背景技术
U 盘通常包括有 U 盘存储模块、支架以及装设在支架外的外壳,而 U 盘存储模块一般包括 USB 插头以及焊接有存储电路、控制电路和其他电子元件的电路板。
现有技术的U盘,由于U盘存储模块中的电路板置于与环境相通的外壳内,其易受潮及被微尘粘附,导致使用寿命较短,且现有的U盘存储模块的尺寸较大,加工成本高,因此,其和支架以及外壳组装成的成品U盘的尺寸也较大,用户受到限制,不利于用户扩展外壳,使用起来不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种 U 盘存储模块,旨在解决现有 U 盘存储模块使用寿命短、外形尺寸大、加工成本高以及使用不方便的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种 U 盘存储模块,包括存储主体、存储电路以及控制电路,所述存储主体上表面的一端设有符合标准 USB 接口协议的第一金属触片,所述第一金属触片电性连接于所述控制电路,所述存储电路以及所述控制电路置于所述存储主体内,所述存储主体为长方体,其外形尺寸为: 14.9mm ≤长≤ 15.1mm , 10.9mm ≤宽≤ 11.1mm , 1.3mm ≤高≤ 1.5mm 。
进一步地,所述存储主体包括印刷电路板以及壳体,所述第一金属触片置于所述印刷电路板上表面的一端,所述存储电路以及所述控制电路固定设于所述印刷电路板的下表面,所述壳体形成于所述印刷电路板的下表面,且包覆所述存储电路和所述控制电路,与所述印刷电路板形成一长方体。
进一步地,所述存储电路和所述控制电路为未经封装的集成电路晶粒。
进一步地,所述存储电路和所述控制电路置于所述印刷电路板下表面的一端,与所述第一金属触片相对设置。
进一步地,还包括可与外界扩展元件连接的第二金属触片,所述第二金属触片置于所述印刷电路板上表面的另一端,与所述第一金属触片相对设置,且电性连接于所述控制电路。
进一步的,所述存储主体得外形尺寸优选为:长 15mm 、宽 11mm 、高 1.4mm 。
进一步的,所述第一金属触片为四个。
进一步的,所述第二金属触片为两个。
本实用新型还提供一种 U 盘,其包括上述的 U 盘存储模块、可与所述 U 盘存储模块相配合的支架以及覆盖于所述支架外的外壳。
进一步地,所述支架内具有可放置所述 U 盘存储模块的容腔。
进一步地,还包括扩展元件,所述第二金属触片可用于 U 盘存储模块连接扩展元件。
进一步地,所述扩展元件为指示灯。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型中的 U 盘存储模块中的存储电路和控制电路封闭在存储主体内,不会受外部环境所影响,其使用寿命长,且整个 U 盘存储模块的外形尺寸较小,降低加工成本,便于用户使用。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
本实用新型提供了一种 U 盘存储模块,包括存储主体、存储电路以及控制电路,所述存储主体上表面的一端设有符合标准 USB 接口协议的第一金属触片,所述第一金属触片电性连接于所述控制电路,所述存储电路以及所述控制电路置于所述存储主体内,所述存储主体为长方体,其外形尺寸为: 14.9mm ≤ 长 ≤ 15.1mm , 10.9mm ≤ 宽 ≤ 11.1mm , 1.3mm ≤ 高 ≤ 1.5mm 。
本实用新型中的存储电路和控制电路封闭在存储主体内,不与外界相通,不会受外部环境所影响,从而不易受潮或粘附灰尘,使用寿命长,且整个 U 盘存储模块的外形尺寸较小,降低加工成本,便于用户使用。
以下结合具体附图对本实用新型的 U 盘存储模块的实现进行详细的描述。
实施例一
如图 1 所示,该 U 盘存储模块包括一存储主体 1 ,该存储主体 1 上端面的一端设有第一金属触片 11 ,该第一金属触片 11 符合标准 USB 接口协议,可用于和外界电子器件相抵接,从而实现该 U 盘存储模块与外界电子器件的数据交换,为了实现该 U 盘存储模块的存储功能,该 U 盘存储模块还包括有存储电路以及控制电路,该控制电路和第一金属触片 11 电性连接,且存储电路以及控制电路设于该存储主体 1 内部,这样,避免存储电路以及控制电路受潮或被微尘粘附,从而提高该 U 盘存储模块的寿命,另外,存储主体 1 呈长方形状,其外形尺寸为: 14.9mm ≤ 长 ≤ 15.1mm , 10.9mm ≤ 宽 ≤ 11.1mm , 1.3mm ≤ 高 ≤ 1.5mm ,优选的,所述存储主体 1 的外形尺寸为:长 15mm 、宽 11mm 、高 1.4mm 。该外形尺寸相比于现有技术中产品的外形尺寸缩小了很多,便于与支架以及外壳组合成 U 盘,使用起来非常方便,且可以有效降低 U 盘存储模块的加工成本,提高了加工材料的利用率。
本实施例中的第一金属触片 11 为四个,当然,也可以为其它数量,具体数量视实际情况而定。
存储主体 1 包括印刷电路板 13 以及壳体 12 ,壳体 12 是通过注塑工艺形成在印刷电路板 13 下表面上的一层胶体,印刷电路板 13 和壳体 12 相互面对面地贴合在一起,即印刷电路板 13 的下表面和壳体 12 的上表面贴合在一起,从而形成长方体的存储主体 1 ,上述的第一金属触片 11 设于印刷电路板 13 上表面的一端上,存储电路和控制电路固定设在印刷电路板 13 的下表面上,这样,当在印刷电路板 13 的下表面上形成壳体 12 后,存储电路和控制电路就被壳体 12 所覆盖,即存储电路和控制电路封闭在印刷电路板 13 和壳体 12 之间。
本实施例中,存储电路和控制电路为未经封装的集成电路晶粒,能进一步的降低所述 U 盘存储模块加工的难度。
本实施例中的存储主体 1 的壳体为利用模具一次性制造的模制壳体,当然,也可以为其它形式的壳体,并不仅仅限制于本实施例中的形式。
本实施例中,存储电路和控制电路固定设置在印刷电路板 13 下表面上的一端,与印刷电路板 13 上表面一端的第一金属触片 11 相对设置。
实施例二
如图 2 所示,本实施例的 U 盘存储模块与实施例一的区别在于:所述存储本主 1 上表面上还设有第二金属触片 14 ,该第二金属触片 14 可用于 U 盘存储模块连接扩展元件,其电性连接于控制电路, 该第二金属触片 14 置于印刷电路板 13 上表面的另一端,与第一金属触片 11 相对设置 。
具体地,上述的扩展元件可以为指示灯,该指示灯用于显示该U盘存储模块的工作状况。
本实施例中的第二金属触片 14 为两个,当然,也可以为其它数量,具体数量视实际情况而定。
第二金属触片 14 设置在印刷电路板 13 上表面的另一端,与第一金属触片11相对设置。
本实用新型还提供了一种 U 盘,如图 3~4 所示,该 U 盘包括上述的 U 盘存储模块10 ,既可以为实施例一的 U 盘存储模块 10 ,也可以为实施例二的 U 盘存储模块 10 ,且该 U 盘还包括上述可与 U 盘存储模块 10 相互配合的支架 3 以及覆盖在支架 3 外的外壳 2 ,该支架 3 内具有可容纳该 U 盘存储模块 10 的容腔,这样, U 盘存储模块 10 放置在该支架 3 内的容腔中,再在支架 3 外部安装外壳 2 ,从而形成 U 盘,该 U 盘通过 U 盘存储模块 10 上的第一金属触片 11 和外界进行数据交换。
该 U 盘还包括扩展元件,第二金属触片 14 可用于 U 盘存储模块连接扩展元件。
具体地,上述的扩展元件可以为指示灯,该指示灯用于显示该 U 盘存储模块的工作状况。
本实用新型提供的 U 盘采用上述的 U 盘存储模块 10 ,从而整个 U 盘的外形尺寸较小,且加工成本低、实用寿命长,用户可以根据实际需要,制作精美小巧的外壳,从而使得整个 U 盘更加精美、小巧。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种U盘存储模块,包括存储主体、存储电路以及控制电路,所述存储主体上表面的一端设有符合标准 USB接口协议的第一金属触片,所述第一金属触片电性连接于所述控制电路,其特征在于,所述存储电路以及所述控制电路置于所述存储主体内,所述存储主体为长方体,其外形尺寸为:14.9mm≤长≤15.1mm, 10.9mm≤宽≤11.1mm,1.3mm≤高≤1.5mm。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种U盘存储模块,其特征在于,所述存储主体包括印刷电路板以及壳体,所述第一金属触片置于所述印刷电路板上表面的一端,所述存储电路以及所述控制电路固定设于所述印刷电路板的下表面,所述壳体形成于所述印刷电路板的下表面,且包覆所述存储电路和所述控制电路,与所述印刷电路板形成一长方体。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种U盘存储模块,其特征在于,所述存储电路和所述控制电路为未经封装的集成电路晶粒。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种U盘存储模块,其特征在于,所述存储电路和所述控制电路置于所述印刷电路板下表面的一端,与所述第一金属触片相对设置。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种U盘存储模块,其特征在于,还包括可与外界扩展元件连接的第二金属触片,所述第二金属触片置于所述印刷电路板上表面的另一端,与所述第一金属触片相对设置,且电性连接于所述控制电路。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种U盘存储模块,其特征在于,所述存储主体的外形尺寸为:长15mm、宽11mm、高1.4mm。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种U盘存储模块,其特征在于,所述第一金属触片为四个。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的一种U盘存储模块,其特征在于,所述第二金属触片为两个。
  9. 一种U盘,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的U盘存储模块、可与所述U盘存储模块相配合的支架以及覆盖于所述支架外的外壳。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种U盘,其特征在于,所述支架内具有可放置所述U盘存储模块的容腔。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的一种U盘,其特征在于,还包括扩展元件,所述第二金属触片可用于U盘存储模块连接扩展元件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种U盘,其特征在于,所述扩展元件为指示灯。
