优选地, 所述应用商店服务器还包括:
监听模块, 用于监听组播源服务器是否组播移动终端所需的应用, 当 所述组播源服务器组播移动终端所需的应用时, 启动所述发送模块发送组 播源服务器的组播地址至移动终端。
本发明还提出一种基于组播方式下载应用的系统, 包括组播源服务器、 应用商店服务器和移动终端, 其中,
所述组播源服务器, 组播移动终端需要下载的应用;
所述移动终端, 通过应用商店服务器加入所述组播源服务器的组播组, 从组播源服务器下载所述应用。
优选地, 所述组播源服务器包括:
构建模块, 用于根据应用构建组播组;
组播模块, 用于组播移动终端需要下载的应用, 供至少一个移动终端 通过应用商店服务器加入所述组播源服务器的组播组, 并从组播源服务器 下载所述应用。
优选地, 所述应用商店服务器包括:
接收模块, 用于接收移动终端发送的下载请求;
发送模块, 用于根据所述下载请求发送组播源服务器的组播地址, 供 至少一个移动终端根据所述组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组, 并 接收组播组中数据。
优选地, 所述应用商店服务器还包括:
监听模块, 用于监听组播源服务器是否组播移动终端所需的应用, 当 所述组播源服务器组播移动终端所需的应用时, 启动所述发送模块发送组 播源服务器的组播地址至移动终端。
优选地, 所述移动终端包括:
发送模块, 用于向应用商店服务器发送下载请求, 以便应用商店服务 器反馈的组播源服务器的组播地址;
加入模块, 用于根据所述组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组; 接收模块, 用于接收组播组中数据。
优选地, 所述加入模块还用于:
当组播源服务器被监听到组播所述应用时, 根据应用商店服务器发送 的组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组。

本发明目的的实现、 功能特点及优点将结合实施例, 参照附图做进一 步说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不 用于限定本发明。
参照图 2, 提出本发明基于组播方式下载应用的方法一实施例, 包括:
510、 组播源服务器组播移动终端需要下载的应用。
本实施例中, 实现组播方式下载应用由如下功能单元共用完成: 组播 源服务器, 应用商店服务器, 无线组播控制器和移动终端。 每个功能单元 的功能如下:
组播源服务器: 管理供移动终端下载的应用, 如上传、 发布、 更新和 删除等, 在合适的时间构建组播组, 以及组播应用。
应用商店服务器: 与移动终端中安装的应用商店客户端建立连接, 向 应用商店客户端提供应用商店内所有应用的列表信息, 以及下载完成后对 应用进行计费认证。
无线组播控制器: 提供和传送移动组播业务。 作为组播业务中内容传 送服务的输入点, 它负责建立、 控制组播业务的传输承载, 也负责组播业 务传输的调度和传送。 无线组播控制器还向移动终端提供业务通知如终端 加入组播业务的所有必要信息 (组播业务标识、 IP组播地址、传输时间等 ), 它还负责治理组播模式下的安全问题。
移动终端: 下载、 安装及运行应用商店客户端, 访问应用商店服务器, 根据应用商店服务器所返回的应用列表选择应用进行下载。
组播源服务器根据应用构建组播组, 向组播地址循环组播应用。
511、 移动终端通过应用商店服务器加入所述组播源服务器的组播组, 从组播源服务器下载所述应用。
当移动终端需要下载应用时, 启动移动终端内的应用商店客户端, 登 陆应用商店服务器, 应用商店服务器返回应用列表, 如: 应用软件, 媒体 娱乐等分类, 应用软件包括: 热点推荐, 移动办公, 手机安全, 网络通信, 掌上生活等。
移动终端通过应用商店客户端浏览应用商店服务器, 选择感兴趣的应 用, 点击 "下载", 向应用商店服务器发送下载请求, 通过应用商店服务器 加入组播源服务器的组播组, 开始接收组播组的应用的数据。
组播源服务器发送完应用的数据后, 向移动终端发送会话结束通知, 表示数据传输阶段已经结束。
移动终端成功接收应用的数据后, 发送离开组播组的请求。
无线组播控制器收到请求后, 将该移动终端从组播组中删除, 移动终 端离开组播组。
应用商店服务器根据下载的应用程序, 上报计费信息, 至此移动终端 下载应用程序完毕。
本实施例中, 通过组播下载方式, 以高效的速率下载应用, 减轻应用 商店服务器的负荷, 节省网络资源。 需要注意的是, 上述组播源服务器和 应用商店服务器可以集中在一台服务器中实现, 也可以分布在不同的服务 器中。
参照图 3 , 在一实施例中, S11可包括:
Slll、 移动终端向应用商店服务器发送下载请求, 以便应用商店服务 器反馈组播源服务器的组播地址。
移动终端在需要下载应用时, 向应用商店服务器发送下载请求, 应用 商店服务器收到应用商店客户端的下载请求, 解析下载请求的消息体, 向 应用商店客户端发送下载应用的组播地址, 如 224.10.10.10。 5112、 根据所述组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组。
移动终端的应用商店客户端收到应用商店服务器响应的消息, 对消息 体进行解析, 根据给定的组播地址如 224.10.10.10, 移动终端发起会话请求 加入组播组。 无线组播控制器处理移动终端加入组播组的请求, 将该移动 终端添加成为组播组中的一员。
5113、 接收组播组中数据。
移动终端成功加入组播组后, 开始接收组播组中的数据。
本实施例中, 移动终端通过应用商店服务器获取组播地址, 并加入组 播源服务器的组播组, 实现组播数据的接收。
在上述实施例中, S112可进一步包括:
当组播源服务器被监听到组播所述应用时, 移动终端根据应用商店服 务器发送的组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组。
当移动终端向应用商店服务器发送下载请求时, 应用商店服务器记录 请求下载的移动终端的相关信息, 如移动终端型号, 操作系统, IMEI (国 际移动设备身份码)号和 IMSI (国际移动用户识别码) 号等。
应用商店服务器判断组播源服务器是否组播该应用, 如果没有, 则继 续监听; 本实施例中, 也可是其它监听设备对组播源服务器进行监听, 并 将监听结果汇报至应用商店服务器。
如果组播源服务器组播了该应用, 则应用商店服务器向移动终端发送 推送消息, 提供下载应用程序的组播地址如 224.10.10.11。
移动终端收到推送消息后, 根据给定的组播地址发起会话, 请求加入 组播组。
无线组播控制器处理移动终端加入组播组的请求, 将该移动终端添加 成为组播组中的一员。
移动终端成功加入组播组后, 开始接收组播组中的数据。 本实施例中, 对组播源服务器进行监听, 当监听到组播源服务器在组 播应用时, 则通知移动终端加入组播组接收数据, 实现了组播数据的延迟 接收。
参照图 4, 提出本发明移动终端 10—实施例, 包括:
发送模块 11 , 用于向应用商店服务器发送下载应用的请求, 以便应用 商店服务器反馈组播移动终端需要下载的应用的组播源服务器的组播地 址;
加入模块 12 ,用于根据所述组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组; 接收模块 13 , 用于接收组播组中数据。
本实施例中, 移动终端 10下载、 安装及运行应用商店客户端, 访问应 用商店服务器。 根据应用商店服务器所返回的应用列表, 发送模块 11向应 用商店服务器发送下载请求, 应用商店服务器收到发送模块 11的下载请求 后, 解析下载请求的消息体, 向加入模块 12发送下载应用的组播地址, 如 224.10.10.10。加入模块 12收到应用商店服务器响应的消息,对消息体进行 解析, 根据给定的组播地址如 224.10.10.10, 加入模块 12发起会话请求加 入组播组。 无线组播控制器处理加入模块 12加入组播组的请求, 将该移动 终端 10添加成为组播组中的一员。 移动终端 10成功加入组播组后, 接收 模块 13开始接收组播组中的数据。
本实施例中, 通过釆用组播下载方式, 以高效的速率下载应用, 减轻 应用商店服务器的负荷, 节省网络资源。
在移动终端 10—实施例中, 加入模块 12还用于:
当组播源服务器被监听到组播所述应用时, 根据应用商店服务器发送 的组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组。
当发送模块 11向应用商店服务器发送下载请求时, 应用商店服务器记 录请求下载的移动终端 10的相关信息,如型号,操作系统, IMEI号和 IMSI 号等。
应用商店服务器判断组播源服务器是否组播该应用, 如果没有, 则继 续监听; 本实施例中, 也可是其它监听设备对组播源服务器进行监听, 并 将监听结果汇报至应用商店服务器。
如果组播源服务器组播了该应用, 则应用商店服务器向加入模块 12发 送推送消息, 提供下载应用程序的组播地址如 224.10.10.11。
加入模块 12收到推送消息后, 根据给定的组播地址发起会话, 请求加 入组播组。
无线组播控制器处理加入模块 12加入组播组的请求,将该移动终端 10 添加成为组播组中的一员。
移动终端 10成功加入组播组后, 开始接收组播组中的数据。
本实施例中, 对组播源服务器进行监听, 当监听到组播源服务器在组 播应用时, 则通知移动终端 10加入组播组接收数据, 实现了组播数据的延 迟接收。
参照图 5 , 提出本发明组播源服务器 20—实施例, 包括:
构建模块 21 , 用于根据应用构建组播组;
组播模块 22, 用于组播移动终端需要下载的应用, 供至少一个移动终 端通过应用商店服务器加入所述组播源服务器 20的组播组, 并从组播源服 务器 20下载所述应用。
本实施例中, 组播源服务器 20管理供移动终端下载的应用, 如上传、 发布、 更新和删除等。
构建模块 21构建组播组, 由组播模块 22向组播地址循环组播应用。 当移动终端需要下载应用时, 启动移动终端内的应用商店客户端, 登陆应 用商店服务器, 应用商店服务器返回应用列表, 如: 应用软件, 媒体娱乐 等分类, 应用软件包括: 热点推荐, 移动办公, 手机安全, 网络通信, 掌 上生活等。 移动终端通过应用商店客户端浏览应用商店服务器, 选择感兴 趣的应用, 点击 "下载", 向应用商店服务器发送下载请求, 通过应用商店 服务器加入组播源服务器 20的组播组, 开始接收组播组的应用的数据。 组 播源服务器 20发送完应用的数据后, 向移动终端发送会话结束通知, 表示 数据传输阶段已经结束。 移动终端成功接收应用的数据后, 发送离开组播 组的请求。 无线组播控制器收到请求后, 将该移动终端从组播组中删除, 移动终端离开组播组。
应用商店服务器根据下载的应用程序, 上报计费信息, 至此移动终端 下载应用程序完毕。
本实施例中, 通过釆用组播下载方式, 以高效的速率下载应用, 减轻 应用商店服务器的负荷, 节省网络资源。
参照图 6, 提出本发明应用商店服务器 30—实施例, 包括:
接收模块 31 , 用于接收移动终端发送的下载应用的请求;
发送模块 32, 用于根据所述下载请求发送组播移动终端需要下载的应 用的组播源服务器的组播地址, 供至少一个移动终端根据所述组播地址加 入所述组播源服务器的组播组, 并接收组播组中数据。
本实施例中, 应用商店服务器 30与至少一个移动终端中安装的应用商 店客户端建立连接, 向应用商店客户端提供应用商店内所有应用的列表信 息, 以及下载完成后对应用进行计费认证。
当移动终端需要下载应用时, 启动移动终端内的应用商店客户端, 登 陆应用商店服务器 30, 应用商店服务器 30返回应用列表, 如: 应用软件, 媒体娱乐等分类, 应用软件包括: 热点推荐, 移动办公, 手机安全, 网络 通信, 掌上生活等。
移动终端通过应用商店客户端浏览应用商店服务器 30, 选择感兴趣的 应用, 点击"下载", 向应用商店服务器 30发送下载请求,接收模块 31收到 应用商店客户端的下载请求, 解析下载请求的消息体, 发送模块 32向应用 商店客户端发送下载应用的组播地址, 如 224.10.10.10。
移动终端的应用商店客户端收到发送模块 32发送的消息, 对消息体进 行解析, 根据给定的组播地址如 224.10.10.10, 移动终端发起会话请求加入 组播组。 无线组播控制器处理移动终端加入组播组的请求, 将该移动终端 添加成为组播组中的一员。
移动终端成功加入组播组后, 开始接收组播组中的数据。
组播源服务器发送完应用的数据后, 向移动终端发送会话结束通知, 表示数据传输阶段已经结束。
移动终端成功接收应用的数据后, 发送离开组播组的请求。
无线组播控制器收到请求后, 将该移动终端从组播组中删除, 移动终 端离开组播组。
应用商店服务器 30根据下载的应用程序, 上报计费信息, 至此移动终 端下载应用程序完毕。
本实施例中, 通过釆用组播下载方式, 以高效的速率下载应用, 减轻 应用商店服务器 30的负荷, 节省网络资源。
参照图 7, 提出本发明应用商店服务器 30又一实施例, 在这一实施例 中, 还包括:
监听模块 33 , 用于监听组播源服务器是否组播移动终端所需的应用, 当所述组播源服务器组播移动终端所需的应用时, 启动所述发送模块 32发 送组播源服务器的组播地址至移动终端。
当移动终端向应用商店服务器 30发送下载请求时,应用商店服务器 30 记录请求下载的移动终端的相关信息, 如移动终端型号, 操作系统, IMEI 号和 IMSI号等。
监听模块 33监听组播源服务器是否组播该应用, 如果没有, 则继续监 听。
如果组播源服务器组播了该应用, 则应用商店服务器 30向移动终端发 送推送消息, 提供下载应用程序的组播地址如 224.10.10.11。
移动终端收到推送消息后, 根据给定的组播地址发起会话, 请求加入 组播组。
无线组播控制器处理移动终端加入组播组的请求, 将该移动终端添加 成为组播组中的一员。
移动终端成功加入组播组后, 开始接收组播组中的数据。
本实施例中, 应用商店服务器 30对组播源服务器进行监听, 当监听到 组播源服务器在组播应用时, 则通知移动终端加入组播组接收数据, 实现 了组播数据的延迟接收。
参照图 8,提出本发明基于组播方式下载应用的系统一实施例, 包括组 播源服务器 20、 应用商店服务器 30和移动终端 10, 其中,
所述组播源服务器 20, 组播移动终端 10需要下载的应用;
所述移动终端 10, 通过应用商店服务器 30加入所述组播源服务器 20 的组播组, 从组播源服务器 20下载所述应用。
本实施例中, 组播源服务器 20为图 5所示的组播源服务器 20,应用商 店服务器 30为图 6或图 7所示的应用商店服务器 30, 移动终端 10为图 4 所示的移动终端 10, 此处不再赘述。

权利要求书
1、 一种基于组播方式下载应用的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
组播源服务器组播移动终端需要下载的应用;
至少一个移动终端通过应用商店服务器加入所述组播源服务器的组播 组, 从组播源服务器下载所述应用。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的基于组播方式下载应用的方法, 其特征在于, 所述至少一个移动终端通过应用商店服务器加入所述组播源服务器的组播 组, 从组播源服务器下载所述应用包括:
移动终端向应用商店服务器发送下载请求, 以便应用商店服务器反馈 组播源服务器的组播地址;
根据所述组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组;
接收组播组中数据。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的基于组播方式下载应用的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组包括:
当组播源服务器被监听到组播所述应用时, 移动终端根据应用商店服 务器发送的组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组。
4、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向应用商店服务器发送下载应用的请求, 以便应用商 店服务器反馈组播移动终端需要下载的应用的组播源服务器的组播地址; 加入模块, 用于根据所述组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组; 接收模块, 用于接收组播组中数据。
5、如权利要求 4所述的移动终端,其特征在于, 所述加入模块还用于: 当组播源服务器被监听到组播所述应用时, 根据应用商店服务器发送 的组播地址加入所述组播源服务器的组播组。
6、 一种组播源服务器, 其特征在于, 包括: 构建模块, 用于根据应用构建组播组;
组播模块, 用于组播移动终端需要下载的应用, 供至少一个移动终端 通过应用商店服务器加入所述组播源服务器的组播组, 并从组播源服务器 下载所述应用。
7、 一种应用商店服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收移动终端发送的下载应用的请求;
发送模块, 用于根据所述下载请求发送组播移动终端需要下载的应用 的组播源服务器的组播地址, 供至少一个移动终端根据所述组播地址加入 所述组播源服务器的组播组, 并接收组播组中数据。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的应用商店服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 监听模块, 用于监听组播源服务器是否组播移动终端所需的应用, 当 所述组播源服务器组播移动终端所需的应用时, 启动所述发送模块发送组 播源服务器的组播地址至移动终端。
9、 一种基于组播方式下载应用的系统, 其特征在于, 包括组播源服务 器、 应用商店服务器和移动终端, 其中,
所述组播源服务器, 组播移动终端需要下载的应用;
所述移动终端, 通过应用商店服务器加入所述组播源服务器的组播组, 从组播源服务器下载所述应用。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的基于组播方式下载应用的系统, 其特征在于, 所述组播源服务器为权利要求 6所述的组播源服务器, 所述应用商店服务 器为权利要求 7或 8所述的应用商店服务器, 所述移动终端为权利要求 4 或 5所述的移动终端。
