Abstract
一种无线通信网络中实现接入点节能的方法,包括:当接入点检测到没有移动终端关联时,从正常工作模式切换到节能工作模式;在节能工作模式下,所述接入点周期性广播精简的信标帧,所述精简的信标帧中仅包含服务集标识。本发明实施例还提供了一种无线通信网络中的接入点。由于接入点在节能模式下广播精简的信标帧,縮短了信标帧的长度,从而縮短了发送时间,实现了降低能耗的目的。
