Abstract

　レンズの表面に指を触れることなく、レンズを眼鏡フレームに着脱し得ると共に、眼鏡フレームとの係合力に優れた眼鏡用交換レンズユニットの提供。　眼鏡のハーフリム枠（３０）の内周端面に形設された溝部（３１）に着脱自在に嵌入されるレンズフレームに、レンズが嵌合装着されていると共に、当該レンズフレームの下側枠部に、眼鏡装着時レンズと眼下部顔面との間に形成される空隙を閉塞する内方突出板状体（１３）が形設されていることを特徴とする眼鏡用交換レンズユニット。

Description

眼鏡用交換レンズユニット
　本発明は、使用者がレンズの表面に指を触れることなく、容易にレンズを交換することができる眼鏡用交換レンズユニットに関する。
　使用者によるレンズ着脱を容易にする技術としては、例えば特許文献１に、レンズを予め周縁金具に嵌着し、当該周縁金具に付設された係合突起を眼鏡フレームに形設された係合孔及び係合切り欠きに係合せしめる構造が開示されている。
　しかしながら、斯かる従来の構造による眼鏡は、使用者がレンズの両面を指で挟み込んで眼鏡フレームに着脱操作せざるを得ないため、レンズを傷付けたり、皮脂がレンズに付着して汚れ易い、と云う問題があった。
　また、眼鏡フレームとの係合は、２ヶ所の係合突起との嵌合、すなわち点による嵌合に過ぎなかったため、係合力が弱く、レンズが眼鏡フレームから脱落し易いのが実状であった。
実開昭６０－２１７１６号公報
　本発明は、上記の如き従来の問題と実状に鑑みてなされたものであり、使用者がレンズの表面に指を触れることなく、眼鏡フレームへのレンズの着脱操作を容易に行なうことができると共に、眼鏡フレームとの係合力に優れた眼鏡用交換レンズユニットを提供することを課題としている。
　本発明者は、上記の課題を解決すべく種々検討を重ねた結果、眼鏡のハーフリム枠の溝に、レンズを装着したレンズフレームそのものを嵌入すると共に、当該レンズフレームの下側枠部に内方突出板状体を形設すれば、極めて良い結果が得られることを見い出し、本発明を完成した。
　すなわち、本発明は、眼鏡のハーフリム枠の内周端面に形設された溝部に着脱自在に嵌入されるレンズフレームに、レンズが嵌合装着されていると共に、当該レンズフレームの下側枠部に、眼鏡装着時レンズと眼下部顔面との間に形成される空隙を閉塞する内方突出板状体が形設されていることを特徴とする眼鏡用交換レンズユニットにより上記課題を解決したものである。
　本発明によれば、レンズフレームを、当該レンズフレームに形設された内方突出板状体を指で挟んで眼鏡のハーフリム枠に容易に着脱できるので、レンズ自体には指を触れる必要はない。従って、レンズを傷付けたり、レンズ表面を皮脂で汚すことなくレンズを交換することができる。
　また、本発明によれば、眼鏡のハーフリム枠の溝に、レンズを装着したレンズフレーム（レンズユニット）そのものが嵌入されるので、点嵌合ではなく、線嵌合として眼鏡のハーフリム枠とレンズを装着したレンズフレーム（レンズユニット）との間に強い係合力が得られ、レンズを装着したレンズフレーム（レンズユニット）が眼鏡ハーフリム枠から脱落することはない。
　更に、本発明によれば、眼鏡装着時レンズと眼下部顔面との間に形成される空隙が内方突出板状体で閉塞されるため、花粉や塵芥が眼鏡下側から侵入することを防止することができる。従って、本発明のレンズユニットを花粉や塵芥侵入防止用の内方突出庇を備えた眼鏡のハーフリム枠に装着すれば、眼鏡上側からの花粉や塵芥の侵入も同時に防止し得るので、より効果的である。
　更にまた、本発明によれば、レンズフレームを共通化して各種度数のレンズや種々の色のレンズを嵌合装着することができるので、効率の良い生産が可能となる。

　以下本発明の実施の形態を図面と共に説明する。
　図１～図６において、Ｐは眼鏡用交換レンズユニットで、レンズフレーム１０と当該レンズフレーム１０に嵌合装着されたレンズ２０とによって構成されている。
　レンズフレーム１０は、図４及び図５に示されているように、ほぼその上側の半枠部分が眼鏡のハーフリム枠３０の内周端面に形設された溝部３１に着脱自在に嵌入されるものである。
　このレンズフレーム１０の内周端面には、溝部１１（図２及び図４参照）が形設され、当該溝部１１にレンズ２０が嵌合装着されている。
　また、当該レンズフレーム１０の両側上部には、眼鏡のハーフリム枠３０の溝部３１に形設された深溝部３１ａ（図５参照）に着脱自在に嵌合する突出係止部１２が形設されており、これにより眼鏡のハーフリム枠３０と眼鏡用交換レンズユニットＰとの間により強い係合力が得られ、当該レンズユニットＰの脱落が防止されるようになっている。
　また、当該レンズフレーム１０の下側枠部には、眼鏡装着時レンズ２０と眼下部顔面との間に形成される空隙を閉塞する内方突出板状体１３が形設され、花粉や塵芥が眼鏡下側から侵入しないようになっている。
　この内方突出板状体１３の具体的形状は特に限定されないが、眼鏡装着時において、鼻側方向から耳側方向に向って徐々に巾広となっているのが、レンズ２０と眼下部顔面間の空隙をより確実に閉塞する上で望ましい。
　また、当該内方突出板状体１３は、別体として製作したものをレンズフレーム１０に接着剤等を介して接合したものであっても良いが、レンズフレーム１０の下側枠部に沿ってやや湾曲しつつ、当該レンズフレーム１０と一体成形するのが強度性及び生産効率性に優れ、望ましい。
　斯かる眼鏡用交換レンズユニットＰは、図５及び図６に示されているように、眼鏡のハーフリム枠３０の溝部３１に嵌入して使用されるが、当該ハーフリム枠３０への着脱操作は内方突出板状体１３を指で挟んで行なうことができるので、レンズ２０自体には指を触れる必要はない。
　また、当該眼鏡のハーフリム枠３０としては、図６に示されているように、花粉や塵芥侵入防止の内方突出庇３２を備えているものが、眼鏡下側からのみならず、眼鏡上側からも花粉や塵芥の侵入を防止し得るので、より望ましい。

Claims (6)

  1. 　眼鏡のハーフリム枠の内周端面に形設された溝部に着脱自在に嵌入されるレンズフレームに、レンズが嵌合装着されていると共に、当該レンズフレームの下側枠部に、眼鏡装着時レンズと眼下部顔面との間に形成される空隙を閉塞する内方突出板状体が形設されていることを特徴とする眼鏡用交換レンズユニット。
  2. 　前記レンズが、レンズフレームの内周端面に形設された溝部に嵌合装着されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の眼鏡用交換レンズユニット。
  3. 　前記レンズフレームの両側上部に、眼鏡のハーフリム枠の溝部に形設された深溝部に着脱自在に嵌合する突出係止部が形設されていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２記載の眼鏡用交換レンズユニット。
  4. 　前記内方突出板状体が、眼鏡装着時において、鼻側方向から耳側方向に向って徐々に巾広となっていることを特徴とする請求項１～３の何れか１項記載の眼鏡用交換レンズユニット。
  5. 　前記内方突出板状体が、レンズフレームの下側枠部に沿ってやや湾曲しつつ、当該レンズフレームと一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項１～４の何れか１項記載の眼鏡用交換レンズユニット。
  6. 　前記眼鏡のハーフリム枠が、花粉や塵芥侵入防止用の内方突出庇を備えていることを特徴とする請求項１～５の何れか１項記載の眼鏡用交換レンズユニット。
