Abstract

본 발명의 축산분뇨 발효에 의한 전기 및 퇴비 생산 설비는, 축산분뇨가 저장되는 저장 탱크; 상기 저장 탱크에 연결되며, 저장 탱크의 축산분뇨가 이송되고 발효용 조성물이 첨가되어 양자가 혼합되는 혼합실; 상기 혼합실에 연결되며, 축산분뇨와 발효용 조성물의 혼합물이 이송되어 발효에 의해 퇴비화하는 발효실; 상기 혼합실과 상기 발효실에 연결되어 물을 공급하는 물 공급 장치; 상기 저장 탱크와 상기 발효실에 연결되어 메탄가스를 포집하는 메탄가스 포집 탱크; 및 상기 메탄가스 포집 탱크에서 포집된 메탄가스를 이용하여 전기를 생산하고, 이 과정에서 발생한 열을 상기 저장 탱크와 상기 발효실에 전달하는 전기 생산 장치를 포함한다. 본 발명은 축산분뇨를 완전 발효시켜 액상의 잔여물질이 전혀 남지 않는 양질의 퇴비를 생산할 수 있게 하고, 발효기간을 단축하여 단기간에 다량의 메탄가스를 발생시켜 다량의 전기를 생산할 수 있게 한다.
