本实用新型属于一种空气清新机的电机调速器。
背景技术:
目前, 空气清新机为了节能、 减噪和延长使用寿命的目的, 其核心部件的 电机一般使用直流无刷电机, 直流无刷电机带有自身的电机控制器, 而空气清 新机的控制功能是非常筒单的, 只要分段控制电机的速度就可以, 所以厂家单 独开发空气清新机的电机调速器与直流无刷电机的电机控制器进行匹配, 以便 通过电机调速器向电机控制器发送速度控制指令, 其电路结构如图 1所示。
目前的空气清新机的电机调速器存在如下缺点: 1 )没有档位显示器, 实用 不直观方便; 2 )档位设定电路主要采用旋钮来完成, 调节时操作不筒变, 操作 程序复杂, 调整档位时间长, 调档不准确, 档位数量少; 3 )没有掉电之后档位 数据能够自动保存功能, 智能化不高; 4 ) 电路结构复杂, 成本较高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种空气清新机的电机调速器, 它使用直观, 操 作筒便准确, 具有掉电之后档位自动记忆功能, 电路结构筒单, 制造成本低。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种空气清新机的电机调速器, 包括稳压电路、 档位设定电路、 微处理器 和信号接口单元, 供电电源连接到稳压电路的输入端, 稳压电路的输出端为各 部分电路供电, 档位设定电路向微处理器输入信号, 微处理器通过信号接口单 元向直流无刷电机控制器输入控制指令及接收反馈信号, 另外它还包括档位显 示器, 档位显示器连接微处理器的输出端。
上述所述的微处理器是单片机 MCU。
上述所述的档位设定电路是按钮按压设定电路。
上述所述的档位显示器是 7段发光二极管。
上述所述的信号接口单元包括四路信号, 一路是接地公共端 COM, —路是 速度反馈信号 FG, —路是微处理器输出的经过放大电路处理的 PWM输出信号, 一路是微处理器输出的经过放大电路处理开启 /关停信号 S/S。
上述所述的微处理器含有具有档位记忆功能的存储器。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点: 1 )通过增加档位显示器, 可以 知道通过档位设定电路设定速度档位, 实用直观方便; 2 )增加按钮按压设定电 路, 比以前的档位设定电路, 操作更加筒便准确, 与档位显示器配合使用更加 直观; 3 )微处理器是低成本的单片机 MCU, 可以降低产品成本, 微处理器具有 档位记忆功能的存储器, 掉电之后数据能够自动保存, 当下一次开机时, 微处 理器自动按照记忆的档位信息驱动电机运行; 4 )信号接口单元包括四路信号, 一路是接地公共端, 一路是速度反馈信号 FG, —路是微处理器输出的经过放大 电路处理的 P醫输出信号,一路是微处理器输出的经过放大电路处理开启 /关停 信号 S/S , 电路结构和接口信号筒单, 有利于降低成本。

具体实施方式: 如图 2、 图 3所示, 本实用新型的一种空气清新机的电机调速器, 包括稳 压电路 1、 档位设定电路 2、 微处理器 3和信号接口单元 4 , 供电电源连接到稳 压电路 1的输入端, 稳压电路 1的输出端为各部分电路供电, 档位设定电路 2 向微处理器 3输入信号, 微处理器 2通过信号接口单元 4向直流无刷电机控制 器输入控制指令及接收反馈信号, 它还包括档位显示器 5 , 档位显示器 5连接 微处理器 3的输出端,微处理器 3是低性能低价的单片机 MCU,档位设定电路 2 是按钮按压设定电路, 档位显示器 5是 7段发光二极管, 信号接口单元 4包括 四路信号, 一路是接地公共端 COM, —路是速度反馈信号 FG, —路是微处理器 输出的经过放大电路 41处理的 PWM输出信号,一路是微处理器输出的经过放大 电路 42处理开启 /关停信号 S/S ,微处理器 3含有具有档位记忆功能的存储器。
本实用新型的一种空气清新机的电机调速器使用 7 段发光二极管作为档位 显示器 5 , 利用按钮按压设定电路作为档位设定电路 2 , 使用直观, 操作筒便准 确, 采用低性能低价的单片机 MCU, 具有掉电之后档位自动记忆功能, 电路结 构筒单, 制造成本低。 按钮按压设定电路含一个档位增加的按键和一个档位减 少的按键; 档位包含 0、 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9十个档位, 掉电之后数据 能够自动保存。
