Abstract

The present invention relates to a sludge supply device for supplying sludge cake (referred to as sludge hereinafter) obtained by dehydrating sludge generated in a sewage treatment plant, a wastewater treatment plant of an industrial complex and an agricultural-industrial complex and the like, to various types of second belt press type second dehydrators or a drying device. Provided is a sludge supply device which has a simple configuration and maximizes dehydration and drying efficiency by continuously supplying sludge through a uniform thickness and velocity control depending on the properties of the supplied sludge. That is, the present invention relates to a sludge supply device (1) to be provided at the upper portion of a feed conveyer (100) which is integrated with a dehydration dryer or is provided to be connected to the dehydration dryer, comprising: a supply hopper (2) for injecting sludge (200); two supports (4) placed below the supply hopper (2), in which a bracket (3) coupled to both sides of a support (110) of the conveyer (100) is integrated at the lower end of the supply hopper; driven shafts (6) which are shaft-coupled to the supports (4) are provided to collectively rotate by a motor (5); and sludge interception plates (7) )which are fixed to the driven shafts (6), respectively.
