[技术领 本发明涉及电动工具技术领域, 具体地说是一种采用 14. 4V ( 14. 4 - 16V)锂 电系统为动力基础的充电式锂电电动工具, 如电钻、 电动扳手、 角磨、 曲线锯 等。
[背景技术] 目前, 现有的充电式锂电电动工具主要有两种类型: 一种是小巧类, 另外 一种是大功率输出类。 市面上以 3. 6V、 7. 2V和 10. 8V的电压输出为小巧类, 以 14. 4V ( 14. 4— 16V)、 18V、 21. 6V和 36V的电压输出为大功率输出类 (参 见图 D o 小巧类优点是轻巧、 便于携带, 其缺点是动力小, 不能用于大功率输出产 品 (如冲击钻、 角磨、 曲线锯等都不能应用在 3. 6V、 7. 2V和 10. 8V的平台上)。 因此, 在小巧的锂电电动工具产品里, 只有小电钻、 小电筒、 小板手、 小马刀 锯及小型测量仪器等产品。 大功率输出类优点是输出功率大, 其缺点是其产品体积大且笨重。 因此, 在大功率输出锂电电动工具产品里由于电池包等原因无法做成体积小的电动工 具。 上述现有的充电式锂电电动工具各有优缺点, 同时又存在着各自的缺点。 所以使用者至少需要 2 - 3个不同级别的电动工具才能适用不同的使用环境, 从 而需要管理不同的电压充电设备, 而多版本的电池也对环境保护带来了负担。
[发明内容] 本发明的目的就是要解决上述的不足而提供一种小机身而大功率输出的充 电式锂电电动工具, 不仅使用方便, 而且节约成本, 并减少了对环境保护所带 来的损害。 为实现上述目的设计一种充电式锂电电动工具,包括夹头部分 1、齿轮箱 2、 电机 3、 手柄 9及电池包 6, 所述夹头部分 1通过输出轴连接上齿轮箱 2, 所述 齿轮箱通过电机齿轮和电机 3相连,所述电机通过正负极线连接控制开关 5, 所 述控制开关通过端子连接电池包 6, 其特征在于: 所述电池包设置在手柄 9内, 所述电池包包括 4支锂电池、电池外壳及电池底座 8, 所述 4支锂电池安装在电 池外壳内,所述电池外壳底部设有电池底座 8,所述电池底座插接式连接手柄 9。 所述手柄 9的下端部位设有环形槽 7,所述电池底座上设有与环形槽相配合 的环形凸起, 所述环形凸起卡入在所述环形槽 7内。 所述电池包 6输出电压为 14. 4— 16V。 所述电机 3采用稀土 2极或 4极电机。 所述齿轮箱 2采用金属齿轮箱。 本发明的有益效果: 结构新颖、 简单, 使用方便, 由于结合小巧类和大功 率输出类充电式锂电电动工具的优点为基本设计理念, 一方面采用 14. 4V ( 14. 4 - 16V )锂电系统为动力基础及平台, 满足了大功率输出的动力需求, 另一方面 将含有 4支锂电池的电池包设计在手柄内部 (现有的是将其设计在手柄的下方), 因而大大缩小了电动工具整体机身的体积, 从而实现了小机身大功率, 突破了 小巧类电动工具的大功率输出问题, 以及大功率输出类电动工具的体积大且笨 重问题。 同时, 由于使用 14. 4V ( 14. 4— 16V )稀土短电机, 即稀土 2极或 4极 电机, 从而缩小整体机身体积的同时, 又大大提升了工具的动力, 使其性能达 到 18V充电式电动工具。 另外, 本发明中采用全金属齿轮箱, 大大提升了小齿 轮箱的寿命; 而配合 13mm的锁头, 则使得整个产品尺寸达到接近 10. 8V产品尺 寸, 又能达到 18V产品的性能。 综上所述, 本发明不仅仅提升了电动工具整体 机身小而大功率输出的动力需求, 同时使用者只需用一套电池方案就能解决以 往管理不同的充电设备问题, 即在同一个设计平台上能延伸比 10. 8V及 18V产 品更多的品种, 大大减少了因不同电池系列对环境保护带来的损害, 也减少了 使用者对管理电池及充电器的成本。

[具体实施方式] 下面结合附图对本发明作以下进一步说明: 如附图 2所示, 本发明包括: 夹头部分 1、 齿轮箱 2、 电机 3、 手柄 9及电 池包 6, 所述夹头部分 1通过输出轴连接上齿轮箱 2, 所述齿轮箱通过电机齿轮 和电机 3相连,所述电机通过正负极线连接控制开关 5, 所述控制开关通过端子 连接电池包 6, 所述电池包设置在手柄 9内, 所述电池包包括 4支锂电池、 电池 外壳及电池底座 8, 所述 4支锂电池安装在电池外壳内, 所述电池外壳底部设有 电池底座 8, 所述手柄 9的下端部位设有环形槽 7, 所述电池底座上设有与环形 槽相配合的环形凸起, 所述环形凸起卡入在所述环形槽 7内。 所述电机 3采用 稀土 2极或 4极电机。 所述齿轮箱 2采用金属齿轮箱。 本发明并不受上述实施方式的限制, 其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质 与原理下所作的改变、 修饰、 替代、 组合、 简化, 均应为等效的置换方式, 都 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种充电式锂电电动工具, 包括夹头部分 (1 )、 齿轮箱 (2)、 电机 (3)、 手 柄 (9) 及电池包 (6), 所述夹头部分 (1 ) 通过输出轴连接上齿轮箱 (2 ) , 所述齿轮箱通过电机齿轮和电机(3 )相连, 所述电机通过正负极线连接控制 开关 (5) , 所述控制开关通过端子连接电池包 (6) , 其特征在于: 所述电 池包设置在手柄(9)内, 所述电池包包括 4支锂电池、 电池外壳及电池底座
