Abstract

La présente invention a trait à une validation de papiers de sécurité, de documents, de billets de banque, d'œuvres d'art et de produits de marque. Les résultats techniques de l'invention sont l'implémentation d'étiquettes de sécurité rentables et pouvant être produites en série avec des images polychromes ou monochromes polarisées et cachées, sans qu'aucun des contours desdites images polarisées ne soit visible, le procédé permettant de former lesdites étiquettes ainsi que le procédé de vérification de l'authenticité du produit à l'aide des étiquettes de sécurité revendiquées. L'étiquette de sécurité revendiquée comprend une couche réfléchissante métallique disposée de façon séquentielle et un substrat transparent optiquement anisotrope, ainsi qu'un élément qui est en mesure de changer les propriétés optiques dudit substrat afin de former une image polarisée cachée. L'élément changeant les propriétés optiques du substrat se présente sous la forme d'un masque qui recouvre une face avant du substrat au moyen du même matériau métallique que celui qui est utilisé pour la couche réfléchissante au verso du substrat. Dans la seconde version, l'étiquette de sécurité revendiquée comprend au moins deux substrats optiquement anisotropes superposés et transparents, chaque masque étant effectué à l'aide d'un procédé d'impression à remplissage solide, des espaces vides étant réalisés en fonction du graphique de l'image cachée. Ces espaces vides sont réalisés de manière à ce qu'ils puissent coïncider ou pas avec des substrats transparents optiquement anisotropes adjacents, et pour chaque section desdits substrats transparents optiquement anisotropes dont les masques sont dotés d'espaces vides reposant sous l'espace vide du masque de substrat supérieur, l'épaisseur optique totale, la Formule (I), où di est l'épaisseur d'un i e substrat optiquement anisotrope ; i est un nombre compris entre 1 et N en fonction du nombre de substrats transparents mentionnés ci-dessus ; nei est l'indice de réfraction du faisceau lumineux extraordinaire dans le i e substrat ; n oi est l'indice de réfraction du faisceau lumineux ordinaire dans le i e substrat, a été sélectionné de manière à garantir que pour la lumière passant par un polariseur jusqu'à l'étiquette de sécurité le facteur de transmission T de la section correspondante est doté d'une valeur maximale sur la longueur d'onde prédéfinie λ, où λ est la longueur d'onde de la lumière dans le vide.
