图 2是根据本发明实施例 1的基于终端的信息显示方法具体流程图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例 1的来电显示业务显示信息为天气预报的信令流程图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例 2的互联网信息获取装置的结构框图; 图 5是根据本发明实施例 3的基于终端的信息显示系统结构框图; 图 6是根据本发明实施例 3的另一个基于终端的信息显示系统的结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 本发明实施例可以应用于 IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP多媒体子系统) 及 NGN (Next Generation Network, 下一代通信网络)下的智能网通讯, 尤其可以应用于 基于统一 SDP ( Service Delivery Platform, 业务提交平台) 架构中实现。 本发明实施例基于 IMS和 NGN的架构在协议上可扩充的特性, 应用服务器通过 主叫号码 (或被叫号码) 与互联网能力实体进行交互, 在来电或通话过程中显示除主 叫号码外的其他信息, 比如用户的职业信息, 所在地的天气信息, 所在地的一些新闻 事件等, 并且在用户通话期间, 信息可以一直显示更新。 具体显示内容用户可以根据 意愿, 在互联网能力支持的范围内进行自定义。 本发明实施例中将这种来电时包括通 话中, 伴随主叫号码 (或被叫号码) 一起显示附加信息的业务, 称为多彩来电显示业 务。 基于此, 本发明实施例提供了一种基于终端的信息显示方法、 装置和系统。 实施例 1 本实施例提供了一种基于终端的信息显示方法, 该方法可以应用在手机等设备间 的通讯中, 参见图 1, 该方法包括以下步骤 (步骤 S102-S106): 步骤 S102, 互联网信息获取装置接收核心网的通知, 其中, 该通知携带有主叫方 呼叫被叫方的指示信息, 例如, 主叫方的号码和被叫方的号码; 其中, 互联网信息获取装置与互联网和核心网均相连, 该装置可以设置在现有移 动终端与互联网通讯的某个服务器上, 也可以单独设置; 核心网负责具体的电话路由、 接续等通讯相关处理, 如 IMS等。 步骤 S104,互联网信息获取装置根据该指示信息从主叫方的号码对应的网站获取 主叫方的显示信息; 其中, 该网站可以是主叫方的用户在互联网信息获取装置上进行 注册时提供的, 也可以是系统默认的网站; 这些网站为开放其能力给第三方进行调用 的互联网网站, 如: 谷歌天气预报网站 (Google Weather )、 微博网 (Twitter)、 商务网 (例如, Linkedln) 等。 步骤 S106, 互联网信息获取装置通过核心网向被叫方发送呼叫请求, 其中, 该呼 叫请求携带有主叫方的显示信息, 以使被叫方接收到该呼叫请求后显示该主叫方的显 示信息。 本实施例通过在呼叫请求中携带从互联网上获取的主叫方的显示信息, 可以在被 叫方的来电显示功能中增加该显示信息, 例如, 用户的职业信息, 所在地的天气信息, 所在地的一些新闻事件等, 解决了终端来电显示业务中显示的内容比较单一的问题, 丰富了来电显示业务中信息内容, 增强了终端的功能, 提升了用户体验。 本实施例中, 主叫方欲呼叫被叫方时, 主叫方通过核心网向被叫方发送呼叫请求; 核心网接收到该呼叫请求后, 通知互联网信息获取装置。 这样互联网信息获取装置将 会得知主叫方正在呼叫被叫方。 当然, 有时被叫方也希望在有人呼叫自己或和自己通话时, 将与自身有关的某些 信息显示在主叫方的设备上, 以使主叫方了解与被叫方有关的信息, 基于此, 互联网 信息获取装置接收到核心网的通知之后, 上述方法还包括: 互联网信息获取装置确定 被叫方有网络信息需要显示, 从被叫方的号码对应的网站获取被叫方的显示信息; 并 通过核心网将被叫方的显示信息发送给主叫方,以使主叫方显示该被叫方的显示信息。 此时, 该主叫方收到被叫方的显示信息后, 将显示被叫方的显示信息, 这样在主叫方 的显示屏幕上将不仅包括正在拨叫的被叫方的电话号码, 还会显示有关被叫方的其他 信息, 例如, 被叫方的博客内容等。 在具体实现时, 为了和现有的协议兼容, 降低开发成本, 本实施例的互联网信息 获取装置可以包括: 互联网能力模块和通讯网能力模块; 其中, 互联网能力模块对应 到 SDP架构中的 UOE模块, 即 Unified Open Environment, 统一开放环境, 以下简称 UOE; 其负责同互联网能力服务器进行交互。 该模块可以维护用户电话号码同需要登 录的网站的用户名之间的对应关系, 该模块根据具体对应关系, 根据对应的电话号码 或用户名获取具体的用户需要发布的信息。 如该网站不需要登录则无需该功能, 直接 提供信息即可。 通讯网能力模块对应到 SDP架构中的 UAG模块, 即 Unified Access Gateway, 统 一业务接入网关, 以下简称 UAG; 其负责语音通话的过程管理, 并同互联网能力模块 通讯, 获取对应的互联网信息, 并在该用户进行电话拨叫时, 将相应信息推送到具有 通讯能力的核心网。 基于上述互联网信息获取装置包括 UOE和 UAG, 上述互联网信息获取装置从主 叫方的号码对应的网站获取主叫方的显示信息包括: UAG接收到通知后, 根据上述指 示信息确定主叫方的号码, 根据主叫方的注册信息确定主叫方有网络信息需要显示, 将主叫方的号码提供给 UOE; UOE从主叫方的号码对应的网站查询主叫方需要显示 的信息, 将查询到的信息反馈给 UAG。 优选地, 对于被叫方有网络信息需要显示的情况, 上述 UAG接收到通知之后, 该方法还包括: UAG根据被叫方的注册信息确定被叫方有网络信息需要显示, 将被叫 方的号码提供给 UOE; UOE从被叫方的号码对应的网站查询被叫方需要显示的信息, 并将查询到被叫方的显示信息反馈给 UAG; UAG通过核心网将被叫方的显示信息发 送给主叫方, 以使主叫方显示被叫方的显示信息。 其中, UOE使用 HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, 超文本传送协议) 访问对 应的网站, UAG与核心网之间使用 SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol, 会话初始协议) 交互信息, UOE与 UAG之间使用网络服务协议交互信息, 例如自定义的网络服务协 议 ( WebService ), 或遵循 ParlayX规范的网络服务协议。 上述方法可以扩展现有的来电显示业务, 在原有来电显示业务中增加网络信息显 示功能, 作为来电显示业务的增值服务, 如果用户选择了开启该功能, 则上述互联网 信息获取装置将会在收到呼叫请求时, 访问相关网站, 进而得到对应的显示信息, 通 过核心网将该信息发送给用户,在发送此信息时,可以将该信息携带在现有的信令中。 基于上述互联网信息获取装置包括 UOE和 UAG, 下面举例说明基于终端的信息 显示方法, 参见图 2, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S201 , 主叫用户 A拨打用户 B的号码, 通过 IMS或 NGN核心网进行呼叫, 核心网收到呼叫请求后触发至 UAG。 步骤 S202, UAG将呼叫触发通知到 UOE, 并携带主叫号码。 若 UAG确定被叫 用户 B也开通了来电显示业务的增值服务时, 则将被叫号码也提供给 UOE。 步骤 S203, UOE根据主叫号码获取具体的储存信息, 根据储存信息判断互联网 是否需要鉴权, 如果需要鉴权, 执行步骤 S204, 否则执行步骤 S205。 具体的储存信息例如: 号码注册需要显示的互联网能力类型, 互联网能力是否需 要鉴权, 使用的互联网能力的用户名等。 如互联网能力需要鉴权则转步骤 S204, 否则 执行步骤 S205。 步骤 S204, UOE使用获取到的具体信息进行连接互联网能力服务器, 并进行鉴 权, 判断鉴权是否通过, 如果通过, 执行步骤 S205; 否则执行步骤 S208。 其中, 互联网能力服务器负责提供主叫用户或被叫用户的显示内容 (即上述显示 信息)。 步骤 S205, UOE调用互联网能力获取对应的显示内容。 步骤 S206, UOE将获取到的显示内容发送至 UAG。 步骤 S207, UAG通过 IMS或 NGN核心网对用户 B进行呼叫, 并将显示内容携 带至协议规定的字段中。 步骤 S208, UAG通过 IMS或 NGN核心网对用户 B进行呼叫, 显示内容为传统 来电显示内容, 即主叫号码; 如果鉴权失败, 则使用普通的号码显示功能。 下面以多彩来电显示内容为天气预报为例进行说明, 参见图 3所示的多彩来电显 示业务显示信息为天气预报的互联网能力信令流程图, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S301 , 主叫用户 A拨打用户 B号码, 即发送 SIP的 invite消息(相当于上述 呼叫请求) 至 IMS或 NGN核心网 (Core Net) 。 步骤 S302, 核心网将 SIP的 invite消息转发至 UAG。 步骤 S303, UAG 调用 UOE 提供的 ParlayX CN 接口 (也称为新增接口) notifyCalledNumberReq (主叫号码通知消息) 通知有用户 A呼叫用户:6。 步骤 S304, UOE向 UAG返回 notifyCalledNumberRes (主叫号码通知响应消息) 响应。 步骤 S305, UOE 调用 UAG 提供的 ParlayX LCS (保活通信系统, Live Communication Sever) 接口 getLocationReq (位置获取请求消息), 获取用户的位置信 息。 步骤 S306, UAG返回 getLocationRes (位置获取响应消息), 返回主叫用户的经 纬度信息。 步骤 S307, UOE根据经纬度信息发送 HttpGet (连网) 请求调用谷歌的天气预报 网站 (Google Weather) 的能力获取主叫用户所在地的天气信息。 调用的 URL地址举 例如下: http://www.google.com/ig/api?hl=zh-cn&weather=30670000, 104019996 步骤 S308, 谷歌的天气预报网站返回具体的天气资讯。 步骤 S309, UOE调用 UAG提供的 ParlayX TPC ( Transmission Power Control, 传 输功率控制) addParticipantReq (接续被叫请求) 接口, 进行被叫用户 B 的接续。 addParticipantReq接口结构如表 1所示: 表 1

62进行交互。该模块可以维护用户电话号码同需要登录的网站的用户名之间的对应关 系, 该模块根据具体对应关系, 根据对应的电话号码或用户名获取具体的用户需要发 布的信息。 如网站不需要登录则无需该功能, 直接显示信息即可, 如谷歌的天气预报 网站等。 通讯网能力模块 66 (对应到 SDP架构中的 UAG模块,负责语音通话的过程管理, 并同互联网能力模块 64通讯, 获取对应的互联网信息, 并在该用户进行电话拨叫时, 将相应信息推送到通讯能力核心网 68。 通讯能力核心网 68, 负责具体的电话路由、 接续等通讯相关的能力核心网络, 如 IMS核心网等。 上述网元中使用的协议如下:
UOE同互联网能力服务器 62间为 HTTP服务调用, 使用 HTTP协议。 UOE 同 UAG 之间使用自定义的 WebService 服务, 或遵循 ParlayX 规范的
WebService服务。
UAG同 IMS或 NGN核心网 (即, 通讯能力核心网 68) 之间使用 SIP协议。 本实施例通过在呼叫请求中携带从互联网上获取的主叫方的显示信息, 可以在被 叫方的来电显示功能中增加该显示信息, 解决了终端来电显示业务中显示的内容比较 单一的问题, 丰富了来电显示业务中信息内容, 增强了终端的功能, 提升了用户体验。 从以上的描述中可以看出, 本发明实施例通过在呼叫过程中, 与互联网连接获取 与用户相关的显示信息,进而扩展了来电显示业务, 使得该业务的内容得到极大丰富, 满足了用户的多样化需求, 提升了用户体验度。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

6. 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的方法,其中,所述 UOE使用超文本传送协议 HTTP 访问所述对应的网站, 所述 UAG与所述核心网之间使用会话初始协议 SIP 交互信息, 所述 UOE与所述 UAG之间使用网络服务协议交互信息。
7. 一种互联网信息获取装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收所述核心网设备的通知, 其中, 所述通知携带有所 述主叫方设备呼叫所述被叫方设备的指示信息;
主叫信息获取模块, 设置为所述接收模块收到所述通知后, 根据所述指示 信息从所述主叫方设备的号码对应的网站获取所述主叫方设备的显示信息; 主叫信息发送模块, 设置为通过所述核心网设备向所述被叫方设备发送呼 叫请求, 其中, 所述呼叫请求携带有所述主叫信息获取模块获取的所述主叫方 设备的显示信息; 以使所述被叫方设备接收到所述呼叫请求后显示所述主叫方 设备的显示信息。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 被叫信息获取模块, 设置为接收到所述通知后, 确定所述被叫方设备有 网络信息需要显示, 从所述被叫方设备的号码对应的网站获取所述被叫方设 备的显示信息;
被叫信息发送模块, 设置为通过所述核心网设备将所述被叫信息获取模 块获取的所述被叫方设备的显示信息发送给所述主叫方设备, 以使所述主叫 方设备显示所述被叫方设备的显示信息。
9. 一种基于终端的信息显示系统, 包括权利要求 7或 8所述的互联网信息获取 装置; 所述系统还包括: 被叫方设备, 其中, 所述被叫方设备包括: 呼叫接收模块, 设置为接收呼叫请求;
主叫信息显示模块, 设置为显示所述呼叫接收模块接收的呼叫请求中携 带的所述主叫方设备的显示信息。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述系统还包括: 核心网设备, 所述核 心网设备包括:
呼叫接收模块, 设置为接收所述主叫方设备呼叫所述被叫方设备的呼叫 请求;
通知模块, 设置为所述呼叫接收模块收到所述呼叫请求后, 通知所述互 联网信息获取装置。
