本发明涉及一种畜禽养殖场资源化利用及污染物零排放的方法,包括如下步骤:首先,将养殖场干清粪和尿水、冲洗水分离,将干清粪和麸皮混合发酵,发酵物用于生产水产饲料,同时发酵也会产生沼气;尿水和冲洗水进入沼气池发酵,产生沼气和沼液;其中一部分沼液加入菜籽粕进行发酵处理,完成菜籽粕的脱毒工艺;另一部分沼液中加入秸秆,进行发酵处理,制备菌体蛋白,可用作饲料添加剂。这两部分的发酵处理过程同样会产生沼气。部分沼液通过曝气除臭杀菌,作为养殖场圈舍冲洗水回收利用。整个工艺设计独到,能做到污染物零排放,是一个资源综合利用的、可持续发展的绿色工艺,具有很大的推广价值和实际意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种畜禽养殖场的管理方法,具体涉及一种畜禽养殖场资源化利用及污染物零排放的方法。
背景技术
对于畜禽养殖场,资源综合利用是一个比较创新的方式。目前有很多的资源综合利用方式,主要的是对于畜禽粪便资源化利用的方式。但是,目前的利用方式,普遍存在利用成本高,有污染物排放,而且有的污染物排放较多,不利于养殖场的可持续发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种畜禽养殖场资源化利用及污染物零排放的方法。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种畜禽养殖场资源化利用及污染物零排放的方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,将养殖场干清粪和尿水、冲洗水分离,将干清粪和麸皮混合发酵,发酵物用于生产水产饲料,同时发酵也会产生沼气;
尿水和冲洗水进入沼气池发酵,产生沼气和沼液;
其中一部分沼液加入菜籽粕进行发酵处理,完成菜籽粕的脱毒工艺;另一部分沼液中加入秸秆,进行发酵处理,制备菌体蛋白,可用作饲料添加剂。这两部分的发酵处理过程同样会产生沼气。
部分沼液通过曝气除臭杀菌,作为养殖场圈舍冲洗水回收利用。
从上述表述可以看出,本发明设计的工艺流程充分利用了养殖场的各种废弃物,既避免了污染,又能够得到充分的利用。产生的沼气可以用于生活用气,供暖照明;生产的副产物如水产饲料、菌体蛋白都具有很大的用处。另外,部分沼液通过曝气过程作为中水,节约了整个养殖场的用水。整个工艺设计独到,能做到污染物零排放,是一个资源综合利用的、可持续发展的绿色工艺,具有很大的推广价值和实际意义。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种畜禽养殖场资源化利用及污染物零排放的方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,将养殖场干清粪和尿水、冲洗水分离,将干清粪和麸皮混合发酵,发酵物用于生产水产饲料,同时发酵也会产生沼气;
尿水和冲洗水进入沼气池发酵,产生沼气和沼液;
其中一部分沼液加入菜籽粕进行发酵处理,完成菜籽粕的脱毒工艺;另一部分沼液中加入秸秆,进行发酵处理,制备菌体蛋白,可用作饲料添加剂。这两部分的发酵处理过程同样会产生沼气。
部分沼液通过曝气除臭杀菌,作为养殖场圈舍冲洗水回收利用。

1.一种畜禽养殖场资源化利用及污染物零排放的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
将养殖场干清粪和尿水、冲洗水分离,将干清粪和麸皮混合发酵,发酵物用于生产水产饲料,同时发酵产生沼气;
尿水和冲洗水进入沼气池发酵,产生沼气和沼液;
产生的沼液,一部分加入菜籽粕进行发酵处理,完成菜籽粕的脱毒工艺;另一部分沼液中加入秸秆,进行发酵处理,制备菌体蛋白,这两部分的发酵处理过程同样会产生沼气;剩余的沼液通过曝气除臭杀菌,作为养殖场圈舍冲洗水回收利用。
