Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés d'isolement, de culture et de mise en commun de cellules dérivées de la gelée de Wharton pour obtenir une composition de cellules souches allogéniques mésenchymateuses mises en commun (MSC). Le procédé comprend la collecte de cordons ombilicaux de donneurs multiples suivie par l'isolement, la culture et la mise en commun des WJ-MSC à partir desquelles la composition thérapeutique finale est formulée. La composition ainsi obtenue réduit la variabilité biologique. Puisque la présente composition est aussi immunomodulatrice de nature, elle peut être utilisée pour la gestion des troubles à médiation immune et une immunosuppression supplémentaire peut être requise quand on utilise cette composition pour la gestion des troubles à médiation immune.
