本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种终端与服务器之间的数据传输方 法及系统。 背景技术
随着云计算技术的日益发展, 可以将手机等终端的一些数据上传到一 个服务器端, 例如将通讯录、 短信记录、 个人喜欢的电子书、 应用等用户 认为需要备份的数据备份在服务器端, 这样当用户手机丟失或者更换新手 机时, 就可以直接从服务器端将数据下载到手机终端, 不用再担心数据会 丟失。 终端直接可以和服务器端进行同步无疑是最为便捷的方式, 但是必 然要求终端具备较高的处理能力, 如较高的上网速率。 然而, 目前手机上 网的费用还比较高, 甚至还有部分手机不具备上网功能。 同时, 随着人们 对信息安全要求的不断提升, 数据在备份过程中还可能涉及加密解密等数 据处理, 还对终端的计算能力有相应的要求。 不具备以上性能的终端如何 能实现与服务器端的信息交互成为一个问题。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种终端与服务器之间的数据传输方法及 系统, 用于在终端性能不足以实现与服务器之间的数据备份时, 支持与服 务器之间实现数据备份、 数据同步。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种数据传输方法, 该方法包括:
信息处理设备接收数据备份请求, 还接收终端发送的数据备份启动请
求并从终端获取数据, 再通过网络将所述数据传输至服务器。
其中, 所述信息处理设备通过指令从终端获取数据。
其中, 所述信息处理设备向服务器传送所述数据之前, 还向服务器发 出备份请求, 服务器判断备份请求的合法性, 如果合法, 信息处理设备获 得向服务器发送数据的许可。
其中, 所述备份请求中至少包括终端的唯一标识信息, 服务器在判断 备份请求合法性的同时利用所述唯一标识信息进行匹配以确定数据在服务 器中的备份位置。
其中, 所述信息处理设备向服务器发送数据前还对所述数据做数据处 理; 所述数据处理包括利于数据传输或者数据安全的处理。
一种数据传输方法, 该方法包括:
信息处理设备接受数据同步启动请求, 通过网络从服务器获取待同步 数据, 还将待同步数据传送给终端。
其中, 获取所述待同步数据之前, 所述信息处理设备还向服务器发送 同步请求, 服务器判断同步请求的合法性, 并反馈合法性判断结果。
其中, 所述同步请求中至少包括终端的唯一标识信息, 服务器在判断 备份请求合法性时利用所述的唯一标识信息进行匹配以确定待同步数据在 服务器的存储位置。

备份启动的步驟:
用户发起备份指令, 最终由 PC侧接收该备份指令。 所述备份指令可以 由用户在终端侧发起, 通过终端与 PC侧的交互使得 PC侧接收备份指令并 启动备份; 也可以由用户直接在 PC侧发起; 还可以通过定时检测的方式在 发现需要备份的数据时向 PC侧发起。所述备份指令至少包括待备份数据的 地址。

PC侧连接管理单元调用 PC侧数据处理模块对待备份数据进行解码、 解压缩等数据处理, 并将完成处理的数据存放至 PC侧业务模块。
同步的步驟:
PC侧与终端建立连接, PC侧连接管理单元调用 PC侧业务模块与终端 侧业务模块进行数据同步。
由上述可见, 终端与服务器同步数据时, 可以将与服务器的数据交互 工作交给 PC侧软件来实现,可以借助 PC已有的网络环境,提高下载速度, 节省费用, 降低对终端的性能要求, 在 PC端的操作也将更人性化。
系统实施例:
如图 3所示,通过 PC实现终端与服务器数据同步的系统包括如下几个 部分: 终端、 PC、 服务器。
其中, 终端是指具有存储数据、 传输数据、 接收数据等功能的电子设 备, 具体来说, 终端可以是手机也可以是具备上述功能的任意用户端设备。 所述电子设备可以与 PC通过有线或者无线方式连接; PC具备与终端相连 接的接口或者相关设备, 具备与网络进行交互的功能; 服务器至少具备接 收上传数据或者提供下载数据的能力。
如图 4所示, 在终端侧, 至少包含了如电话本、 短信、 日程表等多种 业务模块。 为方便说明, 本实施例只用 "业务模块" 作为通用模块进行说 明。 各业务模块完成与 PC侧软件的数据同步, 同步方式可以采用指令交互 方式。
在 PC中主要包含了: PC侧连接管理单元, PC侧连接管理单元进一步
包括与终端侧对应的业务模块(以下称为对应业务模块)、 数据处理模块、 通讯模块。
其中, PC侧连接管理单元主要实现对业务模块、 数据处理模块及通讯 模块的调用与管理。 对终端侧, 通过对应业务模块与终端侧业务模块进行 交互完成同步数据。
对服务器侧进行上行通信时, 可以从待同步的本地业务模块获取数据, 调用数据处理模块对获取的数据进行编码, 将至少包含一个应用的编码后 的数据打包后, 调用通讯模块将编码后的数据按照与服务器约定的通讯方 式传送给服务器。
对服务器进行下行通信时, 可以调用通讯模块, 通过与服务器约定的 通讯方式从服务器获取编码后的打包数据, 对该数据解压后调用数据处理 模块对数据进行解码, 再将相关数据转化为各业务模块的数据。
数据处理模块主要用于对上传到服务器的数据进行编码以及对下载的 数据进行解码。
PC 中的通讯模块主要用于与服务器按照约定的通讯方式进行数据传 输。 PC 中的通讯模块与服务器中的通讯模块需要采用对等的协议, 如 HTTP+XML等。
在服务器侧, 为了保证所存放的数据的安全性, 直接备份终端编码过 的数据; 另外为了便于后期终端直接请求单独应用的数据以进行恢复, 服 务器侧的数据可以分类型存放。
服务器侧包含服务器应用管理模块、 通讯模块、 鉴权模块, 分别实现 如下功能:
服务器应用管理模块:
服务器应用管理模块接收到备份数据的指令后, 调用鉴权模块判断指 令正确性, 并匹配到对应的终端数据位置, 调用通讯模块从 PC侧接收待备
份的数据, 对该数据进行解码解压后存放到对应的业务数据存储位置。 服务器应用管理模块接收到获取数据的指令后, 调用鉴权模块判断指 令正确性, 并匹配到对应的终端数据位置, 按照指令要求打包待传输的业 务数据, 再调用通讯模块与 PC侧进行通讯, 传送编码后的数据到 PC侧。
通讯模块:主要用于与 PC侧按照约定的通讯方式进行数据传输。 服务 器侧的该通讯模块与 PC侧的通讯模块需要采用对等的协议,如 HTTP+XML 方式等。
鉴权模块: 主要用于判断接收到的指令的正确性, 并根据指令中所带 的终端的唯一标记(如 IMSI号 ) 匹配到对应的终端数据存放位置。
需要说明的是, 所述服务器可以是远端服务器, 也可以是本地服务器。 综上所述, 依照各实施例所提供的技术方案, 终端与服务器同步或者 备份数据时, 将与服务器的数据交互工作交给 PC侧软件来实现, 可以借助 PC侧已有的网络环境,提高下载速度, 节省费用, 降低对终端的性能要求, 在 PC侧的操作也将更人性化。 另外 PC侧数据与服务器的同步以及与终端 的同步可分开进行, 更加灵活, 并且数据也将在 PC侧做一次备份, 更加安 全。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步驟 可以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者 分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执 行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来 执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的 步驟, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模 块或步驟制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特 定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于
本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种数据传输方法, 该方法包括:
信息处理设备接收数据备份请求, 还接收终端发送的数据备份启动请 求并从终端获取数据, 再通过网络将所述数据传输至服务器。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述信息处理设备通过指令从 终端获取数据。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述信息处理设备向服务器传 送所述数据之前, 还向服务器发出备份请求, 服务器判断备份请求的合法 性, 如果合法, 信息处理设备获得向服务器发送数据的许可。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述备份请求中至少包括终端 的唯一标识信息, 服务器在判断备份请求合法性的同时利用所述唯一标识 信息进行匹配以确定数据在服务器中的备份位置。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述信息处理设备 向服务器发送数据前还对所述数据做数据处理; 所述数据处理包括利于数 据传输或者数据安全的处理。
6、 一种数据传输方法, 该方法包括:
信息处理设备接受数据同步启动请求, 通过网络从服务器获取待同步 数据, 还将待同步数据传送给终端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 获取所述待同步数据之前, 所 述信息处理设备还向服务器发送同步请求, 服务器判断同步请求的合法性, 并反馈合法性判断结果。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述同步请求中至少包括终端 的唯一标识信息, 服务器在判断备份请求合法性时利用所述的唯一标识信 息进行匹配以确定待同步数据在服务器的存储位置。
9、 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的方法, 其中, 获取所述待同步数 据之前, 还对待同步数据做数据处理; 所述数据处理包括利于数据传输或 者数据安全的处理方式。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端还对接收到的待同 步数据进行恢复。
11、 一种数据传输系统, 包括: 终端、 信息处理设备和服务器; 其中, 所述终端用于与信息处理设备进行数据交互, 完成数据的传送与接收; 所述信息处理设备用于接收备份或者同步请求, 与服务器进行数据交 互, 完成数据的传送与接收。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中, 所述信息处理设备包括业务 模块, 与终端中的业务模块相对应, 用于与终端中的业务模块形成数据同 步。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中, 所述信息处理设备包括数据 处理模块, 用于处理接收到的待备份数据, 处理方式包括: 编码、 压缩。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中, 所述信息处理设备包括通讯 模块, 用于接收或者发送数据。
15、 根据权利要求 11至 14任一项所述的系统, 其中, 所述信息处理 设备包括连接管理单元, 用于判断网络连接状况, 发出备份请求, 调用和 管理信息处理设备中的业务模块、 数据处理模块或通讯模块。
16、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中, 所述服务器还用于判断备份 指令合法性。
