Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'alimentation en boues destiné à acheminer un gâteau de boues (appelé ci-après boues) obtenu par la déshydratation de boues produites dans une usine de traitement des eaux d'égout, une usine de traitement des eaux usées d'un complexe industriel et d'un complexe agricole-industriel et similaires, vers différents types de seconds déshydrateurs de type presse à bande ou un dispositif de séchage. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation en boues qui présente une configuration simple et maximise l'efficacité de déshydratation et de séchage par un acheminement continu de boues par le biais d'une commande d'épaisseur et de vitesse régulières en fonction des propriétés des boues acheminées. C'est-à-dire, la présente invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation en boues (1) à disposer au niveau de la partie supérieure d'un transporteur d'alimentation (100) qui fait partie intégrante d'un séchoir par déshydratation ou est placé pour être relié au séchoir par déshydratation, comprenant : une trémie d'alimentation (2) destinée à injecter des boues (200) ; deux éléments porteurs (4) placés sous la trémie d'alimentation (2), dans lesquels un support (3) accouplé aux deux côtés d'un élément porteur (110) du transporteur (100) intégré au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure de la trémie d'alimentation ; des arbres entraînés (6) qui sont accouplés par arbre aux supports (4) sont prévus pour tourner collectivement par un moteur (5) ; et des plaques d'interception de boues (7) qui sont fixées aux arbres entraînés (6), respectivement.
