壳体及电子产品 技术领域 本实用新型涉及机电领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种壳体及电子产品。 背景技术 伴随着数字技术的发展, 大众对电子产品外观及使用效果提出了更高的要求, 在 研发设计层面, 技术人员必须在满足整机使用功能的情况下, 利用已有的结构空间做 出一些增加功能的优化, 满足客户日益增加的使用需求。 出于对电子产品使用美观性的要求, 绚丽的弧形指示灯效果逐渐在中高端数据市 场得到应用, 为体现出用户体验的友好度, 需要从硬件、 结构、 工艺、 ID等各方面综 合考虑电子产品指示灯的显示, 通过优化达到理想的效果。 目前, 一般采用光纤材料 加工, 可以保证两端导光亮度, 但是, 成本极高, 并且弧度范围散光不均匀。 考虑到上述情况, 电子产品系统方案布局时, 在有限的结构空间尺寸下, 需要合 理地布局指示灯、 天线、 导光灯镜、 壳体等结构, 并制定针对专门的工艺处理, 但目 前尚无有效地解决方案。 实用新型内容 本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种壳体及电子产品,以解决上述问题至少之一。 根据本实用新型的一个方面, 提供了一种壳体, 该壳体内侧的一端设置有导光结 构, 该导光结构为弧形。 上述壳体内设置有导光结构的一侧设置有倒扣结构, 与导光结构相配合, 设置为 固定导光结构。 上述导光结构和壳体之间设置有粘结物质, 设置为粘接导光结构和壳体。 上述导光结构为透光材料。 上述壳体内壁为深色。 根据本实用新型的另一方面, 提供了一种电子产品, 包括: 主板, 该主板上设置 有发光源, 以上所述的壳体, 该壳体的导光结构与发光源相配合。 上述导光结构上设置有第三卡扣结构; 主板上设置有天线支架, 该天线支架上设 置有第四卡扣结构, 与第三卡扣结构相配合, 设置为固定连接导光结构。 通过本实用新型, 采用将导光结构设计为弧形的技术手段, 解决/相关技术中在 设计弧形灯光显示效果时, 不能有效兼顾电子产品的结构空间, 以及稳定性不够等技 术问题, 进而达到了可以有效节省结构空间, 以及有效提高稳定性的技术效果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本实用新型的进一歩理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本实用新型的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本实用新型, 并不构成对本实用新型的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1为根据本实用新型实施例的壳体的正面的立体分解图; 图 2为根据本实用新型实施例的壳体的反面的立体分解图; 图 3为根据本实用新型优选实施例的导光柱与卡扣以及导光柱与天线支架卡扣连 接的示意图; 图 4为根据本实用新型优选实施例的导光柱的卡扣结构示意图; 图 5为根据本实用新型实施例的壳体的正面的立体组合图; 图 6为根据本实用新型实施例的壳体的反面的立体组合图; 图 7为根据本实用新型优选实施例的导光柱与壳体的缺口配合形成的卡扣连接示 意图; 图 8为根据本实用新型优选实施例的导光柱与 LED光源配合状态示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本实用新型。 需要说明的是, 在不冲 突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1为根据本实用新型实施例的正面的立体分解图; 图 2为根据本实用新型实施 例的反面的立体分解图。 如图 1和 2所示, 壳体 11内侧的一端设置有导光结构 13, 该导光结构 13为弧形。 上述实施例中, 由于直接将导光结构设计为弧形, 可以有效节省结构空间, 同时 由于采用一体化设计的导光结构相比分开设计的导光结构稳定性够高。 如图 3所示, 上述壳体 11内设置有导光结构的一侧设置有倒扣结构 111, 与导光 结构 13相配合, 设置为固定导光结构 13。 为了使导光结构和壳体更稳固地连接, 上述导光结构 13和壳体 11之间设置有粘 结物质, 设置为粘接导光结构 13和壳体 11。 为了方便光线的传播, 上述导光结构 13可以设计为透光材料。 上述壳体 11内壁可以设计为深色, 也可以在其上设计为一深色涂层, 以方便非显 示区域的遮光。 由于上述壳体一般应用于电子设备产品中, 因此本实施例提供一种电子产品, 用 以应用上述壳体, 电子产品包括: 主板 15 (如图 1所示), 该主板 15上设置有发光源; 以上所述的壳体, 该壳体 11的导光结构 13与发光源相配合。 优选地, 如图 1、 图 2及图 3 所示, 上述导光结构 13上设置有第三卡扣结构 31 ; 主板 15上设置有天线支架 17, 该天线支架 17上设置有第四卡扣结构 113, 与第三卡 扣结构 31相配合, 设置为固定连接导光结构 13。 关于第三卡扣结构 31和第四卡扣结构 113的具体形状可以参见图 4所示。 如图 4所示, 本实施例中, 发光源 (例如发光二极管) 发光通过第三卡扣结构 31 与倒扣结构 111分别与天线支架和壳体连接, 主板上 LED器件发光, 通过弧形导光柱 13导光, 发光源器件数量可以为两个或多个。 上述实施例的各部件组合后的状态可以参见图 5和图 6。 现结合相关附图和优选实施例对上述实施例进行说明。 利用主板上 LED灯发出光源, 通过装配在壳体上的弧形导光柱进行导光, 壳体和 天线支架起到固定弧形导光柱和遮光的作用。 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 本实用 新型所述的弧形导光结构方案, 包括弧形导光柱 13 (即导光结构 13)、 壳体 11、 天线 支架 17、 主板 15。 安装组合时, 先将弧形导光柱 13嵌入壳体 11里, 通过粘结物质和卡扣与壳体 11 配合固定, 然后装入带有天线支架 17的主板 15, 天线支架 17与弧形导光柱 13再形 成另外一个卡扣配合 (即第一卡扣结构 31与天线支架配合), 装配完毕。 如图 3所示, 本实施例中, 弧形导光柱两侧每个端面位置的卡扣配合包括弧形导 光柱与壳体的卡扣配合 111 (即倒扣结构 111与壳体的配合)、 弧形导光柱与天线支架 的卡扣配合。 如图 7所示, 本实施例中, 弧形导光柱 13嵌入壳体 11, 为壳体 11开缺口 115, 弧形导光柱 13穿过缺口 115后产生卡扣配合。 导光柱 13装配时从缺口 115穿过。 上述实施例中, 如图 8所示, 上述导光配合中的导光柱 13, 采用单卡扣双配合面 (配合面 801和配合面 802 ) 的新型结构设计, 上述配合面与 LED发光源 803配合, 实现导光, 弧形导光柱两端每个卡扣 (图 4所示的卡扣 111和卡扣 31 ) 均与壳体、 天 线支架结构配合, 可以通过简单的结构满足稳定的装配效果; 2、卡扣端面同时作为导 光面, 与主板上两个指示灯对应配合, 满足导光强度和绚丽效果。 本实施例中, 弧形导光柱采用可以透光的材料, 方便光线的传播, 弧形导光柱内 侧表面做反光的表面处理, 方便光线折射; 天线支架与壳体采用深色材料, 方便非显 示区域的遮光; LED器件 (包含其他发光光源形式) 与主板电路相连 (包含贴片、 线 路等其他形式)。 当电子产品工作状态变化时, LED指示灯颜色变化, 光线由 LED指 示灯发出, 通过弧形导光柱的导光区域传播, 光线导出到设计需要的区域。 上述实施例可以认为是一种具有弧形导光能力的导光灯镜, 方便在电子产品实际 设计中满足具有绚丽指示灯效果。 上述实施例在满足电子产品在保证结构强度的前提下, 达到指示灯绚丽效果的设 计目的; 结构简单有效, 成本低廉, 工艺稳定, 便于实际批量生产。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本实用新型的各模块或各步骤可以用 通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装 置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于 此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或 者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本实用新型不 限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本实用新型, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本实用新型可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本实用新型的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围 之内。
