可见, 采用本发明实施例提供的方法及设备, 可由基站向终端发送控 制信号, 所述控制信号包含禁止终端进行切换的邻区的信息; 终端根据接 收到的控制信号对所保存的测量信息进行删除, 所删除的测量信息包含禁 止终端进行切换的邻区的信息; 终端还将剩余的测量信息携带在测量报告 中; 当终端需要进行目标小区的切换时, 直接将该测量报告发送给基站, 基站接收到该测量报告后, 根据所述测量报告将终端所在小区切换为所述 测量报告中所包含的一个或多个邻区中的一个邻区。 可见, 本发明方法及 设备使基站在接收到终端发来的进行小区切换的请求后, 直接对该终端进 行切换, 因此大大节省切换目标小区所需的时间。 附图说明

本发明实施例提供一种邻区切换、 上报测量报告的方法及设备, 可由 基站向终端发送控制信号, 所述控制信号包含禁止终端进行切换的邻区的 信息; 终端根据接收到的控制信号对所保存的测量信息进行删除, 所删除 的测量信息包含禁止终端进行切换的邻区的信息; 终端还将剩余的测量信 息携带在测量报告中; 当终端需要进行目标小区的切换时, 直接将该测量 报告发送给基站, 基站接收到该测量报告后, 根据所述测量报告将终端所 在小区切换为所述测量报告中所包含的一个或多个邻区中的一个邻区; 可 见, 本发明方法使基站在接收到终端发来的进行小区切换的请求后, 直接 对该终端进行切换, 因此大大节省切换目标小区所需的时间。 如图 1所示, 其中一种邻区切换的方法的具体步驟包括:
步驟 11 , 基站根据接收到的系统内切换限制信息, 向终端发送控制信 号; 所述控制信号包含所述系统内切换限制信息包含的禁止终端进行切换 的邻区的信息;
步驟 12, 基站接收终端上报的测量报告, 该测量报告携带终端当前所 在小区的一个或多个邻区的测量信息, 该一个或多个邻区中不包含禁止终 端进行切换的邻区; 基站还根据所述测量报告将终端所在小区切换为所述 一个或多个邻区中的一个邻区。
具体的, 在步驟 11中, 基站接收到系统内切换限制信息之后、 且向终 端发送所述控制信号之前, 该方法还可以包括:
将所述系统内切换限制信息所包含的信息列入黑名单列表中; 较佳的, 在步驟 11中, 基站向终端发送控制信号的方法可具体包括: 向终端发送携带所述黑名单列表的控制信号;
如图 2所示的上报测量报告的方法包括:
步驟 21 , 终端接收基站发来的控制信号, 该控制信号包含禁止终端进 行切换的邻区的信息;
步驟 22, 终端在需要进行邻区切换时, 向所述基站发送测量报告; 所 述测量报告中携带终端当前所在小区的邻区的测量信息, 并且该邻区不包 含禁止终端进行切换的邻区;
具体的, 在步驟 21中, 终端接收基站发来的控制信号具体包括: 终端接收到基站发来的控制信号 , 并从所述控制信号中提取黑名单列 表; 所述黑名单列表包括禁止终端切换的邻区的信息;
具体的, 在步驟 21和步驟 22之间, 即在所述终端接收到基站发来的 控制信号后、 且在向所述基站发送测量报告之前, 该方法还可以包括: 终端根据提取出的黑名单列表, 将保存的邻区的测量信息删除; 被删 除的测量信息为所述黑名单列表中的信息对应的邻区的测量信息; 终端还 将保存的剩余的邻区的测量信息携带在测量 4艮告中;
具体的, 在上述两种方法中所述控制信号为: 无线资源控制信息。 以下以具体实施例对本发明进行介绍:
实施例一:
本发明实施例一提供一种邻区切换、 上报测量信息的方法, 该方法具 体包括: 步驟一 , eNB接收到 MME或其他 eNB发送的限制消息; 所述限制消 息可以为初始上下文建立请求消息、 切换请求消息或者下行非接入层传输 消息;
该限制消息携带切换限制列表信息, 所述切换限制列表信息中包含系 统内切换限制信息, 所述系统内切换限制信息包含跟踪区域码 ( Tracking Area Code, TAC ) 列表;
步驟二, eNB 在接收到所述系统内切换限制信息后, 将所述系统内切 换限制信息所包含的信息列入黑名单, 具体方法包括:
eNB判断终端所在小区的邻区所属的 TAC是否在 TAC列表中; 当确 定在 TAC列表中时, 将该邻区的信息存入黑名单列表中; 所述信息为邻区 的物理小区标识(Physical Cell Identity, PCI )或其他可以唯一标识小区的 标识等;
步驟三, eNB 向终端发送控制信息; 较佳的, 该控制信息可为无线资 源控制信息; 所述无线资源控制信息中携带所述黑名单列表;
步驟四, 终端接收到所述无线资源控制信息后, 配置自身的测量报告, 具体配置过程如下:
终端接收到所述无线资源控制信息后, 从所述控制信号中提取黑名单 列表, 根据提取出的黑名单列表将保存的邻区的测量信息删除; 被删除的 测量信息为所述黑名单列表中的信息对应的邻区的测量信息; 终端还将保 存的剩余的邻区的测量信息携带在测量报告中; 该测量报告携带终端当前 所在小区的一个或多个邻区的测量信息, 该一个或多个邻区中不包含禁止 终端进行切换的邻区;
步驟五, 终端在确定需要进行邻区切换时, 将所述测量报告发送给基 站;
步驟六, 基站接收到所述测量报告后, 根据预先设置的选择方法, 从 接收到的测量报告所携带的终端当前所在小区的一个或多个邻区的测量信 息中, 选择出一个或多个邻区中的一个邻区, 作为终端的目标邻区, 并对 终端所在小区进行目标邻区的切换;
所述根据预先设置的选择方法, 从接收到的测量报告中选择出一个邻 区包括:
基站通过 RRM算法,从接收到的测量报告中选择出一个邻区作为终端 要转换的目标小区。
实施例二:
本发明实施例二提供一种邻区切换的方法, 该方法具体包括: eNB接收到 MME或其他 eNB发送的限制消息; 所述限制消息可以为 初始上下文建立请求消息、 切换请求消息或者下行非接入层传输消息; 该限制消息携带切换限制列表信息, 所述切换限制列表信息中包含系 统内切换限制信息, 所述系统内切换限制信息包含 TAC列表;
eNB 在接收到所述系统内切换限制信息后, 将所述系统内切换限制信 息所包含的信息列入黑名单, 具体方法包括:
eNB判断终端所在小区的邻区所属的 TAC是否在 TAC列表中; 当确 定在 TAC列表中时, 将该邻区的信息存入黑名单列表中; 所述信息为邻区 的物理小区标识或其他可以唯一标识小区的标识等;
eNB 向终端发送控制信息; 较佳的, 该控制信息可为无线资源控制信 息; 所述无线资源控制信息中携带所述黑名单列表;
基站接收到的终端发来的测量报告后, 根据预先设置的选择方法, 从 接收到的测量报告中所携带的终端当前所在小区的一个或多个邻区的测量 信息中, 选择出一个或多个邻区中的一个邻区, 作为终端的目标邻区, 并 对终端所在小区进行目标邻区的切换;
所述根据预先设置的选择方法, 从接收到的测量报告中选择出一个邻 区包括:
基站通过 RRM算法,从接收到的测量报告中选择出一个邻区作为终端 要转换的目标小区。
实施例三:
本发明实施例三提供一种上报测量信息的方法, 该方法具体包括: 终端接收到基站发来的控制信息后, 配置自身的测量报告; 所述控制 信息中携带黑名单列表; 所述黑名单列表包括禁止终端切换的邻区的信息; 所述信息为邻区的物理小区标识或其他可以唯一标识小区的标识等;
较佳的, 所述控制信息为无线资源控制信息;
具体配置过程如下:
终端接收到所述无线资源控制信息后, 从所述控制信号中提取黑名单 列表, 根据提取出的黑名单列表将保存的邻区的测量信息删除; 被删除的 测量信息为所述黑名单列表中的相关信息对应的邻区的测量信息; 终端还 将保存的剩余的邻区的测量信息携带在测量报告中; 该测量报告携带终端 当前所在小区的一个或多个邻区的测量信息, 该一个或多个邻区中不包含 禁止终端进行切换的邻区;
终端在确定需要进行邻区切换时, 将所述测量报告发送给基站。
具体的, 在实施例一至实施例三中, 基站可通过多种方法从接收到的 测量报告中选择出一个邻区作为终端要转换的目标小区。
如图 3所示的基站包括:
发送装置 31 , 用于根据接收到的系统内切换限制信息, 向终端发送控 制信号; 所述控制信号携带有所述系统内切换限制信息所包含的禁止终端 进行切换的邻区的信息;
切换装置 33 , 用于接收终端上报的测量报告, 该测量报告携带终端当 前所在小区的一个或多个邻区的测量信息, 该一个或多个邻区中不包含禁 止终端进行切换的邻区; 切换装置 33还用于根据所述测量报告将终端所在 小区切换为所述一个或多个邻区中的一个邻区。
所述基站还包括:
列入装置 32, 用于将所述系统内切换限制信息所包含的信息列入黑名 单列表中;
所述发送装置 31 , 用于根据接收到的系统内切换限制信息, 向终端发 送携带所述黑名单列表的控制信号。
如图 4所示的终端包括:
接收装置 41 , 用于接收基站发来的控制信号, 该控制信号包含禁止终 端进行切换的邻区的信息;
终端发送装置 43 , 用于在自身所在终端需要进行邻区切换时, 向所述 基站发送测量报告, 所述测量报告中携带终端当前所在小区的邻区的测量 信息, 并且该邻区不包含禁止终端进行切换的邻区。
所述接收装置 41 , 用于接收到基站发来的控制信号, 并从所述控制信 号中提取黑名单列表; 所述黑名单列表包括禁止终端切换的邻区的信息; 所述终端还包括:
删除装置 42, 用于根据提取出的黑名单列表, 将保存的邻区的测量信 息删除; 被删除的测量信息为所述黑名单列表中的信息对应的邻区的测量 信息; 删除装置 42还用于将保存的剩余的邻区的测量信息携带在测量报告 中。
综上所述, 采用本发明实施例提供的方法及设备, 可由基站向终端发 送控制信号, 所述控制信号包含禁止终端进行切换的邻区的信息; 终端根 据接收到的控制信号对所保存的测量信息进行删除 , 所删除的测量信息包 含禁止终端进行切换的邻区的信息; 终端还将剩余的测量信息携带在测量 报告中; 当终端需要进行目标小区的切换时, 直接该测量报告发送给基站, 基站接收到该测量报告后, 根据所述测量报告将终端所在小区切换为所述 测量报告中所包含的一个或多个邻区中的一个邻区。 可见, 本发明方法及 设备使得基站在接收到终端发来的进行小区切换的请求后, 直接对该终端 进行切换, 因此大大节省切换目标小区所需的时间。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种邻区切换的方法, 包括:
基站根据接收到的系统内切换限制信息, 向终端发送控制信号; 所述 控制信号中携带有所述系统内切换限制信息所包含的禁止终端进行切换的 邻区的信息; 并且, 基站接收终端上报的测量报告, 该测量报告携带有终 端当前所在小区的一个或多个邻区的测量信息, 该一个或多个邻区中不包 含禁止终端进行切换的邻区;
基站根据所述测量报告将终端所在小区切换为所述一个或多个邻区中 的一个邻区。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
在所述基站接收到系统内切换限制信息之后、 且向终端发送所述控制 信号之前, 该方法还包括: 将所述系统内切换限制信息所包含的信息列入 黑名单列表中;
向终端发送所述控制信号包括: 向终端发送携带所述黑名单列表的控 制信号。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制信号为: 无线资源 控制信息。
4、 一种上报测量报告的方法, 包括:
终端接收基站发来的控制信号 , 该控制信号包含禁止终端进行切换的 邻区的信息; 并且,
终端在需要进行邻区切换时, 向所述基站发送测量报告; 所述测量报 告中携带有终端当前所在小区的邻区的测量信息, 并且所述邻区不包含禁 止终端进行切换的邻区。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端接收基站发来的控制信号的过程包括: 所述终端接收到基站发来的控制信号, 并从所述控制信号中提取黑名 单列表; 所述黑名单列表包括禁止终端切换的邻区的信息;
在所述终端接收到基站发来的控制信号后、 且在向所述基站发送测量 报告之前, 该方法还包括:
终端根据提取出的黑名单列表, 将保存的邻区的测量信息删除; 并且, 终端将保存的剩余的邻区的测量信息携带在测量 4艮告中;
被删除的测量信息为所述黑名单列表中的信息对应的邻区的测量信
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制信号为: 无线资源 控制信息。
7、 一种基站, 包括:
发送装置, 用于根据接收到的系统内切换限制信息, 向终端发送控制 信号; 所述控制信号携带有所述系统内切换限制信息所包含的禁止终端进 行切换的邻区的信息;
切换装置, 用于接收终端上报的测量报告, 该测量报告携带有终端当 前所在小区的一个或多个邻区的测量信息, 该一个或多个邻区中不包含禁 止终端进行切换的邻区; 还用于根据所述测量报告将终端所在小区切换为 所述一个或多个邻区中的一个邻区。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的基站, 其中, 所述基站还包括:
列入装置, 用于将所述系统内切换限制信息所包含的信息列入黑名单 列表中;
所述发送装置, 用于根据接收到的系统内切换限制信息, 向终端发送 携带所述黑名单列表的控制信号。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的基站, 其中, 所述控制信号为: 无线资源 控制信息。
10、 一种终端, 包括:
接收装置, 用于接收基站发来的控制信号, 该控制信号包含禁止终端 进行切换的邻区的信息;
终端发送装置, 用于在自身所在终端需要进行邻区切换时, 向所述基 站发送测量报告; 所述测量报告中携带有终端当前所在小区的邻区的测量 信息, 并且该邻区不包含禁止终端进行切换的邻区。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的终端, 其中,
所述接收装置, 用于接收到基站发来的控制信号, 并从所述控制信号 中提取黑名单列表; 所述黑名单列表包括禁止终端切换的邻区的信息; 所述终端还包括:
删除装置, 用于根据所述接收装置提取出的黑名单列表, 将保存的邻 区的测量信息删除; 被删除的测量信息为所述黑名单列表中的信息对应的 邻区的测量信息; 还用于将保存的剩余的邻区的测量信息携带在测量报告 中。
12、 如权利要求 11或 10所述的终端, 其中, 所述控制信号为: 无线 资源控制信息。
