较佳地, 由于在采用本发明实施例提供的上述音视频文件播放位置的定 位方法, 会不断缩小搜索范围, 那么必将导致在搜索范围接近于所需定位的 播放位置时, 在一个较小的范 内不断地执行上述流程, 直至精确定位到所 需的播放位置, 这种频繁的震荡, 反而可能带来搜索效率的降低, 因此, 本 发明实施例提供的音视频文件播放位置的定位方法, 还可以在接收到用户发 出手动搜索的指令 B寸, 结束自动搜索过程也就是终止试播放等步骤, 直接根 据用户发出的手动搜索指令, 来定位所需的播放位置。 实现手动搜索和自动 搜索的结合, 提高了音视频文件播放位置的定位的灵活性, 更进一步提高了 播放位置定位的效率。
基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了一种定位音视频文件播放位 置的装置, 由于该装置解决问题的原理与前述定位音视频文件播放位置的方 法相似, 因此该装置的实施可以参见前述方法的实施, 重复之处不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种定位音视频文件播放位置的装置,如图 4所示, 包括:
确定模块 401 , 用于确定音视频文件播放位置的搜索范围的起始点和结 束点, 并在搜索范围内, 确定试播放的起始点; 以及在调整后的搜索范围内 重新确定试播放的起始点;
试播放模块 402, ^于根据确定模块 401确定的试播放的起始点幵始试 播放, 并通过试播放确定是否找到播放位置; 若找到, 接着试播放的播放位 置继续播放;
调整模块 403 , 用于在试播放模块未找到播放位置时, 根据试播放的起 始点, 调整搜索范围的起始点或结束点。
进一步地, 上述确定模块 401, 具体用于根据搜索范围的起始点和结束 点, 计算出该搜索范围的中点, 将该中点作为试播放的起始点。
进一步地, 上述试播放模块 402 , 具体用于通过下述方式确定是否找播 放位置: 若在试播放的过程中, 接收到用户发出的确认找到播放位置的第一 指令或者没有接收到用户发出的确认未找到播放位置的第二指令, 则确定找 到播放位置; 若在试播放的过程中, 接收到用户发出的确认未找到播放位置 的第二指令, 则确定未找到播放位置。
进一步地, 上述调整模块 403 , 具体用于在接收到第二指令中指示播放 位置在试播放的内容的前方的前进指令时, 调整所述搜索范围的起始点为所 述试播放的起始点或者为所述试播放的起始点加上试播放的时长, 并保持所 述搜索范围的结束点不变; 在接收到第二指令中指示播放位置在试播放的内 容的后方的后退指令时,调整所述搜索范围的结束点为所述试播放的起始点, 并保持所述搜索范围的起始点不变。
进一步地, 本发明实施例提供的定位音视频文件播放位置的装置, 如图 4所示, 还可以包括: 存储模块 404;
存储模块 404, 用于存储所述搜索范围的起始点和结束点的每一次的变 更记录;
相应地, 调整模块 403, 还 ^于根据用户发出的撤销指令, 将所述搜索 范围重新调整为所述撤销指令之前最近一次记录的起始点和结束点的位置。
进一步地, 本发明实施例提供的定位音视频文件播放位置的装置, 如图 4所示, 还可以包括: 手动搜索支持模块 405, 用于在接收到用户发出手动搜 索的指令时, 通知所述试播放模块结束试播放, 并根据用户发出的手动搜索 指令, 找到播放位置。
本发明实施例提供的上述定位音视频文件播放位置的装置, 在具体实施 时, 可以设置于各种多媒体播放设备中, 例如电视机或者 VCD/DVD机配套 的遥控器、 手机终端的播放控制器或者其他播放设备中, 尤其适用于一些不 太方便用户手动定位的设备例如常用的电视机或 VCD/DVD 机配套的遥控 器, 这些设备往往仅提供了一些筒单的按钮例如前进、 后退、 确定等, 而没 有供用 灵活定位的例如可拖动的进度条等, 这样, 采用本发明实施例提供 的上述定位音视频文件播放位置的装置, 显然能够达到既方便用户使用, 又 能够精确定位播放位置的目的, 并且对硬件的改造小, 实施成本较低。
本发明实施例提供的定位音视频文件播放位置的方法和装置, 首先确定 音视频文件播放位置的搜索范 的起始点和结束点, 并在搜索范围内确定试 播放的起始点并开始试播放; 通过试播放确定是否找到播放位置; 若找到, 接着试播放的播放位置继续播放; 否则, 根据所述试播放的起始点, 调整搜 索范围, 并在调整后的搜索范围内重新通过试播放定位播放位置直至找到对 应的播放位置。本发明实施例提供的定位音视频文件播放位置的方法和装置, 能够在未找到播放位置时, 根据试播放的起始点, 不断调整播放位置的搜索 范 , 最终实现对播放位置的精确定位, 克服了现有的定位音视频文件播放 位置方式存在的定位不精确的问题。
并且, 本发明实施例提供的定位音视频文件播放位置的方法和装置, 还 可以将自动搜索与^户的手动搜索相结合, 避免在搜索范围接近于所需定位 的播放位置时出现频繁的震荡所导致的搜索效率较低的问题, 提高了音视频 文件播放位置的定位的灵活性, 更进一步提高了播放位置定位的效率。
显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

1、 一种定位音视频文件播放位置的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定音视频文件播放位置的搜索范围的起始点和结束点;
在搜索范围内, 确定试播放的起始点并开始试播放;
通过试播放确定是否找到播放位置; 若找到, 接着试播放的播放位置继 若未找到, 根据所述试播放的起始点, 调整搜索范围的起始点或结束点, 并在调整后的搜索范围内重新确定试播放的起始点并重新开始试播放, 直至 找到播放位置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在搜索范围内, 确定试 根据所述搜索范围的起始点和结束点, 计算出所述搜索范围的中点; 将所述中点作为试播放的起始点。
3、 如权利要求 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 通过试播放确定是否找到播 放位置, 通过下述方式确定:
若在试播放的过程中, 接收到用户发出的确认找到播放位置的第一指令 或者没有接收到 ffi户发出的确认未找到播放位置的第二指令, 则确定找到播 放位置;
若在试播放的过程中, 接收到用户发出的确认未找到播放位置的第二指 令, 则确定未找到播放位置。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二指令包括: 指示播 放位置在试播放的内容的前方的前进指令以及指示播放位置在试播放的内容 的后方的后退指令;
根据试播放的起始点, 调整搜索范 的起始点或结束点, 具体包括: 在接收到所述前进指令时, 调整所述搜索范围的起始点为所述试播放的 起始点或者为所述试播放的起始点加上试播放的时长, 并保持所述搜索范围 的结束点不变; 在接收到所述后退指令时, 调整所述搜索范围的结束点为所述试播放的 起始点, 并保持所述搜索范围的起始点不变。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括- 存储所述搜索范围的起始点和结束点的每一次的变更记录;
根据用户发出的撤销指令, 将所述搜索范围重新调整为所述撤销指令之 前最近一次记录的起始点和结束点的位置进行搜索。
6、 如权利要求 -4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 在接收到 用户发出手动搜索的指令时, 结束试播放, 根据用户发出的手动搜索指令, 找到播放位置。
7、 一种定位音视频文件播放位置的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定模块,用于确定音视频文件播放位置的搜索范围的起始点和结束点, 并在搜索范围内, 确定试播放的起始点; 以及在调整后的搜索范围内重新确 定试播放的起始点;
试播放模块, 用于根据确定模块确定的试播放的起始点开始试播放, 并 通过试播放确定是否找到播放位置; 若找到, 接着试播放的播放位置继续播 放;
调整模块, 用于在试播放模块未找到播放位置时, 根据所述试播放的起 始点, 调整搜索范围的起始点或结束点。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块, 具体用于根 据所述搜索范围的起始点和结束点, 计算出所述搜索范围的中点, 将所述中 点作为试播放的起始点。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述试播放模块, 具体用于 通过下述方式确定是否找播放位置: 若在试播放的过程中, 接收到用户发出 的确认找到播放位置的第一指令或者没有接收到用户发出的确认未找到播放 位置的第二指令, 则确定找到播放位置; 若在试播放的过程中, 接收到用户 发出的确认未找到播放位置的第二指令, 则确定未找到播放位置。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述调整模块, 具体用于在 接收到第二指令中指示播放位置在试播放的内容的前方的前进指令 B寸, 调整 所述搜索范围的起始点为所述试播放的起始点或者为所述试播放的起始点加 上试播放的^长, 并保持所述搜索范围的结束点不变; 在接收到第二指令中 指示播放位置在试播放的内容的后方的后退指令时, 调整所述搜索范围的结 束点为所述试播放的起始点, 并保持所述搜索范围的起始点不变。

12. 如权利要求 7-10任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 手动搜 索支持模块, 用于在接收到用户发出手动搜索的指令时, 通知所述试播放模 块结束试播放, 并根据用户发出的手动搜索指令, 找到播放位置。
13. 一种包括指令的计算机程序, 所述指令在由处理器执行时被设置成 使所述处理器执行如权利要求 1 6中任一项所述的方法。
14. 一种存储了如权利要求 13所述计算机程序的存储介质。
