本发明涉及无线通信技术, 特别涉及一种提供流媒体服务的方法及系 统、 设备。 背景技术
流媒体属于移动运营商的 3G增值业务之一,其技术广泛应用于手机视 频以及在线点播 /直播等业务, 这些业务利用预置安装的客户端登录服务器 或者直接访问流媒体服务器点播然后通过预置的流媒体播放器进行播放。
在最初业务设计及后续使用场景中, 手机终端更多的是与服务器进行 交互, 终端发起点播请求, 服务器进行响应等。 这一过程中, 流媒体内容 提供商提供所需的资源, 用户通过点播流媒体片源获得感兴趣的内容和资 讯, 如: 新闻、 娱乐和教学片源等, 但是其不足在于: 此过程要严重依赖 内容提供商,内容提供商提供什么,用户也只能选择什么,此种 CS(Client and Server, 客户端和服务器)模式限制了流媒体业务的灵活程度, 一定程度上 限制了流媒体业务的使用范围和发展。而随着目前 3G或下一代网络的发展 以及手机硬件级别的提高, 对于流媒体的应用范围相应提出了更高的要求。 发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供了一种提供流媒体服务的方法及系 统、 设备。
本发明实施例中提供了一种提供流媒体服务的方法, 包括如下步骤: 无线通讯网络在接到主移动终端发起的提供流媒体连接请求后, 为主 移动终端建立连接, 并为主移动终端建立临时用户分组; 主移动终端在连接建立后, 向无线通讯网络提供流媒体数据流。

主移动终端, 用于向无线通讯网络侧设备发起提供流媒体连接请求, 在接收到网络侧设备反馈的提供流媒体连接请求的响应后, 向流媒体服务 器发送要求加入所述临时用户分组的连接请求, 在接收到连接成功响应后, 将釆集的制作流媒体的数据转换成流媒体数据, 并向流媒体服务器提供转 换后的流媒体数据;
网络侧设备, 用于在接收到主移动终端发起的提供流媒体连接请求后, 通知接收主移动终端提供的流媒体数据的流媒体服务器; 在流媒体服务器 反馈携带有临时用户分组信息的响应后, 向主移动终端反馈携带有临时用 户分组信息的提供流媒体连接请求的响应, 在收到流媒体服务器发送的连 接成功响应后向主移动终端返回连接成功响应;

为了吸引用户, 扩展流媒体业务的使用场景, 解决在流媒体服务过程 中严重依赖内容提供商的问题, 本发明实施例中提供了一种基于流媒体的 远程视讯直播方案, 下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。
在提供流媒体服务时,可以包括: 无线通讯网络在接到主移动终端(或 称为主流媒体客户端)发起的提供流媒体连接请求后, 为主移动终端建立 连接, 并为主移动终端建立临时用户分组; 主移动终端在连接建立后, 向 无线通讯网络提供流媒体数据流。
实施中, 还可以进一步包括: 无线通讯网络在接到从移动终端 (或称 为从流媒体客户端)对主移动终端的呼叫请求后, 将从移动终端加入所述 临时用户分组, 并向从移动终端传输主移动终端提供的流媒体数据流。
下面对具体的实施方式说明如下:

为了描述的方便, 以上所述装置的各部分以功能分为各种模块或单元 分别描述。 当然, 在实施本发明时可以把各模块或单元的功能在同一个或 多个软件或硬件中实现。 下面再以实例来进行说明。 但是以下例举的实施例仅仅用于说明和解 释本发明, 而不构成对本发明技术方案的限制。
图 7为基于流媒体的远程视讯直播实施流程示意图, 如图所示, 可以 包括如下步骤:
步骤 701 :主移动终端(主流媒体客户端)发起对特服号码的语音呼叫; 具体实施中, 特服号码由运营商提供, 用于对用户正在操作的业务进 行识别。 当移动终端呼叫该特服号码, 则表示该移动终端欲提供流媒体数 据。
步骤 702: 网络侧设备接收到来自主移动终端的呼叫后, 通知流媒体服 务器;
具体实施中, 此网络侧指现有的无线通讯网络, 包含无线接入、 核心 网等。
步骤 703: 流媒体服务器收到通知, 开始建立临时接入用户分组并将消 息反馈网络侧, 同时服务器处于等待用户接入状态;
步骤 704: 网络侧设备将流媒体服务器已准备就绪的消息通知主移动终 端;
具体实施中,此通知消息可以包含流媒体服务器临时用户分组信息 (分 组号为主移动终端号码)、 服务器地址及端口信息, 走无线信令流程, 对于 用户不可见。
步骤 705: 主移动终端收到通知后, 根据消息中的信息, 通过分组交换 域发起与流媒体服务器的连接;
具体实施中, 此连接同时也要求接入到流媒体服务器提供的临时用户 分组。
步骤 706: 流媒体服务器收到主移动终端发送的连接请求, 与其建立连 接并通知网络侧设备; 步骤 707: 网络侧设备下发呼叫成功的消息和连接建立成功的消息给主 移动终端;
步骤 708:主移动终端收到呼叫成功的消息和连接建立成功的通知后显 示语音呼叫呼通界面, 界面同时显示发送音视频选项, 用户选择发送音视 频, 启动本地摄像头, 开始釆集摄像头预览到的音视频数据并编码成流媒 体数据流发送给流媒体服务器;
具体实施中, 主移动终端收到连接建立成功的通知后, 同时自动启动 呼叫转移 (全部转移), 转移号码为特服号码。
如果终端有前后置摄像头, 则视频釆集过程中可以切换摄像头。
音视频的釆集同本地摄像机模块的处理, 不过因为有摄像头釆集的音 视频无法直接用于流媒体播放, 所以要对釆集的音视频数据进行符合流媒 体国际规范的编码。
数据流的发送过程使用 TCP/IP ( Transmission Control Protocol I Internet Protocol, 传输控制协议 /互联网协议)协议。
步骤 709: 流媒体服务器接收到主移动终端发送的数据流后,把数据流 分发到临时用户组内的所有从移动终端 (从流媒体客户端);
数据流的分发使用 UDP ( User Datagram Protocal, 用户数据 J协议, 这样可以提高无线带宽的利用率及数据流的转发效率。
上面为主移动终端的处理流程, 下面对从移动终端的处理进行说明。 步骤 710: 从步骤 708开始,从移动终端就可以随时发起对主移动终端 的呼叫, 根据呼叫转移号码, 该呼叫会被自动转接到特服号码;
步骤 711 : 网络侧将主移动终端号码和从移动终端号码通知流媒体服务 器;
步骤 712:流媒体服务器收到通知后根据主移动终端号码代表的分组号 将从移动终端号码加入分组, 成功后通知网络侧; 步骤 713: 网络侧将呼叫成功的消息反馈给从移动终端, 同时将流媒体 服务器信息通知从移动终端;
具体实施中, 流媒体服务器信息包括临时用户分组信息 (分组号为主 移动终端号码)、 服务器地址及端口信息, 走无线信令流程, 对于用户不可 见。
步骤 714: 从移动终端收到消息通知后显示语音呼叫呼通界面, 界面显 示接收音视频选项, 用户选择接收音视频, 启动本地流媒体播放器, 与流 媒体服务器通过分组交换域建立连接, 开始接收流媒体服务器转发的流媒 体数据流并进行本地解码播放。
具体实施中, 主从移动终端可以互换, 意即任何主移动终端也可以做 从移动终端, 从移动终端也可以#文主移动终端。
涉及的流媒体音视频编解码符合流媒体 3GPP ( The 3rd Generation Partnership Project,第三代合作伙伴项目 )及 IETF ( Internet Engineering Task Force, 互联网工程任务组 ) RFC ( Request For Comment, 请求评议 (文档)) 规范要求。
涉及的呼叫信令流程符合 3GPP规范。
上述方案可以实施在任何内置摄像头、 流媒体模块及其协议的无线终 端中。
具体实施中, 主移动终端也可以作为接收流媒体的移动终端, 而从移 动终端则可以作为提供流媒体的移动终端, 主移动终端是指提供流媒体数 据的终端, 从移动终端是指接收流媒体数据的移动终端, 也即, 当一移动 终端在提供流媒体数据时, 则其为主移动终端, 当一移动终端在接收流媒 体数据时, 则其为从移动终端。
综上实施例可以看出, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案解决了目前流媒 体业务单一的问题, 可以广泛应用于远距离视频教学、 培训和会议等移动 增值领域, 且由于手机终端携带方便, 所以无论何时何地, 只要有网络覆 盖的地方, 原则上就可以使用本方案, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案是对 流媒体业务的一种重要扩展。
本领域内的技术人员应明白, 本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 系统、 或计算机程序产品。 因此, 本发明可釆用完全硬件实施例、 完全软件实施 例、 或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。 而且, 本发明可釆用在一个 或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质 (包括但不 限于磁盘存储器、 CD-ROM、 光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的 形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、 设备(系统)、 和计算机程序 产品的流程图和 /或方框图来描述的。 应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流 程图和 /或方框图中的每一流程和 /或方框、 以及流程图和 /或方框图中 的流程和 /或方框的结合。 可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、 专 用计算机、 嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个 机器, 使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产 生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方 框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理 设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中, 使得存储在该计算机可读存 储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品, 该指令装置实现在流程图一个 流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备 上, 使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机 实现的处理, 从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现 在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的 功能的步骤。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例, 但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知 了基本创造性概念, 则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。 所以, 所 附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和 修改。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种提供流媒体服务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤: 无线通讯网络在接到主移动终端发起的提供流媒体连接请求后, 为主 移动终端建立连接, 并为主移动终端建立临时用户分组;
主移动终端在连接建立后, 向无线通讯网络提供流媒体数据流。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法具体为: 主移动终端向无线通讯网络侧设备发起提供流媒体连接请求; 网络侧设备在接收到主移动终端发起的提供流媒体连接请求后, 通知 接收主移动终端提供的流媒体数据的流媒体服务器;
所述流媒体服务器在接收到网络侧设备发送的接收主移动终端提供的 流媒体数据的通知后, 为提供流媒体数据的主移动终端建立临时用户分组, 向网络侧设备反馈响应, 并在该响应中携带临时用户分组信息;
网络侧设备在流媒体服务器反馈携带有临时用户分组信息的响应后, 向主移动终端反馈携带有临时用户分组信息的提供流媒体连接请求的响 应;
主移动终端在接收到网络侧设备反馈的提供流媒体连接请求的响应 后, 向流媒体服务器发送要求加入所述临时用户分组的连接请求;
流媒体服务器在接收到主移动终端要求加入所述临时用户分组的连接 请求后, 建立主移动终端与所述临时用户分组之间的连接, 并向网络侧设 备返回连接成功响应;
网络侧设备向主移动终端返回连接成功响应;
主移动终端在接收到连接成功响应后, 将釆集的制作流媒体的数据转 换成流媒体数据, 并向流媒体服务器提供转换后的流媒体数据;
流媒体服务器接收主移动终端提供的流媒体数据。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 无线通讯网络在接到从移动终端对主移动终端的呼叫请求后, 将从移 动终端加入所述临时用户分组, 并向从移动终端传输主移动终端提供的流 媒体数据流。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从移动终端获得所述 主移动终端提供的流媒体数据流的过程具体为:
从移动终端向提供流媒体数据的主移动终端发起呼叫请求, 并在该请 求中要求提供流媒体数据;
网络侧设备在接收到从移动终端对提供流媒体数据的主移动终端的要 求提供流媒体数据的呼叫请求时, 通知流媒体服务器提供流媒体数据的主 移动终端的标识以及从移动终端的标识;
流媒体服务器在接收到网络侧设备包括提供流媒体数据的主移动终端 的标识以及从移动终端的标识的通知后, 根据从移动终端的标识建立与从 移动终端的连接, 并在根据提供流媒体数据的主移动终端的标识将从移动 终端加入临时用户分组后, 向从移动终端提供该临时用户分组的流媒体数 据;
从移动终端在接收到呼叫成功消息后, 接收流媒体服务器发送的流媒 体数据。
5、 一种提供流媒体服务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 主移动终端、 网 络侧设备、 流媒体服务器, 其中:
主移动终端, 用于向无线通讯网络侧设备发起提供流媒体连接请求, 在接收到网络侧设备反馈的提供流媒体连接请求的响应后, 向流媒体服务 器发送要求加入所述临时用户分组的连接请求, 在接收到连接成功响应后, 将釆集的制作流媒体的数据转换成流媒体数据, 并向流媒体服务器提供转 换后的流媒体数据; 网络侧设备, 用于在接收到主移动终端发起的提供流媒体连接请求后, 通知接收主移动终端提供的流媒体数据的流媒体服务器; 在流媒体服务器 反馈携带有临时用户分组信息的响应后, 向主移动终端反馈携带有临时用 户分组信息的提供流媒体连接请求的响应, 在收到流媒体服务器发送的连 接成功响应后向主移动终端返回连接成功响应;
流媒体服务器, 用于在接收到网络侧设备发送的接收主移动终端提供 的流媒体数据的通知后, 为提供流媒体数据的主移动终端建立临时用户分 组, 向网络侧设备反馈响应, 并在该响应中携带临时用户分组信息; 在接 收到主移动终端要求加入所述临时用户分组的连接请求后, 建立主移动终 端与所述临时用户分组之间的连接, 并向网络侧设备返回连接成功响应, 以及接收主移动终端提供的流媒体数据。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述系统还包括从移动终端, 用于向提供流媒体数据的主移动终端发 起呼叫请求, 并在该请求中要求提供流媒体数据, 并在接收到呼叫成功消 息后, 接收流媒体服务器发送的流媒体数据;
网络侧设备还用于在接收到从移动终端对提供流媒体数据的主移动终 端的要求提供流媒体数据的呼叫请求时, 通知流媒体服务器提供流媒体数 据的主移动终端的标识以及从移动终端的标识;
流媒体服务器还用于在接收到网络侧设备包括提供流媒体数据的主移 动终端的标识以及从移动终端的标识的通知后, 根据从移动终端的标识建 立与从移动终端的连接, 并在根据提供流媒体数据的主移动终端的标识将 从移动终端加入临时用户分组后, 向从移动终端提供该临时用户分组的流 媒体数据。
7、 一种移动终端, 包括用于釆集制作流媒体的数据的数据釆集模块; 其特征在于, 还包括: 第一请求模块, 用于向无线通讯网络侧设备发起提供流媒体连接请求; 第一接收模块, 用于接收网络侧设备反馈的提供流媒体连接请求的响 应;
第二请求模块, 用于向流媒体服务器发送要求加入所述临时用户分组 的连接请求;
第二接收模块, 用于接收网络侧设备反馈的连接成功响应;
数据转换模块, 用于将釆集的制作流媒体的数据转换成流媒体数据; 流媒体提供模块, 用于在接收到网络侧设备反馈的连接成功响应后, 向网络侧提供转换的流媒体数据。
8、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
呼叫模块, 用于向提供流媒体数据的移动终端发起呼叫请求, 并在该 请求中要求提供流媒体数据;
接收模块, 用于在接收到呼叫成功消息后, 接收流媒体服务器发送的 流媒体数据。
9、 一种网络侧设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
终端消息接收模块, 用于接收移动终端发起的提供流媒体连接请求; 通知模块, 用于通知接收移动终端提供的流媒体数据的流媒体服务器; 第一服务器消息接收模块, 用于接收所述流媒体服务器反馈的响应, 所述响应中携带有临时用户分组信息;
第一响应模块, 用于向移动终端反馈携带有临时用户分组信息的提供 流媒体连接请求的响应;
第二服务器消息接收模块, 用于接收流媒体服务器发送的连接成功响 应;
第二响应模块, 用于在接收到流媒体服务器发送的连接成功响应后, 向主移动终端返回连接成功响应。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的网络侧设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 转移呼叫模块, 用于接收其他移动终端对提供流媒体数据的移动终端 的呼叫请求, 在该请求中要求提供流媒体数据时, 通知流媒体服务器提供 流媒体数据的移动终端的标识以及该移动终端的标识。
11、 一种流媒体服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
通知接收模块, 用于接收网络侧设备发送的接收移动终端提供的流媒 体数据的通知;
用户分组建立模块, 用于为提供流媒体数据的移动终端建立临时用户 分组;
通知响应模块, 用于在建立临时用户分组后, 向网络侧设备反馈响应, 并在该响应中携带临时用户分组信息;
主连接请求接收模块, 用于接收移动终端的连接请求, 该连接请求要 求加入所述临时用户分组;
流媒体接收模块, 用于建立主移动终端与所述临时用户分组之间的连 接, 并向网络侧设备返回连接成功响应, 以及接收该移动终端提供的流媒 体数据。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的流媒体服务器, 其特征在于, 所述流媒体服 务器还包括:
从连接请求接收模块, 用于接收网络侧设备的通知, 所述通知中包括 提供流媒体数据的移动终端的标识以及其他移动终端的标识;
从连接处理模块, 用于根据其他移动终端的标识建立与该移动终端的 连接, 并根据提供流媒体数据的移动终端的标识将该移动终端加入临时用 户分组;
流媒体提供模块, 用于在将移动终端加入临时用户分组后, 向该移动 终端提供该临时用户分组的流媒体数据。
