Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition de résine pour film adhésif et un film adhésif l'employant. La composition de résine pour film adhésif comprend une résine thermoplastique, une résine thermodurcissable, un agent durcissant photolatent et un solvant organique. La présente invention concerne un film adhésif et une composition de résine pour le film adhésif qui contient un agent durcissant photolatent et présente d'excellentes propriétés de stockage à température ambiante et une durée de vie en stockage quasi-illimitée, et qui peut être durcie en une courte durée dans des conditions de basse température inférieure à 120 °C et plus particulièrement des conditions de température qui sont très basses par rapport à un traitement existant, en dessous de 100 °C, qui assure une fiabilité élevée de l'emballage lui-même et présente une force d'adhérence exceptionnelle.
