在一种更优选的实施方式中, 所述的支撑座上设置有底趾安装槽(图中未示出), 所述的 底趾安装槽从所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔的顶部垂直延伸至所述的支撑座 2的上边沿。 所述的 底 ί止安装槽的深度浅于所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔的深度。
在其它的实施方式中, 所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚还可以包括三个、 四个或五个以上的底 趾, 所述的底趾均匀分布在以支撑座横截面中心为圆心的圆周上。 且每个所述的底趾 1均通 过一个或一个以上的所述的弹性卡接件 3固定连接所述的支撑座 2。
本发明还提供一种具有所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚的座椅, 该座椅还包括椅座部分, 在一 种实施方式中, 所述的椅座部分通过一连接杆连接所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚的支撑座, 所述 的连接杆为一长度可调节的伸缩支杆。
在一种优选的实施方式中, 所述的长度可调节的伸缩支杆为气压伸缩棒。
在实际应用中, 本发明的座椅可拆装式椅脚的组装方法十分筒单, 首先将弹簧伸缩件放 入底趾上的各放置孔中, 然后将底趾抵于支撑座上, 使弹簧伸缩件的伸缩端头抵压于底趾安 装槽中, 沿底趾安装槽向下移动底趾, 使支撑座上的底趾支架进入位于底趾底部的支架置入 槽内, 伸缩端头进入支撑座上更深的弹簧伸缩件定位孔, 失去外力复位, 通过底趾支架与支 架置入槽间的限位关系固定支撑座与底趾。 利用上述方法固定各底趾即可完成本发明的座椅 可拆装式椅脚的组装。
釆用了该发明的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 由于其包括支撑座、 至少三个底趾和弹性卡接件, 弹性卡接件抵设于所述的支撑座与底趾之间, 用以固定连接所述的支撑座与底趾, 从而使得 各底趾能方便地通过弹性卡接件安装并固定于支撑座上, 便于一般消费者自行组装, 且该座 椅可拆装式椅脚的强度较高, 生产成本和运输成本都较低。
在此说明书中, 本发明已参照其特定的实施例作了描述。 但是, 很显然仍可以作出各种 修改和变换而不背离本发明的精神和范围。 因此, 说明书和附图应被认为是说明性的而非限 制性的。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 该座椅可拆装式椅脚包括:
支撑座, 用以通过一连接杆连接座椅的椅座部分;
至少三个底趾, 一端固定于所述的支撑座, 另一端抵设地面以放置座椅;
弹性卡接件, 抵设于所述的支撑座与底趾之间, 以固定连接所述的支撑座与底趾。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的弹性卡接件为一弹簧 伸缩件。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚,其特征在于,所述的弹簧伸缩件包括壳体, 壳体的一端开口, 该开口端设置有一伸缩端头, 所述的伸缩端头通过一弹簧抵设于壳体的与 所述开口端相对的另一端。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的伸缩端头的截面积小 于所述的壳体的截面积, 所述的弹簧处于自然位置的状态下, 所述的伸缩端头伸出所述的壳 体开口端, 所述的伸缩端头受外力压缩弹簧的状态下, 所述的伸缩端头缩入所述的壳体内。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的底趾上具有弹性卡接 件放置孔, 所述的弹性卡接件放置孔开设于所述的底趾上与所述的支撑座相对应的面上。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的支撑座上设置有弹性 卡接件定位孔,
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的支撑座上设置有底趾 安装槽 , 所述的底趾安装槽从所述的弹性卡接件定位孔的顶部垂直延伸至所述的支撑座的上 边沿。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的底趾安装槽的深度浅 于所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔的深度。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的支撑座还具有与所述 的底趾数量相等的底趾支架, 所述的底趾支架从所述的支撑座的底端向外延伸, 所述的底趾 底面设置有与所述的底趾支架形状对合的支架置入槽。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 一个所述的底趾通过至少 一个所述的弹性卡接件固定连接所述的支撑座, 所述的弹性卡接件分设于所述的底趾支架的 两侧。
11、根据权利要求 1至 10中任一项所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的座椅 可拆装式椅脚包括三个或五个底趾, 所述的底趾均勾分布在以支撑座横截面中心为圆心的圆 周上。
12、 一种座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 该座椅可拆装式椅脚包括:
支撑座, 通过一连接杆连接座椅的椅座部分, 所述的支撑座具有至少三个底趾支架, 所 述的底趾支架从所述的支撑座的底端向外延伸;
底趾, 与所述的底趾支架数量相等, 所述的底趾底面开设有与所述的底趾支架形状对合 的支架置入槽, 所述的底趾的一端固定于所述的支撑座, 另一端抵设地面以放置座椅; 弹性卡接件, 一个所述的底趾通过两个所述的弹性卡接件固定连接所述的支撑座, 所述 的两个弹性卡接件分设于所述的底趾支架的两侧并抵设于所述的支撑座与底止之间。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的弹性卡接件为一弹 簧伸缩件, 所述的弹簧伸缩件包括壳体, 壳体的一端开口, 该开口端设置有一伸缩端头, 所 述的伸缩端头通过一弹簧 4氏设于壳体的与所述开口端相对的另一端, 所述的伸缩端头的截面 积小于所述的壳体的截面积, 所述的弹簧处于自然位置的状态下, 所述的伸缩端头伸出所述 的壳体开口端, 所述的伸缩端头受外力压缩弹簧的状态下, 所述的伸缩端头缩入所述的壳体 内。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的底趾上具有弹簧伸 缩件放置孔, 所述的弹簧伸缩件放置孔开设于所述的底趾上与所述的支撑座相对的面上, 所 述的支撑座上设置有弹簧伸缩件定位孔, 所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔设置于与所述的弹簧伸缩 件放置孔相对应的位置。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的弹簧伸缩件放置孔 的深度等于所述的弹簧伸缩件壳体的长度, 所述的弹簧处于自然位置的状态下, 所述的弹簧 伸缩件定位孔的深度等于所述的伸缩端头伸出所述的壳体开口端的长度。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的支撑座上设置有底 趾安装槽, 所述的底趾安装槽从所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔的顶部垂直延伸至所述的支撑座的 上边沿。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的底趾安装槽的深度 浅于所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔的深度。
18、 根据权利要求 12至 17中任一项所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚, 其特征在于, 所述的座 椅可拆装式椅脚包括三个或五个底趾, 所述的底趾均勾分布在以支撑座横截面中心为圆心的 圆周上。
19、一种具有权利要求 1或 12所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚的座椅,该座椅还包括椅座部分, 其特征在于, 所述的椅座部分通过一连接杆连接所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚的支撑座。
20、根据权利要求 19所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述的座椅可拆装式椅脚包括五个底趾, 所述的五个底趾均匀分布在以所述的支撑座的横截面中心为圆心的圆周上, 所述的支撑座具 有五个从支撑座底端向外延伸的底趾支架, 所述的底趾的底面开设有与所述的底趾支架形状 对合的支架置入槽。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的每个底趾均通过两个所述的弹性 卡接件固定连接所述的支撑座, 所述的两个弹性卡接件分设于所述的底趾支架的两侧并抵设 于所述的支撑座与底止之间。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的弹性卡接件为一弹簧伸缩件, 所 述的底趾上具有弹簧伸缩件放置孔, 所述的弹簧伸缩件放置孔开设于所述的底趾上与所述的 支撑座相对的面上, 所述的支撑座上设置有弹簧伸缩件定位孔, 所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔设 置于与所述的弹簧伸缩件放置孔相对应的位置。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的弹簧伸缩件放置孔的深度等于所 述的弹簧伸缩件壳体的长度, 所述的弹簧处于自然位置的状态下, 所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔 的深度等于所述的伸缩端头伸出所述的壳体开口端的长度。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的支撑座上还设置有底趾安装槽, 所述的底趾安装槽从所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔的顶部垂直延伸至所述的支撑座的上边沿, 所 述的底趾安装槽的深度浅于所述的弹簧伸缩件定位孔的深度。
25、 根据权利要求 19至 24中任一项所述的座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的连接于座椅可拆 装式椅脚与椅座部分之间的连接杆为一长度可调节的伸缩支杆。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的长度可调节的伸缩支杆为气压伸 缩棒。
