现有的睡眠窒息诊断方法, 是使用专门的仪器检测呼吸道的空气流量 和患者的血氧值来做睡眠分析。 如果是因为软组织堵塞引起, 则需要做手 术切除。 很多患者是障碍性睡眠窒息患者, 患者本人无法确定或者获知该 病的病症,需要到诊所或医院接受专门的诊断方法才可确定是否还有此病。 因此, 存在很多睡眠窒息患者未被确诊, 无法对患者进行针对性的治疗, 严重影响到患者的健康、 生活, 甚至生命。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于, 针对现有技术中睡眠窒息患者需要到 诊所或医院等专科门诊处才能确诊和治疗的缺陷, 提供睡眠窒息检测治疗 仪, 使得患者利用该检测仪就可自行诊断, 并即时达到简单舒缓效果。 【发明内容】

本发明的有益效果是: 本发明利用加速度感应技术获得使用者的呼吸 状态, 达到简便检测效果。 同时利用电击脉冲和光学针灸刺激列缺穴, 可 以即时舒缓堵塞现象。另外, 光学治疗有助减少睡眠窒息, 改善睡眠质量。 以上检测及治疗仪, 其优点是轻便和简单, 让轻度患者能在家中作检查和 治疗。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
一种睡眠窒息检测治疗仪,包括检测仪(图 1和图 2所示)、 电激治疗 仪 (图 4和图 5所示) 和光学治疗仪 (图 6所示)。
一、 关于检测仪:
所述检测仪包括检测部件(图 3所示),睡眠窒息检测仪配备一条腰带 101, 此腰带有一隐藏的口袋 102用于固定检测部件 103。腰带外形略有弧 度和有弹性,有助使用者固定和佩戴舒适。检测仪固定在使用者的腰上后, 检测使用者的呼吸状况。
图 3中, 104为腰带面盒, 105为腰带底盒, 106为检测仪电池, 107 为螺丝, 108 为检测仪线路板。 所述检测仪线路板和检测仪电池位于腰带 面盒和腰带底盒之间, 通过所述螺丝连接。 所述检测部件包括线路板 (图 7所示), 线路板包括以下模块: 加速度传感器或压力传感器: 测度感应轴上的加速变化或腹部引起的 按压压力, 将数据传给主控模块;
主控模块: 接收并分析传感器传来的数据, 安排发送或储存, 并管理 电源和电脑通讯;
FLASH模块: 存储检测数据,
USB模块: 把数据传送到电脑,
RF模块: 发讯号给两个治疗仪作出即时处理,
电源模块: 为主控模块提供电源, 所述电源模块包括充电模块, 锂电 池和电压调整模块, 主控模块控制充电模块和电压调整模块;
时钟模块,蜂鸣器,所述时钟模块和蜂鸣器分别与所述主控模块连接。 睡眠窒息检测仪用于检测使用者是否患有睡眠窒息症,并于检测到睡 眠窒息现象的同时发讯到治疗仪作出处理, 以达到即时舒缓的效用。
有关睡眠窒息现象的判断,检测仪于使用初期透过加速值读取用户腹 部摆幅的平均值, 后期读得的数值与之比较, 可判断出呼吸状况。 再和血 氧值两组数据作综合判断。 当使用者的腹部摆幅少于预设值并维持超过 8 秒以及血氧浓度下降 4%, 检测仪判断睡眠窒息现象发生, 并由 RF模块发. 讯两个治疗仪作出即时处理。
睡眠窒息检测仪把所有检测结果储存在线路板上的 FLASH模块, 储 存的数据能透过电脑软件提取供用户查看。
二、 关于电激治疗仪: 所述电激治疗仪 (图 4和图 5所示) 包括电激治疗仪主体 201、 光纤 202、 电极贴 203, 所述电激治疗仪主体包括线路板和光针头, 所述光针头 透过光纤把光针折射到电极贴上, 并对列缺穴进行光学针灸。
所述电激治疗仪还包括血氧探测头 204, 所述血氧探测头传回讯号给主控 模块, 由主控模块即时分析血氧探测头传回的讯号, 计算出使用者的血氧 值, 然后由 RF模块发送到检测部件作整体分析, USB模块把数据传送到 电脑。 所述电激治疗仪设有调整电击脉冲强度的按键。 电激治疗仪设有显示器, 显示使用者的血氧值。 电激治疗仪配备手带 205, 让机器固定在手腕上, 方便粘贴电极贴、 光针头和夹好血氧探测头。 为增加检测准确度, 电激治疗仪配备血氧探测头以监测使用者的血氧值。 由主控模块即时分析血氧探测头传回的讯号, 计算出使用者的血氧值, 然 后透过输出模块发送到检测仪作整体分析。 图 5中, 204为血氧探测头, 205为手带, 206为手腕上壳, 207为电 激治疗仪线路板, 208为手腕下壳, 209为电极线, 210为电激治疗仪电池, 211为 LCD (液晶显示屏),所述手腕下壳和手腕上壳将所述电激治疗仪线 路板和电激治疗仪电池以及 LCD包设在其间。 所述线路板包括以下模块:
RF模块: 接收来自检测部件的治疗讯号、 检测结果;
FLASH模块: 记录从检测部件接收的检测结果;
主控模块: 放出电击脉冲及光针、 安排发送或储存, 并管理电源和电 脑通讯;
电源模块: 为主控模块提供电源;
USB模块: 协助把数据传送到电脑
电激治疗仪配备显示器, 显示使用者的血氧值。 电激治疗仪亦供使用者查询检测结果, 从睡眠窒息检测仪接收到数 据后, 结果显示在电激治疗仪的显示屏上。
电激治疗仪配备电极贴和光针头, 当接收到检测仪发出的讯号, 能即 时解读并放出电击脉冲及光针到手腕列缺穴, 达到舒缓睡眠窒息的效用。 使用者能透过电激治疗仪上的按键调整电击脉冲强度。
三、 关于光学治疗仪: 所述光学治疗仪包括线路板 (图 9所示)、 激光二极管或发光二极管, 产生波长为 610rnn-980nm的光针,通过光纤折射发射光信号,所述线路板 包括以下模块:
RF模块: 接收来自检测部件的治疗讯号;
主控模块: 放出光针和管理电源;
电源模块: 为主控模块提供电源。 所述光学治疗仪包括将光针定位的固定颈带 302 (图 6所示), 所述线 路板、 激光二极管或发光二极管、 光纤设置在所述固定颈带内部。 图 6中 301为光针输出口。 光学治疗仪配备激光二极管 或 发光二极管, 能产生波长 610nm-980nm的光针, 当接收到检测仪发出的讯号, 透过光纤折射对天突 穴和哑门穴进行光学针灸, 舒缓症状。
