Abstract
인루프 필터링을 적용한 예측 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 방법은 동영상 부호화 및 복호화를 위한 예측으로서, 역 양자화 및 역 변환을 거쳐 현재 블록의 잔차 블록을 생성하는 단계, 화면 내 예측을 거쳐 현재 블록의 예측 블록을 생성하는 단계, 잔차 블록과 예측 블록을 합산한 현재 블록에 인루프 필터링을 수행하는 단계 및 인루프 필터링이 수행된 현재 블록을 다음 부호화 대상 블록의 화면 내 예측을 위하여 프레임 버퍼에 저장하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다. 따라서, 동영상 부호화 및 복호화 과정에서 인루프 필터를 이용하여 예측을 수행하므로써 예측의 정확도를 높이고 예측 오차를 줄일 수 있어 동영상 압축의 효율을 높이고 전송해야할 데이터의 양을 줄이는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
