本发明的较佳实施方式 为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 下文中将结合附图 对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申 请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。 以下例举的实施例仅仅 用于说明和解释本发明, 而不构成对本发明技术方案的限制。 如图 1所示, 是本发明的实现多方会议业务的系统实施例的组网结构, 该系统包括: 多方会议业务中的主席成员 UE-A、非主席成员 UE-B和 UE-C、 接入网关以及软交换设备, 其中: 主席成员 UE-A设置为: 在多方会议之前分别呼叫非主席成员 UE-B和 UE-C, 并通过约定的方式将保持相应通话的请求上报其所属的接入网关; 通 过拨打接入网关的接入码将要开始会议通话的请求上报其所属的接入网关; 主席成员 UE-A通过约定的方式将保持相应通话的请求上报, 譬如通过 点按 UE-A上拍叉簧的方式上报, 或通过点按 UE-A上特殊键的方式上报。 接入网关设置为: 收到 UE-A保持相应通话的请求后,保持相应的通话, 并相应地记录 UE-A与 UE-B或 UE-C之间的媒体信息及修改媒体收发模式 和媒体远端地址; 在收到 UE-A要开始会议通话的请求并校验相应的三方会 话业务后, 为 UE-A配置两语音通道以记录相应的媒体信息, 并进行会议中 的三方媒体混音; 接入网关可通过其内部具有混音功能的设备实现多方会议成员的媒体混 音。
非主席成员 UE-B和 UE-C设置为: 在收到主席成员 UE-A的呼叫后, 当接入网关进行会议中的三方混音时进入与 UE-A的多方会议业务。 软交换设备设置为: 完成多方会议业务过程中的交换操作。 当主席成员设备先挂机退出会议, 则接入网关停止混音, 释放三个会议 成员的会议资源, 非主席成员 UE-B和 UE-C退出会议。 当非主席成员 UE-B先挂机退出, 则接入网关释放 UE-B的会议资源, 主席成员 UE-A和非主席成员 UE-C继续进行会议; 在继续进行的会议中, 若主席成员 UE-A挂机退出, 则接入网关停止混音, 释放 UE-A和 UE-C的 会议资源, UE-C退出会议; 若非主席成员 UE-C挂机退出, 则接入网关结束 两方会议通话, 并释放 UE-C的会议资源, 待 UE-A挂机退出后释放其会议 资源, 并停止混音。 以上给出的是多方会议业务的一个实施例, 即由主席成员 UE-A与两个 非主席成员 UE-B、 UE-C构成的三方会议成员。 实际上, 本发明适用于由一 个主席成员与多个非主席成员构成的多方会议成员的多方会议业务。 本发明针对上述系统实施例, 还相应地给出了实现多方会议业务的方法 实施例, 其流程分别如图 2、 图 3及图 4所示。 图 2所示的方法实施例包括如下步骤: 110: 主席成员 UE-A呼叫非主席成员 UE-B成功后, 并将保持相应通话 的请求通过拍叉簧上 "^艮接入网关;
当然, UE-A也可以通过特殊键的点按将保持通话的请求上报接入网关。
120: 接入网关校险 UE-A的三方会话业务后, 将 UE-A和 UE-B的通话 保持, 并记录 UE-A与 UE-B之间的媒体信息及修改媒体收发模式和媒体远 端地址;
130: UE-A呼叫非主席成员 UE-C成功后, 将要进行三方会议通话的请 求通过拨打接入网关的接入码上报接入网关; 如果 UE-A呼叫非主席成员 UE-C成功后, 仍需呼叫其他非主席成员参 加到本次多方会议中, 则可继续通过拍叉簧将保持相应通话的请求上报接入 网关, 直至所有应参加该会议的非主席成员均被呼叫到为止。
140: 接入网关校验 UE-A的三方会话业务后, 将 UE-A和 UE-C的通话 保持, 并记录 UE-A与 UE-C之间的媒体信息及修改媒体收发模式和媒体远 端地址;
150: 接入网关为 UE-A配置两语音通道以记录相应的两路媒体信息, 并 进行三方媒体混音, 从而进入多方会议业务。 主席成员用户设备在创建会议时, 可根据实际情况选择是否釆用接入网 关自混音方式进行多方会议。 本发明的上述方法实施例适用于由一个主席成员与多个非主席成员构成 的多方会议成员的多方会议业务。 UE-B作为一个非主席成员用户设备, UE-B是否处于会议中,只有 UE-A 所接入的接入网关知道, UE-B 无需关心是否要进入多方会议。 如果某一非 主席成员与主席成员接入不同的接入网关,如图 1中的 UE-A和 UE-B,该非 主席成员所接入的接入网关 (如 UE-B所接入的接入网关) 不参与混音。 对 于 UE-B和 UE-A接入同一个接入网关的情况 , 接入网关只在 UE-A侧混音。 在多方会议过程中, 不同角色成员退出会议的不同顺序, 釆用不同的处 理流程。 以主席成员用户设备为核心, 当主席成员用户设备的退出标志着会 议结束, 接入网关便结束混音。 三方会议中主席成员设备先退出会议的流程如图 3所示,包括如下步骤:
210: 在三方会议过程中, 主席成员 UE-A挂机退出会议;
220: 接入网关停止混音, 释放三个会议成员的会议资源, 非主席成员 UE-B和 UE-C退出会议。 三方会议中先转换为两方会议并最终结束会议的方法流程如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤:
310: 在三方会议过程中, 非主席成员 UE-B挂机退出;
320: 接入网关释放 UE-B 的会议资源, 主席成员 UE-A和非主席成员 UE-C继续进行会议; 在继续进行的会议中, 接入网关根据主席成员 UE-A或另一非主席成员 UE-C先挂机退出, 釆取如下不同的措施:
330: 在继续进行的会议中, 若主席成员 UE-A挂机退出, 则接入网关停 止混音, 释放 UE-A和 UE-C的会议资源, UE-C退出会议。 330,: 在继续进行会议中, 若非主席成员 UE-C挂机退出, 则接入网关 结束两方会议通话, 并释放 UE-C的会议资源, 待 UE-A挂机退出后释放其 会议资源, 并停止混音。 需要说明的是, 由于本实施例中仅以两个非主席成员为例进行说明, 当 有大于两个非主席成员参与该多方会议业务时, 步骤 330,中的非主席成员 UE-C 为最后一个非主席成员, 而其他非主席成员均已退出本次多方会议业 务, 这些非主席成员退出时接入网关对其处理方式同本实施例中非主席成员 UE-B退出时的处理方式相同。 本实施例还公开了一种实现多方会议业务的接入网关, 其包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 接收主席成员在呼叫非主席成员设备成功后, 向 所述接入网关上报的保持相应通话的请求; 以及接收所述主席成员通过拨打 所述接入网关的接入码向所述接入网关上报的进行多方会议通话的请求; 通话保持处理模块, 其设置为: 在收到所述保持相应通话的请求后, 将 所述主席成员设备与相应的非主席成员设备的通话保持, 并记录通话双方的 媒体信息; 以及 多方会议处理模块,其设置为:在收到所述进行多方会议通话的请求后, 为所述主席成员设备配置相应的语音通道以记录相应的媒体信息, 并对多方 媒体进行混音而进入多方会议业务。 其中,
所述通话保持处理模块还设置为: 在记录所述通话双方的媒体信息的同 时, 还修改媒体收发模式和媒体远端地址。 其中, 所述多方会议处理模块还设置为: 如果所述主席成员在所述多方会议过程中先挂机退出会议, 停止所述混 音, 并释放全部会议成员的会议资源, 以使所述非主席成员退出会议;
如果所述非主席成员在所述方会议过程中先挂机退出会议, 释放该非主 席成员的会议资源, 并保持所述主席成员和其它非主席成员的会议资源, 以 使所述主席成员和其它非主席成员继续进行会议。 其中,
所述多方会议处理模块还设置为: 如果所述主席成员在继续进行的会议中先挂机退出会议 ,停止所述混音, 释放剩下的会议成员的会议资源, 以使其它非主席成员设备退出会议; 或者, 如果非主席成员 (需要说明的是, 该非主席成员指多方会议业务的最后一个 非主席成员)在继续进行的会议中挂机退出会议, 所述多方会议处理模块结 束所述继续进行的会议的通话, 并释放该非主席成员设备的会议资源, 待所 述主席成员设备挂机退出后释放其会议资源, 并停止所述混音。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块可以釆用硬件 的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任何特 定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性 本发明由于是通过在接入网关上进行多方自混音来实现多方会议业务, 能够避开媒体服务器实现多方会议业务, 因此, 本发明在缺少媒体服务器混 音设备的情况下仍能实现多方会议, 从而弥补了在媒体服务器的参与下实现 该业务所存在的缺陷, 提高了业务实现的通用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现多方会议业务的方法, 该方法包括: 主席成员设备呼叫非主席成员设备成功后, 将保持相应通话的请求上报 所述主席成员设备所属的接入网关; 所述接入网关保持所述主席成员设备与 相应的非主席成员设备的通话, 并记录通话双方的媒体信息; 以及 所述主席成员设备拨打所述接入网关的接入码, 将要进行多方会议通话 的请求上报该接入网关; 所述接入网关为所述主席成员设备配置相应的语音 通道以记录相应的媒体信息, 并对多方媒体进行混音而进入多方会议业务。
2、按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将保持相应通话的请求上报所述 主席成员设备所属的接入网关的步骤中, 所述主席成员设备将保持相应通话 的请求通过拍叉簧或点按约定键的方式上报所述接入网关。
3、按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述方法还包括: 所述接入网关在记录 所述通话双方的媒体信息的同时, 还修改媒体收发模式和媒体远端地址。
4、 按照权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 所述方法还包括: 在所述多方会议过程中, 若所述主席成员设备先挂机退出会议, 则所述 接入网关停止所述混音, 释放全部会议成员的会议资源, 各个非主席成员设 备退出会议。
5、 按照权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 所述方法还包括: 在所述多方会议过程中, 若非主席成员设备先挂机退出会议, 则所述接 入网关释放该非主席成员设备的会议资源, 所述主席成员设备和其它非主席 成员设备继续进行会议。
6、 按照权利要求 5所述的方法, 所述方法还包括: 在继续进行的会议中, 若所述主席成员设备先挂机退出会议, 则所述接 入网关停止所述混音, 释放剩下的会议成员的会议资源, 其它非主席成员设 备退出会议; 或者 在继续进行的会议中, 若最后一个非主席成员设备挂机退出会议, 则所 述接入网关结束所述继续进行的会议的通话, 并释放该非主席成员设备的会 议资源,待所述主席成员设备挂机退出后释放其会议资源,并停止所述混音。
7、一种实现多方会议业务的系统, 该系统包括: 所述多方会议的一个主 席成员设备、多个非主席成员设备以及主席成员设备所属的接入网关,其中: 所述主席成员设备设置为: 在呼叫非主席成员设备成功后, 将保持相应 通话的请求上报所述接入网关; 以及通过拨打所述接入网关的接入码, 将要 进行多方会议通话的请求上报该接入网关; 所述接入网关设置为: 在收到所述保持相应通话的请求后, 将所述主席 成员设备与相应的非主席成员设备的通话保持,并记录通话双方的媒体信息; 以及在收到所述进行多方会议通话的请求后, 为所述主席成员设备配置相应 的语音通道以记录相应的媒体信息, 并对多方媒体进行混音而进入多方会议 业务。
8、 按照权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述主席成员设备是设置为将保持相应通话的请求通过拍叉簧或点按约 定键的方式上报所述接入网关。
9、 按照权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述接入网关还设置为: 在记录所述通话双方的媒体信息的同时, 还修 改媒体收发模式和媒体远端地址。
10、 按照权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的系统, 其中, 所述接入网关还设置为: 如果所述主席成员设备在所述多方会议过程中先挂机退出会议, 所述接 入网关停止所述混音, 并释放全部会议成员的会议资源, 以使所述非主席成 员设备退出会议; 或者 所述接入网关还设置为: 如果所述非主席成员设备在所述方会议过程中 先挂机退出会议, 所述接入网关释放该非主席成员设备的会议资源, 保持所 述主席成员设备和其它非主席成员设备的会议资源, 以使所述主席成员设备 和其它非主席成员设备继续进行会议。
11、 按照权利要求 10所述的系统, 其中, 所述接入网关还设置为: 如果所述主席成员设备在继续进行的会议中先 挂机退出会议, 所述接入网关停止所述混音, 释放剩下的会议成员的会议资 源, 以使其它非主席成员设备退出会议; 或者, 如果最后一个非主席成员设 备在继续进行的会议中挂机退出会议, 所述接入网关结束所述继续进行的会 议的通话, 并释放该非主席成员设备的会议资源, 待所述主席成员设备挂机 退出后释放其会议资源, 并停止所述混音。
12、 一种实现多方会议业务的接入网关, 其包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 接收主席成员在呼叫非主席成员设备成功后, 向 所述接入网关上报的保持相应通话的请求; 以及接收所述主席成员通过拨打 所述接入网关的接入码向所述接入网关上报的进行多方会议通话的请求; 通话保持处理模块, 其设置为: 在收到所述保持相应通话的请求后, 将 所述主席成员设备与相应的非主席成员设备的通话保持, 并记录通话双方的 媒体信息; 以及 多方会议处理模块,其设置为:在收到所述进行多方会议通话的请求后, 为所述主席成员设备配置相应的语音通道以记录相应的媒体信息, 并对多方 媒体进行混音而进入多方会议业务。
13、 按照权利要求 12所述的接入网关, 其中, 所述通话保持处理模块还设置为: 在记录所述通话双方的媒体信息的同 时, 还修改媒体收发模式和媒体远端地址。
14、 按照权利要求 12或 13所述的接入网关, 其中, 所述多方会议处理模块还设置为:
如果所述主席成员在所述多方会议过程中先挂机退出会议, 停止所述混 音, 并释放全部会议成员的会议资源, 以使所述非主席成员退出会议;
如果所述非主席成员在所述方会议过程中先挂机退出会议, 释放该非主 席成员的会议资源, 并保持所述主席成员和其它非主席成员的会议资源, 以 使所述主席成员和其它非主席成员继续进行会议。
15、 按照权利要求 14所述的接入网关, 其中, 所述多方会议处理模块还设置为: 如果所述主席成员在继续进行的会议中先挂机退出会议 ,停止所述混音, 释放剩下的会议成员的会议资源, 以使其它非主席成员设备退出会议; 或者, 如果最后一个非主席成员在继续进行的会议中挂机退出会议, 所述多方会议 处理模块结束所述继续进行的会议的通话, 释放该非主席成员设备的会议资 源, 并待所述主席成员挂机退出后释放其会议资源, 并停止所述混音。
