 、长度大于或等于面板 1 侧边长度加上连接条宽度之和的连接条 222 及长度小于面板 1 侧边长度的连接条 223 ;横截面为 L 字形的连接条 23 包括长度与面板 1 的侧边长度相等的连接条 231 、长度大于或等于面板 1 侧边长度加上连接条宽度之和的连接条 232 及长度小于面板 1 侧边长度的连接条 233 ;横截面为 T 字形的连接条 24 包括长度与面板侧边长度相等的连接条 241 、长度大于或等于面板 1 侧边长度加上连接条宽度之和的连接条 242 及长度小于面板 1 侧边长度的连接条 243 ;横截面为十字形的连接条 25 包括长度与面板侧边长度相等的连接条 251 、长度大于或等于面板 1 侧边长度加上连接条宽度之和的连接条 252 及长度小于面板 1 侧面边长度的连接条 253 。
通过横截面为一字形的连接条 22 、插头 3 或横截面为 L 字形的连接条 23 、插头 3 可将两面板 1 固定连接;通过横截面为 T 字形的连接条 24 、插头 3 可将三块面板 1 连接;通过横截面为十字形的连接条 25 、插头 3 可将四块面板 1 连接。
以横截面为一字形的连接条 22 为例,参考图 9 ,连接条 221 、连接条 222 、连接条 223 及插头 3 可将两面板 1 连接,形成一完整的平板,同时采用连接条 223 横跨两面板 1 的侧边,使形成的完整的平板更加牢固。
参考图 10 ,采用横截面为 L 字形的连接条 231 将两面板 1 连接,同时采用 L 字形的连接条 7 (该连接条 7 的横截面为一字形)将两面板 1 前端及后端分别连接。图 1 中的横截面为 L 字形的连接条 23 、横截面为 T 字形的连接条 24 、横截面为十字形的连接条 25 均与横截面为一字形的连接条 22 的连接方式类似,在此不一一介绍。上述图 9 、图 10 只用虚线示出部分插头 3 。
参考图 6 ,采用横截面为一字形的连接条 22 、横截面为 L 字形的连接条 23 、横截面为 T 字形的连接条 24 、横截面为十字形的连接条 25 、面板 1 及插头 3 可组装形成三维方向延伸的家具,该家具组装及拆卸简单,搬运及携带方便。
本实施例中的面板 1 、插头 3 以及各种类型的连接条的数量是不固定的,根据具体组装的家具而定。
实施例三
用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件,如图11至图18所示,包括面板、用于连接两块面板的连接条以及用于连接面板和连接条或连接两块面板的插头3。连接条有图11所示连接条24、图12所示连接条23、图13所示连接条22、图14所示连接条25等四种规格,面板有图15所示面板14、图16所示面板13、图17所示面板12等三种规格。
参照图11至图18,各种规格 面板的侧边均设有与插头 3 插接配合的插槽 11 ,每一个面板具有两个侧面和四个侧边,该四个侧边均分别由复数个相同的最小单元组成,每一个最小单元由一个所述插槽 11 以及围成插槽 11 的侧壁 4 构成,相邻两插槽 11 的侧壁 4 连为一体,面板角部两边的两个插槽 11 互相连通并重叠;各种规格连接条的侧面均设有与插头 3 插接配合的插槽 21 ,每一个连接条具有四个侧面和两个端面,该四个侧面均分别由复数个相同的最小单元组成,每一个最小单元由一个插槽 11 以及围成插槽 11 的侧壁 4 构成,相邻两插槽 11 的侧壁 4 连为一体,连接条上同一横截面位置的四个插槽 11 互相连通并重叠,形成一个十字形通槽。
如图15至图17所示,各面板由两块面层板以及位于两块面层板之间与两块面层板一体连接的支架构造而成,其内部中空 。 以两个以上连续的所述最小单元为一个基本单元,面板的边长有三种规格,分别为一个基本单元的长度的面板12、两个基本单元的长度的面板13和五个基本单元的长度的面板14。
如图11至图14所示,以两个以上连续的最小单元为一个基本单元,连接条2的长度有三种规格,分别为一个基本单元的长度的连接条22、两个基本单元的长度的连接条23和五个基本单元的长度的连接条24。另外还包括长度为一个基本单元长度的连接条25。另外还设有装饰件,该装饰件也设有可与所述插头插接配合的插槽,该装饰件可装配在连接条外露的一面上,起装饰作用。
如图18所示,插头3上设有销孔31,各连接条的插槽21侧壁和各面板的插槽11侧壁的对应位置也设有销孔31,各面板和插头3之间、各连接条和插头3之间通过插销插接于对应的销孔31中固定连接。
通过三种规格的连接条22、23、24和三种规格的面板12、13、14,以及相当于一个最小单元长度的连接条25,可根据使用者自己的需求进行拼接、组装,形成完整、无漏洞的家具。图19、20显示出了连接条25的作用。
如图19所示,显示了面板12、13、14和连接条24、25的拼接结构。图20所示的为采用本标准化组件组装出的宠物屋,图21所示的为采用本标准化组件组装出的猫扑架。
实施例四
本实施例与实施例三大致相同,其主要区别在于如图22、图23以及图24所示,其连接条27的十字形通槽每一个开口相对的两内侧壁均分别设有一凸部26,连接条27上的销孔31设于该凸部26上,其插头的形状与该凸部相适配,该插头的横截面应大致为工字形。本实施例的优点在于连接条27横截面的边长与面板的厚度相同,使组装完成的家具外表平整。
实施例五
用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,参照图25、图26、图27, 包括面板 2 和连接两块面板 2 的连接条 1 ,面板 2 的厚度小于连接条 1 的横截面边长,面板 2 包括四个侧边,每个侧边设有凸条 21 (如图 30 所示);连接条 1 经挤塑成型,生产便捷,可进行规模化生产,且成本低廉。参照图 29 ,连接条 1 的任意横截面都相等,连接条 1 的四个侧壁分别设有与所述凸条 21 相配合的插槽 11 ;参照图 29 和图 30 , 面 板2的凸条21上等间距分布有若干销孔22,靠近凸条21端头的销孔22与其最近端头的距离均为相邻两销孔22距离的一半,连接条1的插槽11的对应位置也设有销孔12,插槽11由两平行侧壁及其垂直的侧壁围成的,所述两平行侧壁均设有一凹槽13,凸条21相应的位置设有与所述凹槽13配合使凸条21卡设于插槽内的小凸条23。参照图28,凸条21和插槽11之间通孔插销3插接于对应的销孔中固定连接;任意面板2拼装时,凸条21上的销孔22均可以插槽11上的销孔12对应,故可实现各组件拼接的标准化, 无需特定的连接条,面板之间拼接更简单,可大大节省了安装时间,同时拼接出来的宠物屋、家具和活动房等外表美观;面板 2 可随意沿着连接条 1 四个侧面方向延伸,因此可组装出各式各样的宠物屋、家具和活动房,满足人们追求多样化的需求。
实施例六
本实施例也包括面板 4 和连接两块面板 4 的连接条 5 ,参照图 38 , 面板4由两块面层板以及位于两块面层板之间与两块面层板一体连接的支架构造而成,其内部中空;参照图33、图37和图38, 面板 4 的厚度等于连接条 5 的横截面边长,面板 4 的侧边设有插槽 41 ,每一个面板 4 具有两个侧面和四个侧边,该四个侧边均分别由复数个相同的最小单元组成,每一个最小单元由一个插槽 41 以及围成插槽 41 的侧壁构成,相邻两插槽 41 的侧壁连为一体,面板 4 角部两边的两个插槽 41 互相连通并重叠;连接条 5 的同实施例一的连接条 1 相同;本实施例还包括一连接面板 4 和连接条 5 的插块 6 ,参照图 33 和图 34 , 插块6上设有两个销孔61、62, 面板4的插槽41的侧壁上设有凸起43,插块6上、下端面均设有两对称的凸条63,其中两凸条63卡设于所述的插槽内,另外两凸条63卡在面板4的插槽41内。面板4的插槽41和连接条5的插槽51侧壁的对应位置也分别设有销孔42、52, 插块 6 的一半插接于面板 4 的插槽 41 ,另一半插接于连接条 5 的插槽 51 中(如图 37 所示) ,面板4和插块6之间、连接条5和插块6之间通过插销7(如图35所示)插接于对应的销孔中固定连接 。
参照图 36 和图 38 、图 39 ,连接条 5 的四个侧面均可通过插块 6 连接面板 5 ,即可在三维空间内随意拼接面板 5 , 同时 处于面板 5 相邻侧面间最边缘的两相邻插槽 51 ,可以选择性地错开分别对插槽 51 插入插块 6 ,可避免两插槽 51 在安装过程中发生冲突,使用者也可灵活地将插块插接于面板的插槽 41 ,不必每个插槽 41 都插接插块 6 ,只要能使面板 4 固定连接即可。
实施例七
本实施例与实施例六大致相同,参照图40和图41,其主要区别在于 面板 8 的厚度小于连接条 9 的横截面边长, 面板8和插块10之间、连接条9和插块10之间分别通过不同大小的销钉插接于对应的销孔中固定连接 。
工业实用性
本发明提供的标准化组件所包含的零件种类少,零件的结构标准化程度高,因而容易实现批量生产,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (29)

  1. 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,包括面板及用于将面板连接的连接条,其特征是:所述面板侧边设有凸部,所述连接条侧面设有可与该凸部相插接配合的插槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:所述面板具有两个侧面和四个侧边,其四个侧边均设有上述凸部,每个侧边的凸部均为复数个且等间距排列。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:所述连接条的横截面形状包括一字形、 L 字形、 T 字形和十字形,横截面为一字形、 L 字形的连接条均具有两个与所述面板侧边连接的连接面,横截面为 T 字形、十字形的连接条分别具有三个、四个与所述面板侧边连接的连接面,所述连接条上的插槽位于所述连接面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:还包括定位机构,该定位机构包括设于所述连接条侧面插槽内侧壁的凹部及设于所述面板侧边凸部上的凸点,所述凸部插接于所述插槽中时,该凸点与该凹部相配合定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,其特征是: 还包括 锁紧机构,该锁紧机构包括设于所述连接条插槽侧壁的销孔、设于面板凸部上的销孔以及可配合于该二销孔中的定位销。
  6. 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,包括面板及连接于面板间的连接条,其特征是:还包括用于将面板和面板或面板和连接条连接的插头,所述面板侧边设有插槽,所述连接条侧面也设有插槽,该插头的两端可分别插设于面板侧边的插槽和连接条侧面的插槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:所述面板具有两个侧面和四个侧边,所述四个侧边均设有上述插槽,每个侧边的凹槽均为复数个且等间距排列。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:所述连接条的横截面形状包括一字形、 L 字形、 T 字形和十字形,横截面为一字形、 L 字形的连接条均具有两个与所述面板侧边连接的连接面,横截面为 T 字形、十字形的连接条分别具有三个、四个与所述面板侧边连接的连接面,所述连接条上的插槽位于所述连接面上。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:还包括定位机构,该定位机构包括设于所述面板插槽内侧壁的凹部、设于所述连接条插槽内侧壁的凹部、设于所述插头用于与该两凹部配合的凸点。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的 用于组装家具 / 宠物屋 / 活动房的标准化组件,其特征是: 还包括 锁紧机构,该锁紧机构包括设于连接条插槽侧壁的销孔、设于面板插槽侧壁的销孔、与上述两销孔相配合的定位销。
  11. 用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件, 包括面板、用于连接两块面板的连接条以及用于连接面板和连接条或连接两块面板的插头,所述面板的侧边和连接条的侧面均设有与插头插接配合的插槽,其特征是:每一个面板具有两个侧面和四个侧边,该四个侧边均分别由复数个相同的最小单元组成,每一个最小单元由一个插槽以及围成插槽的侧壁构成,相邻两插槽的侧壁连为一体,面板角部两边的两个插槽互相连通并重叠;每一个连接条具有四个侧面和两个端面,该四个侧面均分别由复数个相同的最小单元组成,每一个最小单元由一个插槽以及围成插槽的侧壁构成,相邻两插槽的侧壁连为一体。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的 用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:以一个或两个以上连续的所述最小单元为一个基本单元,所述面板的边长有三种规格,分别为一个基本单元的长度、两个基本单元的长度和五个基本单元的长度。
  13. 根据权利要求 11 所述的 用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:以一个或两个以上连续的所述最小单元为一个基本单元,所述连接条的长度有三种规格,分别为一个基本单元的长度、两个基本单元的长度和五个基本单元的长度。
  14. 根据权利要求 11 所述的 用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:还包括长度为一个基本单元长度的连接条。
  15. 根据权利要求 11 所述的 用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:所述插头上设有销孔,所述连接条和面板的插槽侧壁的对应位置也设有销孔,面板和插头之间、连接条和插头之间通过插销插接于对应的销孔中固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求 11 所述的 用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:所述连接条的插槽的槽口相对的两内侧壁均分别设有一凸部,所述连接条上的销孔设于该凸部上,所述插头的形状与该凸部相适配,该插头的横截面为工字形。
  17. 根据权利要求 11 所述的 用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:所述面板由两块面层板以及位于两块面层板之间与两块面层板一体连接的支架构造而成,其内部中空。
  18. 根据权利要求 11 所述的 用于组装家具/宠物屋/活动房的标准化组件,其特征是:还设有装饰件,该装饰件也设有可与所述插头插接配合的插槽。
  19. 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件, 包括面板和连接两块面板的连接条,其特征在于:所述面板包括四个侧边,每个侧边设有凸条,所述连接条经挤塑成型,其任意横截面均相等,所述连接条的四个侧壁分别设有与所述凸条相配合使面板固定连接在连接条上的插槽。
  20. 根据权利要求 19 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于: 所述面板的厚度小于连接条的横截面边长。
  21. 根据权利要求 20 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于:所述面板的凸条上还设有销孔,所述连接条的插槽的对应位置也设有销孔,还包括可插接于两销孔中的定位销。
  22. 根据权利要求 21 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于:每个凸条上等间距分布有若干销孔,靠近凸条端头的销孔与其最近端头的距离均为相邻两销孔距离的一半。
  23. 根据权利要求 20 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于:所述插槽 由两平行侧壁及其垂直的侧壁围成的,所述两平行侧壁均设有一凹槽,所述凸条相应的位置设有与所述凹槽配合使凸条卡设于插槽内的小凸条。
  24. 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件, 包括面板和连接两块面板的连接条,其特征在于:所述面板的侧边设有插槽,每一个面板具有两个侧面和四个侧边,该四个侧边均分别由复数个相同的最小单元组成,每一个最小单元由一个插槽以及围成插槽的侧壁构成,相邻两插槽的侧壁连为一体,面板角部两边的两个插槽互相连通并重叠;所述连接条经挤塑成型,其任意横截面均相等,连接条的四个侧壁均设有沿其侧壁长度方向延伸且与插块配合的插槽;该组件还包括连接面板和连接条的插块,所述插块一端插接于面板的插槽,另一端插接于连接条的插槽中。
  25. 根据权利要求 24 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于: 所述面板的厚度等于连接条的横截面边长。
  26. 根据权利要求 24 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于: 所述面板的厚度小于连接条的横截面边长。
  27. 根据权利要求 25 或 26 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于:所述插块上设有销孔,所述面板的插槽和连接条的插槽侧壁的对应位置也设有销孔,还包括可插接于对应的两销孔中的定位销。
  28. 根据权利要求 25 或 26 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于:所述面板插槽的侧壁上设有凸起,所述插块上、下端面均设有两对称的凸条,其中两凸条卡设于所述的插槽内,另外两凸条卡在面板的插槽内。
  29. 根据权利要求 25 或 26 所述的 用于组装宠物屋/家具/活动房的标准化组件,其特征在于:所述面板由两块面层板以及位于两块面层板之间与两块面层板一体连接的支架构造而成,其内部中空。
