此外, 本发明的技术方案还具有存在以下有益效果:
1、 由 CTD AS进行控制, 呼叫从 CTD WS上发起, 不需要特定的用户 终端, 因此逻辑主叫与逻辑被叫不受用户终端类型的限制, 现有的终端类 型都可以充当逻辑主叫或逻辑被叫, 而传统的三方通话方案只能局限于宽 带终端 ,如 NGN或 IMS下的终端 ,或窄带终端 ,如 GSM或 CDMA或 PSTN 下的终端锚定到宽带业务才可实现; 2、 能够实时显示逻辑主叫和逻辑被叫 的状态, 如振铃、 忙、 拒接、 无应答、 摘机、 取消等; 3、 能够实时显示呼 叫请求对应的响应, 如呼出处理中、 呼出成功 /失败、 呼叫保持处理中、 呼 叫保持成功 /失败、 三方通话处理中、 三方通话成功 /失败等; 4、 不需要终 端支持两路呼叫, 不需要终端支持拍叉簧等操作的呼叫保持功能, 不需要 终端支持呼叫等待功能, 因而降低了三方通话中对设备的要求, 从而节省 成本; 5、 传统的三方通话要实现需要终端本身支持混音能力, 由终端侧实 现混音, 或终端签约了三方通话业务由网络侧实现混音, 这种网络侧混音 的方式需要终端支持 REFER消息, 以便在新会话中告知业务应用服务器老 会话的信息, 而本发明则不需要终端本身支持混音能力; 6、 逻辑主叫、 逻 辑被叫的号码没有限制, 即可以多个用户、 多个电话号码共用一个点击拨 号业务卡。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: CTD WS向 CTD AS发起呼出请求, CTD AS呼 叫逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫, 如果逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫都响应为摘机, 逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫进入通话状态; CTD WS向 CTD AS发起对第二 逻辑被叫的呼出请求, CTD AS呼叫第二逻辑被叫, 如果第二逻辑被叫响应 为摘机, 逻辑主叫和第二逻辑被叫进入通话状态; CTD WS向 CTD AS发 起三方通话请求, CTD AS申请三方通话资源, 将逻辑主叫、 第一逻辑被叫 和第二逻辑被叫进行混音, 逻辑主叫、 第一逻辑被叫和第二逻辑被进入三 方通话状态。

步驟 501 , CTD WS向 CTD AS发起呼出请求;

所述呼叫保持模块 23还用于, 没有收到继续呼叫第二逻辑被叫的请求 时, 恢复逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫的桥接。 和 /或, 所述 CTD WS 2进一步包括: 呼叫请求模块 11 , 用于接收通过 CTD WEB发起的对逻辑主叫的三方通话请求,并将该三方通话请求发送给 CTD AS 2; 消息显示模块 12,用于收到接受请求的响应后,通过 CTD WEB 显示提示信息;
所述 CTD AS 2进一步包括: 请求响应模块 21 , 用于发送接受请求的 响应给 CTD WS 1 ; 三方通话模块 26, 用于将逻辑主叫与 MRS关联, MRS 对逻辑主叫混音, 逻辑主叫加入会议; 将第二逻辑被叫与 MRS关联, MRS 对第二逻辑被叫混音, 第二逻辑被叫加入会议; 将第一逻辑被叫与 MRS关 联, MRS对第一逻辑被叫混音, 第一逻辑被叫加入会议。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种点击拨号业务中实现三方通话的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包 括:
CTD WS向 CTD AS发起呼出请求, CTD AS呼叫逻辑主叫和第一逻辑 被叫, 如果逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫都响应为摘机, 逻辑主叫和第一逻辑 被叫进入通话状态;
CTD WS向 CTD AS发起对第二逻辑被叫的呼出请求, CTD AS呼叫第 二逻辑被叫, 如果第二逻辑被叫响应为摘机, 逻辑主叫和第二逻辑被叫进 入通话状态;
CTD WS向 CTD AS发起三方通话请求, CTD AS申请三方通话资源, 将逻辑主叫、 第一逻辑被叫和第二逻辑被叫进行混音, 逻辑主叫、 第一逻 辑被叫和第二逻辑被进入三方通话状态。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述 CTD WS向 CTD AS 发起呼出请求为:
CTD WS通过 CTD WEB界面接收逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫的呼出请 求, 将该呼出请求发送给 CTD AS。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 CTD AS呼叫逻辑 主叫和第一逻辑被叫, 如果逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫都响应为摘机, 逻辑 主叫和第一逻辑被叫进入通话状态为:
CTD AS的请求响应模块接收 CTD WS发出的呼叫请求,并向 CTD WS 发送接受请求的响应; CTD WS的消息显示模块收到接受请求的响应后, 通过 CTD WEB显示提示信息;
CTD AS的基本呼出模块呼叫逻辑主叫,如果逻辑主叫的最终响应是摘 机, CTD AS的基本呼出模块呼叫第一逻辑被叫; 如果第一逻辑被叫的最终 响应为摘机, CTD AS的呼叫保持模块将逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫桥接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于,
该方法还包括: CTD AS的状态上报模块向 CTD WS上报逻辑主叫和 / 或第一逻辑被叫的响应, CTD WS的消息显示模块通过 CTD WEB实时显 示逻辑主叫和 /或第一逻辑被叫的响应;
该方法还包括: 如果逻辑主叫的最终响应不是摘机, CTD WS的消息 显示模块通过 CTD WEB显示呼叫逻辑主叫失败的提示信息;
该方法还包括: 如果第一逻辑被叫的临时响应为振铃, CTD AS的放音 混音模块控制 MRS向逻辑主叫播放回铃音, 并当第一逻辑被叫的最终响应 为摘机时, CTD AS的放音混音模块控制 MRS停止向逻辑主叫播放回铃音; 该方法还包括: 如果第一逻辑被叫的最终响应不为摘机, CTD WS的 消息显示模块通过 CTD WEB显示呼叫第一逻辑被叫失败的提示信息, CTD AS的放音混音模块控制 MRS向逻辑主叫播放失败提示音。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述 CTD WS向 CTD AS 发起对第二逻辑被叫的呼出请求为:
CTD WS的呼叫请求模块接收通过 CTD WEB发送的对第二逻辑被叫 的呼出请求, 并将该呼出请求发送给 CTD AS;
CTD AS的请求响应模块收到对第二逻辑被叫的呼出请求后,触发 CTD AS的呼叫保持模块断开逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫之间的桥接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括:
CTD WS的呼叫请求模块接收通过 CTD WEB发送的第一逻辑被叫的 呼叫保持请求, 并将该呼叫保持请求发送给 CTD AS; CTD AS的请求响应 模块向 CTD WS发送接受请求的响应, CTD WS的消息显示模块通过 CTD WEB显示提示信息; CTD AS的呼叫保持模块控制 MRS向第一逻辑被叫播 放呼叫保持提示音。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 CTD AS呼叫第二 逻辑被叫, 如果第二逻辑被叫响应为摘机, 逻辑主叫和第二逻辑被叫进入 通话^ 态为:
CTD AS的基本呼出模块呼叫第二逻辑被叫,如果第二逻辑被叫的最终 响应为摘机, CTD AS的呼叫保持模块将逻辑主叫和第二逻辑被叫桥接。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于,
该方法还包括: CTD AS的状态上报模块向 CTD WS上报第二逻辑被 叫的响应, CTD WS的消息显示模块通过 CTD WEB实时显示第二逻辑被 叫的响应;
该方法还包括: 如果第二逻辑被叫的临时响应为振铃, CTD AS的放音 混音模块控制 MRS向逻辑主叫播放回铃音, 并当第二逻辑被叫的最终响应 为摘机时, CTD AS的放音混音模块控制 MRS停止向逻辑主叫播放回铃音。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 如果第二逻辑被叫的最终响应不为摘机, CTD AS 的状态上报模块向
CTD WS 上报第二逻辑被叫的响应, CTD WS 的消息显示模块通过 CTD WEB显示呼叫第二逻辑被叫失败的提示信息;
如果 CTD WS的呼叫请求模块通过 CTD WEB收到继续呼叫第二逻辑 被叫的请求, 呼叫请求模块将该请发送给 CTD AS, CTD AS的基本呼出模 块继续呼叫第二逻辑被叫,反之, CTD AS的呼叫保持模块恢复逻辑主叫和 第一逻辑被叫的桥接, 逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫的桥接重新进入通话状态。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 CTD WS向 CTD AS发起三方通话请求, CTD AS申请三方通话资源, 将逻辑主叫、 第一逻 辑被叫和第二逻辑被叫进行混音为:
CTD WS的呼叫请求模块接收通过 CTD WEB发起的对逻辑主叫的三 方通话请求, 并将该三方通话请求发送给 CTD AS; CTD AS的请求响应模 块发送接受请求的响应给 CTD WS 的消息显示模块, 消息显示模块通过 CTD WEB显示提示信息;
CTD AS的三方通话模块申请三方通话资源, 并将逻辑主叫与 MRS关 联, MRS对逻辑主叫混音, 逻辑主叫加入会议; CTD AS的三方通话模块 将第二逻辑被叫与 MRS关联, MRS对第二逻辑被叫混音, 第二逻辑被叫 加入会议; CTD AS的三方通话模块将第一逻辑被叫与 MRS关联, MRS对 第一逻辑被叫混音, 第一逻辑被叫加入会议。
11、 一种点击拨号业务中实现三方通话的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统 包括: CTD WS和 CTD AS; 其中,
CTD WS, 用于向 CTD AS发起呼出请求、 和 /或对第二逻辑被叫的呼 出请求、 和 /或三方通话请求;
CTD AS, 用于收到呼出请求后, 呼叫逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫, 如果 逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫都响应为摘机, 逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫进入通 话状态; 和 /或, 当收到对第二逻辑被叫的呼出请求时, 呼叫第二逻辑被叫, 如果第二逻辑被叫响应为摘机, 逻辑主叫和第二逻辑被叫进入通话状态; 和 /或, 当收到三方通话请求时, 申请三方通话资源, 将逻辑主叫、 第一逻 辑被叫和第二逻辑被叫进行混音, 逻辑主叫、 第一逻辑被叫和第二逻辑被 进入三方通话 态。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 CTD WS进一步 包括: 呼叫请求模块, 用于通过 CTD WEB界面接收逻辑主叫和第一逻辑 被叫的呼出请求, 将该呼出请求发送给 CTD AS。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述 CTD AS进一步包括: 请求响应模块, 用于接收 CTD WS发出的 呼叫请求, 并向 CTD WS发送接受请求的响应; 基本呼出模块, 用于呼叫 逻辑主叫, 并当逻辑主叫的最终响应是摘机时, 呼叫第一逻辑被叫; 呼叫 保持模块, 用于当第一逻辑被叫的最终响应为摘机时, 将逻辑主叫和第一 逻辑被叫桥接;
所述 CTD WS进一步包括: 消息显示模块, 用于收到接受请求的响应 后, 通过 CTD WEB显示提示信息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述 CTD AS还包括: 状态上 4艮模块, 用于向 CTD WS上报逻辑主叫 和 /或第一逻辑被叫的响应; 放音混音模块, 用于当第一逻辑被叫的临时响 应为振铃时, 控制 MRS向逻辑主叫播放回铃音, 并当第一逻辑被叫的最终 响应为摘机时, 控制 MRS停止向逻辑主叫播放回铃音; 当第一逻辑被叫的 最终响应不为摘机时, 控制 MRS向逻辑主叫播放失败提示音;
所述消息显示模块还用于, 通过 CTD WEB实时显示逻辑主叫和 /或第 一逻辑被叫的响应; 当逻辑主叫的最终响应不是摘机时, 通过 CTD WEB 显示呼叫逻辑主叫失败的提示信息; 当第一逻辑被叫的最终响应不为摘机 时, 通过 CTD WEB显示呼叫第一逻辑被叫失败的提示信息。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述 CTD WS进一步包括: 呼叫请求模块, 用于接收通过 CTD WEB 发送的对第二逻辑被叫的呼出请求, 并将该呼出请求发送给 CTD AS; 所述 CTE AS进一步包括: 请求响应模块, 用于收到对第二逻辑被叫 的呼出请求后, 触发 CTD AS的呼叫保持模块; 呼叫保持模块, 用于断开 逻辑主叫和第一逻辑被叫之间的桥接。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述呼叫请求模块, 还用于接收通过 CTD WEB发送的第一逻辑被叫 的呼叫保持请求, 并将该呼叫保持请求发送给 CTD AS;
所述 CTD WS还包括: 消息显示模块, 用于通过 CTD WEB显示提示 信息;
所述请求响应模块, 还用于向 CTD WS发送接受请求的响应; 所述呼 叫保持模块, 还用于控制 MRS向第一逻辑被叫播放呼叫保持提示音。

基本呼出模块, 用于呼叫第二逻辑被叫;
呼叫保持模块, 用于当第二逻辑被叫的最终响应为摘机时, 将逻辑主 叫和第二逻辑被叫桥接。
