背景技术
近年来,随着科技的发展,各种半导体芯片产品已经不同程度的做出了更新换代,特别是对于图像传感器,在摄像模组厂商生产时对自动化要求越来越高,对图像测试设备的体积以及图像传输的要求也更高,电流,开短路的测试的精度也要求更为严格。
对于目前的手机摄像模组的检测装置,需要安装在测试设备上,以便于高速的完成测试。现有的手机摄像模组的检测装置安装于测试设备时,由于没有对应的螺孔等固定方式,所以在安装时存在困难。更为主要的是,目前双摄像头的同时采集图像分析测试还存在困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是如何提供一种可以方便安装至测试设备上测试摄像模组的手机摄像模组的检测装置,且该测试装置具有丰富的功能。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种用于手机摄像模组的检测装置,它包括壳体、电源板、主板、摄像模组数据接口以及多种连接端口;所述电源板和所述主板设置在所述壳体 内,所述电源板与所述摄像模组数据接口和所述多种连接端口电连接,所述壳体上分别预留有对应所述摄像模组数据接口和所述多种连接端口的开口,所述壳体内还设有散热器、电源开关以及指示灯,所述散热器、所述电源开关以及所述指示灯均与所述主板和所述电源板电连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型产品可以方便的将检测装置固定安装在外部的测试设备上,且电源板上连接有摄像模组数据接口和多种连接端口,在可以测试手机摄像模组的同时又能通过其他接口实现其他功能。

进一步地,所述多种连接端口包括扩展接口、电源接口、USB3.0接口。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:不同的连接端口可以实现不同的功能,可以使得本手机摄像模组的检测装置的功能更加全面。
进一步地,还包括转接板,所述转接板通过铜柱固定在所述电源板上,所述电源接口、所述USB3.0接口、所述指示灯以及所述电源开关均焊接在所述转接板上。

如图1和图2所示,一种手机摄像模组的检测装置,包括壳体10、摄像 模组数据接口20、多种连接端口30、电源板40、主板50、OS板60和转接板70;所述电源板40和所述主板50设置在所述壳体10内,主板50、OS板60和转接板70通过铜柱固定在电源板40上,电源板40分别连接所述摄像模组数据接口20和多种连接端口30;所述壳体10上分别预留有对应所述摄像模组数据接口20和多种连接端口30的开口。所述壳体10内还设置有散热器34、电源开关35以及指示灯36,所述散热器34、所述电源开关35以及所述指示灯36均与所述主板50和所述电源板40电连接。
本实施例中,上述壳体10用于保护电源板40及主板50上的各种元器件。上述主板50上设置有FBGA芯片和FX3芯片,使数据传输速度能达到1.5Gbps的要求,摄像模组数据接口20为2个40PIN排母,设置有两个接口,同时还支持双摄像模组的检测。提供5组高精度、低噪声的sensor可编程电源,支持sensor电流检测技术,同时还支持sensor开短路检测。2个40PIN排母通过排针连接于电源板40上。上述多种连接端口30包括外部扩展接口31、电源接口32、USB3.0接口33,扩展接口31为航空接口,其母座通过焊接在电源板40上;所述电源接口32焊接在转接板70上,所述USB3.0接口33焊接在转接板70上,所述电源开关35焊接在转接板70上,所述指示灯36同样焊接在转接板70上。
本实施例中,上述壳体10为长方体,上述壳体10包括前盖11、下盖12、上盖13和后盖14;所述上盖13、下盖12和后盖14适配组装盖合形成一端开口的腔体,所述前盖11适配组装盖合于所述腔体的开口,上盖13和下盖12适配连接,通过前盖11和后盖14适配组装用螺丝固定起来;上述电源板40通过下盖12槽位组装固定在下盖12上;所述前盖11上设置有对应所述多种连接端口30和所述散热器34的开口,前盖11与上盖13和下盖12之间也是通过螺丝固定连接;所述上盖13上设置对应所述摄像模组数据接口20、所述电源开关35以及所述指示灯36的开口。将各种连接端口30 统一设置在前盖11上,方便统一管理和使用。将摄像模组数据接口20、电源开关35的开口设置在上盖13上,同样可以方便使用,而且可以减小检测装置的体积。本实施例的手机摄像模组的检测装置,在主板50上设置有FBGA芯片和FX3芯片,使数据传输速度能达到1.5Gbps的要求,摄像模组数据接口20为2个40PIN排母,设置有A、B两个接口,同时还支持双摄像模组的检测。提供5组高精度、低噪声的sensor可编程电源,支持sensor电流检测技术,同时还支持sensor开短路检测。

  1. 一种用于手机摄像模组的检测装置,其特征在于,包括壳体(10)、电源板(40)、主板(50)、摄像模组数据接口(20)以及多种连接端口(30);所述电源板(40)和所述主板(50)设置在所述壳体(10)内,所述电源板(40)与所述摄像模组数据接口(20)和所述多种连接端口(30)电连接,所述壳体(10)上分别预留有对应所述摄像模组数据接口(20)和所述多种连接端口(30)的开口,所述壳体(10)内还设有散热器(34)、电源开关(35)以及指示灯(36),所述散热器(34)、所述电源开关(35)以及所述指示灯(36)均与所述主板(50)和所述电源板(40)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于手机摄像模组的检测装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)为长方体,所述壳体(10)包括上盖(13)、下盖(12)、前盖(11)以及后盖(14);所述上盖(13)、所述下盖(12)和所述后盖(14)适配组装盖合形成前端开口的腔体,所述前盖(11)适配组装盖合于所述腔体的开口上;所述前盖(11)上还设置有对应所述多种连接端口(30)和所述散热器(34)的开口;所述上盖(13)上设置有对应所述摄像模组数据接口(20)、所述电源开关(35)以及所述指示灯(36)的开口。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于手机摄像模组的检测装置,其特征在于,还包括转接板(70),所述转接板(70)通过铜柱固定在所述电源板(40)上,所述电源接口(32)、所述USB3.0接口(33)、所述指示灯(36)以及所述电源开关(35)均焊接在所述转接板(70)上。
