Abstract

The utility model relates to devices for temporarily covering a passage into a container with the aim of preventing various substances from the environment from dropping into said container, and also of preventing liquid from spilling from said container, in particular to bottle stoppers. The aim of the proposed utility model is a reduction in consumption of material. The utility model is realized in the following manner. The user turns the bottle with the neck downwards and mounts said bottle onto a pouring device. The pouring device is equipped with a reciprocal part, for example in the form of a pipe with an end which is not perpendicular to the axis of the pipe. Said pipe enters an aperture and tears a barrier by the exertion of pressure thereon by the weight of the bottle containing liquid. This makes it possible for liquid to be fed to the pouring device. The design of the device in the form of a lateral wall, an end wall, a first projection and a barrier makes it possible to reduce the amount of expensive material required in the manufacture of the device (the lateral wall, end wall and first projection) since the barrier is made from a different material. The mounting of bottles containing liquid onto a pouring device is also made easier because the aperture is opened, in other words the barrier is torn, by the effect of the weight of the bottle containing liquid, without the use of an additional load, i.e. less force is required from the user.
