板材的改良结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材结构, 特别是指一种其内具至少一层不连续的补强内 层, 使瓦楞板不但可大幅增加结构强度, 而且在不连续处具有容易折叠成型的 特性。 背景技术
现有的瓦楞板结构, 如中国台湾专利申请号第 088215358号 "瓦楞板之结 构" 实用新型专利, 其揭示有: 以塑性材质制成, 主要包括一个补强层及两个 外层, 其中, 补强层夹置固定于两个外层之间, 其具有一适当的厚度, 并交错 分布有若干的空间; 凭借上述补强层与两个外层间接触面积的增加, 以及补强 层厚度与各空间的形成, 可强化瓦楞板的结构强度, 以承受外界施予的作用力, 进而防止瓦楞板发生凹折、 变形的情形。
然而, 该现有的瓦楞板结构虽可强化瓦楞板的结构强度, 但是当其补强层 具数层时, 该现有的瓦楞板即不易折叠成型, 即使于折叠处切割出折叠线, 也 因补强层太厚而不能折叠成型栈板的支撑件, 相当不便利。
由此可见, 上述现有物品仍有诸多缺失, 并非一个完善的设计, 而亟待加 以改良。
鉴于上述现有瓦楞板结构所衍生的各项缺点, 本案实用新型人乃亟思加以 改良创新, 并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后, 终于成功研发完成本件一种板材的 改良结构。 发明内容
本发明的一目的在于, 提供一种板材的改良结构, 其内设有至少一层不连 续的补强内层, 使瓦楞板可大幅增加结构强度, 以承受外界施予的作用力。
本发明的另一目的在于, 提供一种板材的改良结构, 其内设有至少一层不 连续的补强内层, 使瓦楞板在不连续处具有容易折叠成型的特性, 而能折叠成 型栈板的支撑件。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种板材的改良结构, 是一瓦楞板, 其特征在于, 其包括:
两个外层;
至少一层不连续的补强内层, 其一体成型设于该两个外层之间, 且该两个 外层在与所述的这些补强内层之间, 以及所述的这些补强内层之间均设有复数 个补强肋。
其中: 该瓦楞板一面在不连续处切割有至少一个折叠线, 各该折叠线具有 一个选定的深度及宽度, 使该折叠线具有较薄的厚度而易弯折, 令该瓦楞板得 以折叠成型栈板的支撑件。
其中: 各该补强肋是选自一纵向补强肋、 一斜向补强肋、 一交叉补强肋、 一 V形状补强肋及至少一种混合形状的其中一种。
其中: 该瓦楞板是选自一纸材质瓦楞板、 一 PP材质瓦楞板及一 PC材质瓦 楞板的其中一种。
与现有技术相比较, 采用上述技术方案的本实用新型具有的优点在于: 凭 借所述的这些补强内层、 补强肋的补强强度, 可强化瓦楞板的结构强度, 以承 受外界施予的作用力, 同时令瓦楞板在不连续处具有容易折叠成型的特性, 而 能折叠成型栈板的支撑件。 附图说明

本发明所提供的板材的改良结构, 请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 其是一瓦楞板 1 , 其主要包括有: 两个外层 1 1、 12以及至少一层不连续的补强内层 13。
其中, 所述的这些补强内层 13是一体成型设于该两个外层 1 1、 12之间。 该两个外层 1 1、 12在与所述的这些补强内层 13之间, 以及所述的这些补 强内层 13之间设有复数个补强肋 131。
凭借上述构件的组成, 通过所述的这些补强内层 13、 补强肋 131的补强强 度, 可强化瓦楞板 1的结构强度, 以承受外界施予的作用力, 同时令瓦楞板 1 在不连续处具有容易折叠成型的特性, 而能折叠成型栈板的支撑件。
请参阅图 3所示, 该瓦楞板 1一面在不连续处切割有至少一折叠线 31, 各 该折叠线 31具有一个选定深度及宽度, 使该折叠线 31具有较薄的厚度 D; 可 凭借该折叠线 31较薄厚度 D而易弯折的特性,令该瓦楞板 1得以折叠成型栈板 的支撑件 (图中未示) , 再将数个支撑件组装成一栈板 (图中未示) , 令栈板 用料少而重量轻且成本大幅降低。
请参阅图 4所示, 各该补强肋 131可为一纵向补强肋、 一斜向补强肋、 一 交叉补强肋、 一 V形状补强肋或至少一种混合形状 ...…等。
另, 该瓦楞板 1可为一纸材质瓦楞板、一 PP (聚丙烯)材质瓦楞板或一 PC (聚 碳酸酯树脂)材质瓦楞板。
本发明所提供的瓦楞板的改良结构, 与前述引证案及其他现有技术相互比 较时, 更具有下列的优点:
1、 使瓦楞板可大幅增加结构强度, 以承受外界施予的作用力。
2、 使瓦楞板在不连续处具有容易折叠成型的特性, 而能折叠成型栈板的支 撑件。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的, 而非限制性的, 本领域普通技术人 员理解, 在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下, 可作出许多修改、 变化或等效, 但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1.一种板材的改良结构, 是一瓦楞板, 其特征在于, 其包括:
两个外层;
至少一层不连续的补强内层, 其一体成型设于该两个外层之间, 且该两个 外层在与所述的这些补强内层之间, 以及所述的这些补强内层之间均设有复数 个补强肋。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的板材的改良结构, 其特征在于: 该瓦楞板一面在 不连续处切割有至少一个折叠线, 各该折叠线具有一个选定的深度及宽度, 使 该折叠线具有较薄的厚度而易弯折, 令该瓦楞板得以折叠成型栈板的支撑件。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的板材的改良结构, 其特征在于: 各该补强肋是选 自一纵向补强肋、 一斜向补强肋、 一交叉补强肋、 一 V形状补强肋及至少一种 混合形状的其中一种。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的板材的改良结构, 其特征在于: 该瓦楞板是选自 一纸材质瓦楞板、 一 PP材质瓦楞板及一 PC材质瓦楞板的其中一种。
