Abstract

본 발명 수소연료차용 이젝터는 내부에 수소가스가 배출되는 복수의 디퓨저부를 형성하며 수소연료차량의 연료전지 스택에 연결되어 디퓨저부에서 배출되는 수소가스를 연료전지 스택에 공급하기 위한 챔버; 일측의 연결부가 수소 탱크에 연결된 수소가스 공급관과 연결되어 수소가스가 내부로 유입되는 중공의 매니폴드; 매니폴드의 하측에 일체로 구성되어 챔버와 체결되며 매니폴드 및 디퓨저부와 연통되는 수소가스 유입구멍이 형성되어 매니폴드로 유입된 수소가스가 디퓨저부로 분사되기 위한 통로를 형성하는 복수의 수소가스 유입부를 갖는 노즐바디; 디퓨저부와 연통되는 수소가스 유입부의 일면에 배치되게 노즐바디에 일체로 구비되고 디퓨저부와 대응되어 수소가스 유입부로 유입된 수소가스를 디퓨저부로 분사하는 분사노즐;을 포함하되, 매니폴드와 노즐바디, 분사노즐은 주재료인 스테인레스 분말과, 주결합제와, 부결합제와, 가소제와, 계면활성제를 혼합한 분말 소결 조성물을 이용하여 사출성형 및 고온 소결하는 분말 소결에 의해 일체로 구성되며, 노즐바디는 분사노즐의 분사구멍의 직경을 가변시키기 위한 노즐경 가변 수단을 더욱 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하면 매니폴드, 노즐바디, 분사노즐이 분말 소결에 의해 일체로 제작되므로 부품수가 감소하고 제작 공정의 일부가 생략되어 생산성이 향상될 수 있고, 제조 비용이 절감될 수 있으며, 원터치 방식의 조인트를 구비하므로 수소가스 공급관과 매니폴드의 연결이 매우 용이하며, 분사노즐의 분사구멍의 직경을 가변시킬 수 있으므로 수소연료차의 배기량에 따라 서로 다른 직경의 분사구멍을 갖는 분사노즐을 제작할 필요가 없으며 이에 따라 단일 규격의 이젝터를 대형 및 소형의 수소 연료차 모두에 적용 및 사용할 수 있어 호환성이 향상될 수 있는 등의 이점이 있다.
