Abstract

본 발명은 골프공 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 다층구조의 골프공 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다층구조의 골프공 제조방법은, 복수의 반구상의 캐비티를 구비한 상부금형 및 하부금형과; 상기 상부금형 및 하부금형 사이로 출입되고, 상기 캐비티의 직경보다 작은 반구상의 복수의 돌출부를 상기 캐비티에 대응되게 상면 및 하면에 구비한 중간금형을 포함한 성형장치;를 이용하여 다층구조의 골프공을 제조하는 방법으로서, (a) 상기 상부금형과 하부금형이 소정간격 이격되고 그 사이로 중간금형이 배치된 상태에서 중간금형의 상면 돌출부 각각 및 하부금형의 캐비티 각각에 외층 형성용 단위체를 위치시키는 단계; (b) 상기 중간금형의 상면 및 하면 돌기부를 상기 상부금형 및 하부금형의 대응되는 각각의 캐비티 안쪽으로 위치시켜 돌기부와 캐비티 사이에 형성되는 공간 내에 반가교상태의 컵형 외층 쌍을 형성하는 단계; (c) 상기 캐비티 내에 반가교상태의 컵형 외층이 부착된 상태에서 상기 상부금형 및 하부금형을 이격시키는 단계; (d) 상기 중간금형을 외부로 반출시키는 단계; (e) 상기 하부금형의 캐비티 내에 미리성형된 구형의 내층을 위치시키는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 상부금형 및 하부금형을 맞대어 컵형 외층 쌍과 구형 내층을 가교시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.
