OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container that has been specially designed to be used as a cabin for the development of certain insects beneficial to the agronomic field, said development taking place with the container duly coupled to a tree or any other place intended for subsequent release. of insects, which is carried out through the practice of an appropriate opening in said container.
The object of the invention is to achieve a package that, perfectly fulfilling the function for which it was intended, is capable of biodegradation in a short period of time, without any residue on the tree.
It is also the object of the invention to keep the inside of the package protected against the effects of rain, once it has been opened.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
There is a general tendency to replace the classic chemical insecticides against different types of pests, by insects that are predators or parasites of said pest, since this eliminates all the problems of environmental pollution that involves the use of such chemicals. There are solutions that sell a kind of blister or closed container in which the insects that are present in the pupa or mummy stage are housed, offering them a microclimate in which they are perfectly protected until they reach the adult stage, in which they already have Full mobility and independence.
In addition, this type of blister assumes that the passage from one stage to another is progressive, given the humidity and temperature conditions that are reached inside, protecting the insect from abrupt changes in these external parameters.
The package already allows an exact dosage of beneficial insects, which will speed up the distribution work to the users, not having to distribute the product of bulk containers to smaller loose boxes, but simply open the blister in it place where they will be released.
However, these blister presents a problem that focuses primarily on the following aspects: - The blister is not biodegradable and therefore, the hook with which it is fixed to the tree does not allow it to detach, so that it produces a remarkable environmental pollution due to the presence of the packaging residue, which also requires the removal of these hooks manually from the trees, with the consequent and negative impact that This involves costs.
The back wall of the blister, made of cardboard with a small plastic sheet on the sides, is vulnerable under rainy day conditions, losing its consistency and thereby protecting the insect.
The entire capsule is made of plastic, transparent to allow viewing the contents of the container and therefore the evolution of insects, generates greenhouse conditions inside it under sun exposure, which is clearly undesirable.
The exit hole of the insects is a tab that is in the cardboard wall, that is to say in the back wall, and the opening is made by pulling said tab out and then down, so that in situations of rain and With the container open, water can penetrate massively inside the container, harming the insects that are still inside it.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The container for the development of beneficial insects that the invention proposes, solves in a fully satisfactory manner the problems set forth above, in each and every one of the different aspects mentioned. For this and more specifically, the package that is recommended, starting from a basic situation similar to that of a conventional blister pack, focuses its characteristics on the fact that the constituent material of the same is biodegradable, water-soluble and non-toxic, capable of disappearing without generating any residue.
More specifically, the constituent materials of the package are such that they can maintain the consistency of it outdoors during a period of approximately one month, maximum estimated time for the insects to have left completely free, progressively destroying themselves in a short space of time. then without leaving a visual or toxic trace or releasing any trace of it.
Since the hitch is produced through the aforementioned biodegradable material, this brings about a self-pick-up effect of the container, falling by itself to the ground, after fulfilling its function, without requiring a subsequent investment of time in its withdrawal. The use of an innocuous adhesive, both for trees and insects, can be considered to be included within the hanging means of the container.
According to another of the characteristics of the invention, it has been provided that the capsule participating in the container constituting the receptacle for insects, and that it must be transparent to allow the evolution of said insects to be provided, is provided with an inner lining of a nature opaque, such as a cardboard coating, in any case biodegradable, so that said opaque internal coating has a small window, of sufficient dimensions to allow said interior visualization, but in turn of dimensions capable of drastically reducing the greenhouse effect in The inside of the container. Finally, and in accordance with another of the characteristics of the invention, it is provided that the outlet orifice, preferably located on the rear face of the container, is obtained from a double flange, with two opposite semicircles, the larger one of greater diameter that the lower one, so that when pressing with the finger and inwards on the lower one, there is a parallel push out on the upper one, so that the latter configures as a small roof covering the exit hole and that protects the inside of the container against rainwater.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN Figure 3.- Shows, finally, a sectional profile of the same container of the previous figures, now with its outlet opening open. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the aforementioned figures, it can be seen how the container for the development of beneficial insects that the invention proposes adopts a general blister-type structuring, with a front wall (1) that configures an anterior capsule (2), and a rear wall (3 ) which closes said capsule and configures an upper and complementary extension (4), directly attached to the upper area (1) of the front wall, and where a small hole (5) for hanging the container is located, the entire structure being of highly biodegradable transparent plastic, such as a plasticized polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) formulation, which as is known is a resin derived from petroleum and therefore of fossil origin.
The combined action of ambient humidity, rain and oxygen produces its biodegradation following the parameters of temperature, time and medium for which it has been planned. In the process of dissolution and subsequent biodegradation, it decomposes into basic molecular units without leaving residues and integrating fully into the environment.
It is a water-soluble material, which dissolves in water at different temperatures, disappearing from sight. It is harmless and non-toxic, integrating completely into natural cycles without leaving a mark on the environment, being also compostable by behaving like organic waste, allowing its transformation into natural fertilizer.
Well, the capsule (2) configures with the back wall (3) a closed enclosure (6) especially visible in Figure 3, conveniently sized to house the beneficial insects and the substrate that maintains them.
This enclosure (6) is lined internally by a wall (7) of cardboard or other opaque material, also highly biodegradable, in order to establish a barrier to solar radiation that avoids the greenhouse effect inside the container. However, and since it is necessary to allow the visualization of the interior of said enclosure, to check the level of development of the insects, said inner cardboard lining (7) is provided with a small window (8), conveniently located and sized for allow the aforementioned and necessary visualization.
Finally, the exit hole for insects, preferably located on the back wall of the container, consists of a double flange (9-9 ') based on two opposite semicircles, the lower one (9) smaller than the upper one and related by a precut line (10), so that when pressed inward and with the finger on the lower flange (9), the finger itself acts as a wedge that drives the upper flange (9 ') outward, configuring a kind of roof that, as previously mentioned, prevents rainwater from entering the interior of the container.
