Description

The present invention is a cap for closing and closing a spout provided in a flexible container for containing a liquid such as a beverage, and extracting the contents contained in the flexible container The present invention relates to a capping cap in which an opening is partially formed by mounting a connecting pipe for use so that contents can be extracted by the connecting pipe.

In the case of using a flexible container with a lot of non-closed spouts in the bag body with a synthetic resin film attached as an application to store liquids such as commercial beverages. After filling the contents through a spout, the spout is covered with a cap and then the liquid product is shipped. In the closure cap set in the spout of such a flexible container, a part that can be opened is provided in order to reduce the labor of the operator who takes out the contents from the liquid product.
For example, the closure cap itself has an opening, and the opening is covered and sealed with a laminated film having a metal layer from the lower side on the container body side, and the opening is covered with a lid member from the outside. There is something that covers it so that it can be opened and closed. And when taking out the liquid of the contents from the flexible container, the lid is opened and a dedicated extraction tool is attached, and the laminated film is broken by the attached tool to open the opening, and the extraction of the contents is dedicated to that. It was devised to be able to do with the tools of.

By the way, in the above-mentioned closure cap, since the barrier film of another member is attached to the opening and the opening is blocked, the cap forming process and the attachment of the barrier film using a sealing device are performed for the production of the closure cap. There are a plurality of steps to be performed, which cannot be simplified, and it is difficult to reduce the manufacturing cost. From this point, as shown also in Patent Document 1, the entire lower part of the closure cap is integrally closed with a closing plate through the thin part, and the thin part can be opened by breaking the thin part with the above-mentioned dedicated extraction tool. It is considered to do so.

However, since the opening of the spout used for the flexible container for business use is a standard product having a large diameter and a substantially constant shape, the following problem cannot be solved. In other words, the closure cap has a cylindrical part that fits into the inner peripheral surface of the spout in close contact with the watertight, and the closure plate is arranged at the lower part of the cylindrical part. The diameter becomes larger. On the other hand, since the dedicated extraction tool to be mounted is of a small diameter adapted for quantitative extraction, a configuration in which a large-diameter closing plate is integrally provided on the plug cap via a thin portion cannot be employed. Therefore, the current situation is to use a conventional closure cap in which a small-diameter opening corresponding to a dedicated tool for extraction is closed with a retrofit film.
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention is configured such that a cap that closes a large-diameter spout is formed without using a separate member at a portion that can be opened by mounting a small-diameter extraction tool, and this cap is inexpensively formed by molding a synthetic resin material. Is intended to be obtained.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and in a cap for closing a spout provided in a flexible container, an outer cylinder that can be inserted into the spout with a lower outer peripheral surface in watertight contact with an inner peripheral surface of the spout. A center part of the top surface portion positioned on the upper end side of the outer cylindrical portion, and an attachment portion that is positioned on the outer periphery of the outer cylindrical portion and is attached to the upper edge of the spout to fix the outer cylindrical portion to the spout. An inner cylindrical portion into which a content extraction connecting tube having a cutting edge as an insertion end can be inserted, and the outer cylindrical portion, the mounting portion, the top surface portion, and the inner cylindrical portion are integrated, A spout closure cap is provided wherein a lower part of an inner cylinder part is closed by a disc-like closing plate that is integrally continuous through a thin part that can be broken at an insertion end of the content extraction connecting pipe. Thus, the above problems are solved.

In the present invention, the thin portion positioned between the disc-shaped closing plate and the inner cylinder portion is formed into a narrow ring shape, and the diameter of the insertion end of the content extraction connecting pipe and the length of the thin portion are measured. And are the same.
Further, in the present invention, a V-groove having a downward convex section is formed from the outer peripheral surface of the disc-shaped closing plate to the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion through the inside of the book, It is preferable that the inclined surface on the side and the inclined surface on the inner side at the insertion end of the content extraction connecting pipe have the same inclination angle.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is obtained a portion in which the content extraction connecting pipe can be inserted in the inner cylinder portion regardless of the diameter of the outer cylinder portion opposed to the inner diameter of the spout. So that a cap with a closed portion having a thin portion that can be broken by inserting a connecting pipe for use can be obtained by a single molding of a synthetic resin material without using another member such as a conventional film. Become. Therefore, the closure cap can be manufactured at low cost.

According to the invention of claim 2, by pushing the insertion end of the content extraction connecting pipe into the thin wall portion and pushing it, all of the thin wall portion is cut at the insertion end of the content extraction connection pipe, The removal of the disc-shaped closing plate by the breakage of the thin portion is ensured.

According to the invention of claim 3, even if the insertion end of the content extraction connecting pipe is displaced with respect to the position of the thin portion, the insertion end is guided to the thin portion by the inclined surface on the inner side of the V groove, The insertion end reliably corresponds to the thin-walled portion, and the disc-shaped closing plate is reliably removed by the breakage of the thin-walled portion by the insertion end, so that an opening is obtained.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated embodiment.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a spout capping cap that can be attached to the spout A and can close the spout A, and the spout capping cap 1 is formed from a synthetic resin material such as polyethylene resin. The spout A is also molded from a synthetic resin material such as polyethylene resin.
As shown in FIG. 2, the spout capping cap 1 includes an outer cylinder part 2, an annular attachment part 3 positioned over the outer periphery of the outer cylinder part 2, and a ceiling located on the upper end side of the outer cylinder part 2. A surface portion 4 and an inner cylinder portion 5 which is recessed with the center of the top surface portion 4 being cylindrical downward, and the outer cylinder portion 2, the attachment portion 3, the top surface portion 4 and the inner cylinder portion 5 are integrated. Molded.

The lower part of the outer cylinder part 2 is a part fitted into the spout A, and the outer peripheral surface of the lower part is in watertight contact with the inner peripheral surface of the spout A.
Further, the mounting portion 3 is formed by projecting a flange 6 from the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion 2 toward the side, and hanging down an outer peripheral wall 7 having a larger diameter than the outer cylindrical portion 2 from the lower surface of the flange 6. When the spout closure cap 1 is attached to the spout A, the lower part of the outer cylinder part 2 fits inside the spout A, and the upper part of the spout A is placed between the lower part of the outer cylinder part 2 and the outer peripheral wall 7. An edge is inserted, and the upper edge of the spout A is held by the attachment portion 3 and the outer cylinder portion 2 to be engaged with the spout A so that the outer cylinder portion 2 can be fixed to the spout A.
Two upper and lower steps 8 are provided over the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall 7. After the spout plug cap 1 is attached to the spout A, the spout plug cap 1 is pulled upward and pulled upward. The upper step 8 is provided on the upper part B of the upper edge of the spout A so that it protrudes slightly to the side when it moves. Yes. The lower step is to allow the spout closure cap to be temporarily attached to the spout to prevent foreign matter from entering the flexible container that is not filled with the contents. It is provided not to become. Then, when the contents are filled, the spout capping cap 1 is firmly fitted to the spout in a state where it is once removed and then a normal mounting pressure is applied.

The upper end side of the outer tube portion 2 is closed by the top surface portion 4 and the inner tube portion 5 at the center of the top surface portion 4. The inner cylinder portion 5 is a portion into which a content extraction connecting pipe used for extracting the liquid contained in the flexible container having the spout A is inserted. As shown in the cross section of FIG. 2, the inner cylinder portion 5 is formed in a tapered shape whose lower side is slightly tapered, and a disc-shaped closing plate 9 is formed at the lower inner side of the inner cylinder portion 5. The disk-shaped closing plate 9 is integrally formed at the lower end of the inner cylinder part 5 via the thin-walled part 10 so that the lower part of the inner cylinder part 5 is closed.
Thus, the upper end side of the outer cylinder part 2 is closed by the top surface part 4 and the inner cylinder part 5, and the inner cylinder part 5 itself is also closed by the disk-like closing plate 9 on the lower end side as described above. By attaching the spout closure cap 1 to the spout A, for example, the spout of the flexible container filled with the contents is closed, and a liquid product containing liquid without leakage can be obtained.
Further, the spout closure cap 1 is provided with a part that can be partially opened using a required tool while attached to the spout. This will be described below.

The lower end side of the inner cylinder part 5 is the above-described openable part, and the thin-walled part 10 can be broken. The thin-walled part 10 is a content extraction connecting pipe C that is a cutting edge. When the content extraction connecting pipe C is pushed down so that the insertion end D (lower end) corresponds to the insertion end D, the insertion end D can be broken (FIGS. 3 and 4).
When the entire circumference of the thin portion 10 is broken, the disc-shaped closing plate 9 is removed from the inner cylinder portion 5 and can be opened. The disc-shaped closing plate 9 drops to the container body side, but the diameter of the disc-shaped closing plate 9 is larger than the inner diameter of the content extraction connecting pipe C, and the disc-shaped closing plate 9 is sucked out. There is nothing.
Furthermore, the thin portion 10 has a narrow ring shape, and the diameter of the insertion end D of the content extraction connecting pipe C is the same as the diameter of the thin portion 10, The thin part 10 corresponds.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the insertion end descends in the process in which the flange-shaped stopper provided in the content extraction connecting pipe C is pushed down to a position where it comes into contact with the top surface portion 4 and cannot be pushed down. In D, all of the thin wall portion 10 is broken, whereby the disc-shaped closing plate 9 is more reliably removed, and an opening is formed at the lower end of the inner cylinder portion 5, and the contents are extracted from the opening toward the container body. The connecting pipe C faces.
As an example, the outer diameter of the lower part of the outer cylinder part 2 to be placed inside the spout A is 30 mm, and the inner diameter at the lower end side of the inner cylinder part 5 (the inner diameter at the position of the thin part 10) is 10 mm. Can do.
It is preferable that the thin portion 10 has a width of 0.2 to 0.6 mm and a thickness of 0.25 mm. The reason why the width of the thin portion 10 is preferably in this range is that when the width is smaller than 0.2 mm, the breakage by the content extraction connecting pipe C becomes difficult. On the other hand, when the width is larger than 0.6 mm, the force is dispersed at the time of breaking at the content extraction connecting pipe C, and the breaking becomes difficult. And when the outer diameter of the outer cylinder part 2, the inner diameter of the inner cylinder part 5, and the width of the thin part 10 are the above-mentioned values, the thickness of the thin part 10 is 0.25 mm. In this case, the thin part If the thickness at 10 is too thick (if it is thicker than 0.25 mm), it will not be ruptured by the content extraction connecting tube C, and if it is too thin (if it is thinner than 0.25 mm), the moldability will deteriorate and molding will be possible. This is because there is a problem of disappearance.

The outer peripheral surface 11 of the disk-shaped closing plate 9 is an inclined surface that spreads out (FIG. 2). A V-groove 13 having a downwardly convex cross-sectional shape is formed from the outer peripheral surface 11 of the disc-shaped closing plate 9 to the inner peripheral surface 12 of the inner cylinder portion 5 through the thin portion 10. The inclined surface 13a on the inner side of the V-shaped groove 13 (that is, the outer peripheral surface 11 of the disc-shaped closing plate 9) is inclined inward at the pointed portion F of the insertion end D of the content extraction connecting tube C. The surface E and the inclination angle are the same.
Thus, even when the pointed portion F of the insertion end D is slightly displaced with respect to the thin portion 10 when the content extracting connecting tube C is inserted into the inner cylindrical portion 5, the content extracting connecting tube When the point C is pushed down, the pointed portion F is guided by the outer peripheral surface 11 (inclined surface 13a) and reliably faces the thin portion 10, so that the thin portion 10 can be appropriately broken. Yes.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 14 denotes an overcap, which is attached to the inner cylinder portion 5 of the spout cap 1 to prevent dust from dropping before the content extraction connecting pipe is attached.

In the embodiment described above, the spout and the spout cap are made of polyethylene resin, and all the members in contact with the contents contained in the flexible container closed by the spout cap are made of polyethylene resin. It comes to respond to the ministerial ordinance. Therefore, it can be used when the content is a milk beverage such as milk. The overcap can also be manufactured from a polyethylene resin.
