Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation de chargement (10) d'un four vertical comprenant une première trémie de stockage (12) et une deuxième trémie de stockage (12') parallèles ; chacune des première et deuxième trémies de stockage (12, 12') ayant une entrée (14, 14') permettant de recevoir de la matière et une sortie (16, 16') permettant d'alimenter le four vertical en matière. Une trémie de réception (18) est placée en amont des première et deuxième trémies de stockage (12, 12'), la trémie de réception (18) étant placée de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation horizontal (22) et conçue pour recevoir de la matière et pour distribuer la matière à l'une des première et deuxième trémies de stockage (12, 12'). La trémie de réception (18) comprend une entrée (24) permettant de recevoir la matière d'un appareil d'alimentation (20) et une sortie (26) permettant d'envoyer la matière aux première et deuxième trémies de stockage (12, 12'), la trémie de réception (18) pouvant pivoter entre au moins deux positions de transfert, dans une première position de transfert, la sortie (26) de la trémie de réception (18) étant alignée avec l'entrée (14) de la première trémie de stockage (12) et, dans une deuxième position de transfert, la sortie (26) de la trémie de réception (18) étant alignée avec l'entrée (14') de la deuxième trémie de stockage (12'). Une position neutre est située entre lesdites première et deuxième positions de transfert. Selon un aspect de la présente invention, l'installation de chargement (10) comprend de plus une trappe à matière (30) associée à la sortie (26) de la trémie de réception (18) ; et un mécanisme d'actionnement associé à la trappe à matière (30) permettant d'ouvrir et de fermer la sortie de la trémie de réception (18), le mécanisme d'actionnement étant conçu pour fermer pratiquement complètement la sortie (26) de la trémie de réception (18) lorsque celle-ci est en position neutre et pour ouvrir pratiquement complètement la sortie (26) de la trémie de réception (18) lorsque celle-ci est en première ou en deuxième position de transfert. Le mécanisme d'actionnement (32) est conçu pour actionner la trappe à matière (30) grâce au mouvement de pivotement de la trémie de réception (18).
