Abstract

 風力発電装置は、ロータヘッドから主軸の軸線回りに放射状に突設された複数のブレードと、ロータヘッド内に設けられてブレードをピッチ軸P回りに回転させるピッチ軸回転機構と、を備える。ピッチ軸回転機構は、ロータヘッドに支持されると共に伸縮可能なロッドを有するアクチュエータと、ロッドとブレードとを連結するリンク構造と、を備える。アクチュエータは、主軸の軸線上に延設される。

Description

風力発電装置
 本発明は、風力発電装置に関する。
 本願は、2011年3月11日に日本に出願された特願2011-054265号及び2012年3月1日に日本に出願された特願2012-45618号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 風の流れを利用して発電を行う風力発電装置として、例えば下記特許文献1に示す風力発電装置が知られている。
 風力発電装置は、地面に立設されたタワー、ナセル、主軸、ロータヘッド、複数のブレード及びピッチ軸回転機構を備える。
 ナセル(後部ナセル)は、タワーの上部に配設される。主軸は、ナセルに配設されて回転可能である。ロータヘッド(前部ナセル)は、主軸の先端に配設されてナセルから突出する。複数のブレードは、ロータヘッドから主軸の軸線回りに放射状に突設される。ピッチ軸回転機構(可変ピッチ装置)は、ブレードをそのピッチ軸回りに回転させる。
 特許文献1の風力発電装置では、ピッチ軸回転機構は、ナセルに固定されたアクチュエータ本体及びアクチュエータ本体から伸縮可能なロッドを有するアクチュエータ(油圧シリンダ)と、ロッドとブレードとを連結するリンク構造と、を備える。
 リンク構造は、ロッド軸受け部を介してロッド先端に連結されるピッチ制御軸と、このピッチ制御軸とブレードとを繋ぐ複数の継ぎ手(リンク及びアーム)と、を含んでいる。
 ピッチ制御軸は、ナセルの発電機内及び主軸内を通ってロータヘッド内に至る。ピッチ制御軸は、アクチュエータ本体に対するロッドの伸縮に伴って主軸の軸線方向に往復移動可能である。ピッチ制御軸は、ロッド軸受け部によりロッドに対して回転可能である。

 しかしながら、従来の風力発電装置では、下記の問題がある。
 アクチュエータのロッド伸縮をブレードに伝達するためのリンク構造の部品点数が多く、構造が複雑である。このような複雑な構造により、組立やメンテナンス(以下、組立等)に手間がかかる。
 アクチュエータとブレードとの間に、発電機、主軸及びロータヘッドが配設されるので、アクチュエータからブレードまでの距離が長くなる。これらを連結するロッド及びリンク構造の全長が長くなる。そのため、アクチュエータやブレードから伝達される軸線方向への大きな荷重(推力)によって、ロッドやリンク構造が座屈するおそれがある。
 回転構造体エンド(主軸の軸線回りにこの主軸と一体に回転する構造体における、ロータヘッドとは反対側の端部)にアクチュエータを配設する必要がある。このため、スリップリングや油圧ロータリージョイントを設けることができない。したがって、ブレードのピッチ軸回りの回転位置を検知するセンサやブレードのピッチ軸回りの回動を規制する油圧ブレーキなどの、装置の安全性や耐久性を確保する部材をロータヘッド内に設置できない。
 本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、安全性や耐久性を向上できる風力発電装置を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明に係る風力発電装置は、タワーの上部に配設されたナセルと、前記ナセルに配設された回転可能な主軸と、前記主軸の先端に配設されて、前記ナセルから突出するロータヘッドと、前記ロータヘッドから前記主軸の軸線回りに放射状に突設された複数のブレードと、前記ロータヘッド内に設けられ、前記ブレードをピッチ軸回りに回転させるピッチ軸回転機構と、を備え、前記ピッチ軸回転機構は、前記ロータヘッドに支持されたアクチュエータ本体及び前記アクチュエータ本体から伸縮可能なロッドを有するアクチュエータと、前記ロッドと前記ブレードとを連結するリンク構造と、を備え、前記アクチュエータは、前記主軸の軸線上に延設されることを特徴とする。
 本発明によれば、風力発電装置の安全性や耐久性を向上できる。

 以下、本発明の一実施形態に係る風力発電装置1について、図1~図11を参照して説明する。
 図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る風力発電装置1は、水平軸型の風力発電装置である。風力発電装置1は、タワー2、ナセル3及び回転構造4を備える。
 タワー2は、地面Fに立設する。ナセル3は、タワー2の上部に配設される。回転構造4は、タワー2に対してナセル3をタワー2の軸回り(ヨー軸回り)に旋回させる。
 図1及び図2に示すように、風力発電装置1は、主軸5、ロータヘッド6、複数のブレード7及びピッチ軸回転機構8を備える。
 主軸5は、ナセル3に対して回転可能に配設される。ロータヘッド6は、主軸5の先端に配設されて、ナセル3から突出する。複数のブレード7は、ロータヘッド6から主軸5の軸線C回りに放射状に突設される。ピッチ軸回転機構8は、ロータヘッド6内に設けられて、ブレード7をそのピッチ軸P回りに回転させる。
 以下の説明では、主軸5の軸線C方向に沿うロータヘッド6側(図2における右側)を先端側と言い、ロータヘッド6とは反対側(図2における左側)を基端側と言う。
 風車部分である複数のブレード7は、タワー2によって地面Fから所定の高さに設定された状態で、風Wを受け主軸5の軸線C回りに回転する。
 ナセル3において、主軸5の基端側には、発電機(不図示)が配設される。発電機は、主軸5が軸線C回りに回転することで得られる機械エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換して電力を発電する。
 図2において、ピッチ軸回転機構8は、アクチュエータ11と、ロッド10とブレード7とを連結するリンク構造12と、を備える。アクチュエータ11は、ロータヘッド6に支持されたアクチュエータ本体9及びアクチュエータ本体9から伸縮可能なロッド10を有する。
 図2に示すように、複数の近接スイッチ13、エンコーダ14及び油圧ブレーキ15は、ロータヘッド6内に配設される。近接スイッチ13は、アクチュエータ本体9に対するロッド10の伸縮位置を検知するセンサである。エンコーダ14は、ブレード7のピッチ軸P回りの回転位置を検知するセンサである。油圧ブレーキ15は、ブレード7のピッチ軸P回りの回動を規制する油圧式のブレーキである。
 ナセル3内には、スリップリング16、油圧ロータリージョイント(フレキシブルジョイント)17、油圧ブースタ18及び小型空気圧縮機19が配設される。油圧ブースタ18及び小型空気圧縮機19は、油圧ポンプであっても構わない。
 アクチュエータ11からは、後述するモータ32の動力ケーブル、近接スイッチ13のケーブル及びエンコーダ14のケーブルが引き出される。これらのケーブルは、ロータヘッド6の基端部から筒状の主軸5内を通り、主軸5の基端部に配設されたスリップリング16に接続される。
 油圧ブレーキ15は、ロータヘッド6の基端部から主軸5内を通り、筒状のスリップリング16内を通って、油圧ロータリージョイント17に接続される。油圧ロータリージョイント17の基端側には、油圧ブースタ18が接続される。油圧ブースタ18の基端側には、小型空気圧縮機19が接続される。
 地面F側であるタワー2下部には、ドライバ20が設置される。ドライバ20には、コントローラ21が接続される。ドライバ20は、スリップリング16に接続される。コントローラ21は、小型空気圧縮機19に接続される。
 ドライバ20は、必ずしも地上に配設する必要はない。例えばナセル3内に配設されていてもよい。
 図3及び図4に示すように、ロータヘッド6は、中空の内部空間を有する筒状のロータヘッド本体22と、ロータヘッド本体22の先端部に配設された円板状のロータヘッド蓋23と、を備える。
 風力発電装置1では、ブレード7が軸線C回りに周方向均等に3つ設けられる。これに対応して、ロータヘッド本体22の断面形状が略三角形状をなす(図4参照)。
 ブレード7は、ロータヘッド本体22にピッチ軸P回りに回動可能に支持される。ブレード7には、ロータヘッド6内に配設された円板状のディスク27が一体に連結される。
 図3に示すように、ロータヘッド蓋23の先端側を向く面には、ロッドカバー24が配設される。
 ロッドカバー24は、ロッド10及びロッド10に連結されるリンク構造12の先端側部分を覆う。ロッド10は、ロータヘッド蓋23から先端側へ向けて突出する。
 ロータヘッドカバー25は、ロータヘッド6及びロッドカバー24を覆うように配設される。
 図3に示すように、アクチュエータ11は、主軸5の軸線C上に延設される。
 アクチュエータ本体9の基端部(アクチュエータ本体9の一方)は、ロータヘッド本体22の基端部に固定される。アクチュエータ本体9の先端部(アクチュエータ本体9の他方)は、球面軸受26を介してロータヘッド蓋23に支持される。
 アクチュエータ11のロッド10は、アクチュエータ本体9から先端側へ向けて突設される。ロッド10は、その先端側への突出量が変化可能である。このため、ロッド10は、アクチュエータ本体9に対して主軸5の軸線C方向に沿って移動可能である。
 アクチュエータ11の詳しい構造については、後述する。
 図3~図6に示すように、リンク構造12は、ロッド10の先端部に配設されたリンクアングル28と、リンクアングル28及びブレード7のディスク27を連結するリンク棒29と、を備える。
 リンク棒29は、軸線C方向に沿うように延びるリンク棒本体31と、リンク棒本体31の両端部に配設されたリンク軸受30と、を備える。リンク軸受30は、リンクアングル28又はディスク27とリンク棒本体31とを相対回動可能に連結する。
 図6は、アクチュエータ本体9に対するロッド10の突出量が最も小さくなった状態を表している。この状態において、リンク棒29とディスク27との連結部分(リンク軸受30の中心)と及びピッチ軸Pを通る仮想線L1と、軸線Cに垂直な仮想線LCとのなす角度θ1は、45°である。
 仮想線L2は、アクチュエータ本体9に対するロッド10の突出量が最も大きくなった状態において、連結部分及びピッチ軸Pを通る仮想線である。この仮想線L2と、仮想線LCとのなす角度θ2は、45°である。
 このように、リンク棒29とディスク27との連結部分がロッド10の伸縮にともなって、仮想線LCを中心(基準)にして仮想線L1上と仮想線L2上との間を、ピッチ軸P回りに回動(揺動)できる。
 各リンク棒29は、それぞれ長さ調整機構Mを備える。
 図6及び図7に示すように、リンク棒本体31の両端には、雄ねじ軸51Lと雄ねじ軸51Rが形成される。雄ねじ軸51Lは、左ねじ(反時計回りのねじ:left-hand thread)である。雄ねじ軸51Rは、右ねじ(時計回りのねじ:right-hand thread)である。
 ディスク27に連結されたリンク軸受30(30L)には、左ねじの雌ねじ52Lが形成される。リンクアングル28に連結されたリンク軸受30(30R)には、右ねじの雌ねじ52Rが形成される。
 リンク棒本体31の雄ねじ軸51Lに対して、リンク軸受30Lの雌ねじ52Lが嵌まる。リンク棒本体31の雄ねじ軸51Rに対して、リンク軸受30Rの雌ねじ52Rが嵌まる。
 雄ねじ軸51L及び雄ねじ軸51Rのうち、リンク軸受30(30R,30L)の端面に接する箇所には、それぞれ緩み止め用の一対のナット53(ダブルナット)が設けられる。
 ナット53をリンク軸受30端面から離間させた状態では、リンク棒本体31を軸回転させると、リンク棒29の長さ(リンク長)Sを変更(調整)することができる。
 リンク棒29の長さSを調整した後に、各ナット53をリンク軸受30(30R,30L)の端面に押付けることにより、リンク棒29の長さSを固定できる。
 このように、各リンク棒29は、それぞれ長さ調整機構Mを備える。
 ブレード7は、ディスク27に対して一体的に連結される。ブレード7に対するディスク27の取り付け角度(ピッチ軸P回りの回転角度)は、ブレード7毎に異なる。したがって、仮に3本のリンク棒29の長さSが同一の場合には、3枚のブレード7のピッチ角が異なる(ばらつく)。3枚のブレード7のピッチ角が異なると、風力発電装置1の発電効率は、著しく低下する。
 そこで、各リンク棒29の長さを長さ調整機構Mにより調整して、3枚のブレード7のピッチ角を所定の角度に一致させる。例えば、アクチュエータ本体9に対するロッド10の突出量が最も小さくなった状態において、3枚のブレード7を全てピッチ角0°に一致させる。
 ブレード7に対するディスク27の取り付け角度は、組立前にブレード7毎に予め測定しておく。この測定結果に応じて、各リンク棒29の長さSを調整機構Mを用いて、組立前に調整しておく。したがって、風力発電装置1の組立時に、タワー2上でのリンク棒29の長さ調整の作業は不要となる。
 このように、風力発電装置1は、長さ調整機構Mにより3枚のブレード7のピッチ角を一致させるので、発電効率の低下を防止できる。
 図8に示すように、ロッド10の突出量とディスク27のピッチ軸P回りの回動量との関係を示すグラフは、直線状になる。図8のグラフにおいて、横軸はピッチ回転角、縦軸はアクチュエータストロークである。
 図9に示すように、アクチュエータ11は、電気駆動式のモータ32、ボールねじ33、ボールスプライン34及びケーシング38と、を含む。
 ボールねじ33は、モータ32の回転運動のエネルギーを主軸5の軸線C方向に沿う直線運動のエネルギーに変換する。ボールスプライン34は、ボールねじ33に連結されて、アクチュエータ本体9に対して、ロッド10を主軸5の軸線C方向に直線案内する。ケーシング38は、ボールねじ33及びボールスプライン34を覆うように、筒状に形成される。
 モータ32の先端部には、減速機35が配設される。モータ32を減速機付きギヤードモータやベルト折返し仕様とすることにより、高推力を確保できる。減速機35は、カップリング39を介して、ボールねじ33のねじ軸36に連結される。
 ボールねじ33は、軸線C方向に沿って延びるねじ軸36と、ねじ軸36が挿入された筒状のボールねじナット37と、を備える。
 ねじ軸36の外周面には、軸線C回りに周回しつつ、軸線C方向に延びる螺旋状の溝である転動体転走面(不図示)が形成される。ボールねじナット37には、転動体転走面に対向する螺旋状の溝である負荷転動体転走面を含む無端の無限循環路(不図示)が形成される。無限循環路には、複数のボール(転動体)が循環可能に保持される(不図示)。
 これらボールを介して、ねじ軸36にボールねじナット37が組みつけられる。ボールの転走及び循環によって、ボールねじナット37がねじ軸36に対して軸線C方向に往復移動可能である。ねじ軸36の基端部は、アンギュラ軸受40に回転可能に支持される。
 アンギュラ軸受40は、ケーシング38の基端側に配設されたハウジング41に支持される。ハウジング41の基端側には、フランジ42が配設される。ケーシング38、ハウジング41及びフランジ42は、互いに固定されて一体となる。
 ボールスプライン34は、スプライン軸43とスプラインナット44とを備える。
 スプライン軸43は、ボールねじナット37の先端部に連結されて、軸線C方向に沿って延びる。スプライン軸43は、筒状に形成されて、ねじ軸36が挿入される。スプラインナット44は、筒状に形成されて、スプライン軸43が挿入される。スプラインナット44は、ケーシング38の先端部に固定される。スプラインナット44の先端部分44aは、ケーシング38から先端側へ向けて突出する。
 図9及び図10に示すように、スプライン軸43の外周面には、軸線C方向に沿って延びる直線状の溝である転動体転走面45が複数形成される。スプラインナット44には、転動体転走面45に対向する直線状の溝である負荷転動体転走面を含む無端の無限循環路(不図示)が形成される。無限循環路には、複数のボール(不図示)が循環可能に保持される。
 これらボールを介して、スプライン軸43にスプラインナット44が組みつけられる。ボールの転走及び循環によって、スプライン軸43がスプラインナット44に対して軸線C方向に往復移動可能である。スプライン軸43は、アクチュエータ本体9に対して軸線C方向に移動するロッド10である。
 図3に示すように、アクチュエータ本体9には、フランジ42の基端側に連結されるとともにモータ32を覆う筒状のスタンド46が配設される。スタンド46の基端部は、ロータヘッド本体22の基端部にボルト等で固定される。
 これにより、アクチュエータ本体9の基端部において、アキシャル、スラスト及び曲げ方向の各方向の負荷を受けとめるように構成される。スタンド46の内部と主軸5の内部とは、互いに連通する。
 図11に示すように、球面軸受26は、アクチュエータ本体9のスプラインナット44の先端部分44aに嵌合する。
 球面軸受26は、球面軸受フランジ47を介して、ロータヘッド蓋23に配設される。ロータヘッド蓋23の中央には、軸線C方向に貫通する取付孔23aが形成される。この取付孔23aに球面軸受フランジ47が装着される。球面軸受26は、ロータヘッド6の梁であるアクチュエータ11の支持構造であり、スラスト方向の荷重を受けとめる。
 球面軸受フランジ47は、取付孔23aに挿入される筒部48と、筒部48の先端部に形成されて、ロータヘッド蓋23の先端側を向く面に固定される円板状のフランジ部49と、を備える。
 筒部48内には、球面軸受26が挿入される。球面軸受26は、筒部48に対して軸線C方向に摺動可能である。筒部48と球面軸受26とのはめあい精度及び球面軸受26とスプラインナット44とのはめあい精度は、互いに軸線C方向に相対移動可能なクリアランス(しめ代)に設定される。
 フランジ部49の中央には、軸線C方向に貫通する貫通孔49aが形成される。貫通孔49aにはロッド10が挿入される。
 球面軸受26の先端側を向く面とフランジ部49の基端側を向く面との間には、隙間G1が設けられる。これにより、球面軸受26は、ロータヘッド6に対して、主軸5の軸線C方向に移動可能である。
 筒部48の外周面と取付孔23aの内周面との間には、隙間G2が設けられる。これにより、球面軸受フランジ47及び球面軸受26は、ロータヘッド6に対して、軸線C方向に垂直な径方向に移動可能である。
 組立等が完了した際には、球面軸受フランジ47とロータヘッド蓋23とは、ボルト50によって互いに固定されて、径方向への相対移動が規制される。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る風力発電装置1では、ブレード7をピッチ軸P回りに回転させるピッチ軸回転機構8がロータヘッド6内に設けられる。ピッチ軸回転機構8のアクチュエータ11が、主軸5の軸線C上に延設される。アクチュエータ11のロッド10が、アクチュエータ本体9に対して主軸5の軸線C方向に沿って伸縮できる。
 このような特別な構成により、下記の顕著な効果を奏する。
 風力発電装置1では、アクチュエータ11がロータヘッド6内に配設されるため、アクチュエータ11からブレード7までの距離を短くできる(図3参照)。アクチュエータ11のロッド10及びリンク構造12の全長を短くできる。したがって、リンク構造12の部品点数を削減して簡単な構成とすることができる。
 これにより、風力発電装置1は、組立等が容易となる。ロッド10及びリンク構造12の全長を短くできるので、アクチュエータ11やブレード7から伝達される軸線C方向への大きな荷重(推力)によって、ロッド10やリンク構造12のリンク棒29の座屈を防止できる。
 風力発電装置1では、アクチュエータ11がロータヘッド6内に配設されるため、ロータヘッド6とともに回転する主軸5の基端部(回転構造体エンド)に、スリップリング16や油圧ロータリージョイント17を設置できる(図2参照)。
 これにより、ロータヘッド6内に、アクチュエータ11のモータ32を配設できる。ロータヘッド6内に、近接スイッチ13、エンコーダ14等のセンサ及び油圧ブレーキ15を配設できる。
 よって、風力発電装置1の安全性や耐久性が高まる。
 風力発電装置1では、アクチュエータ11が主軸5の軸線C上であるロータヘッド6の回転中心に配置されるので、ロータヘッド6の重心の偏り(偏心)が抑制されて、この偏心にともなう振動の発生が軽減される。
 アクチュエータ11のロッド10伸縮は主軸5の軸線C上に沿って行われるので、ロッド10伸縮による偏心が生じない。
 よって、ロータヘッド6は、長期に亘り安定して回転する。このようにロータヘッド6の回転が安定するため、回転バランスをとるためのバランサーの設置量を削減できる。
 図11に示すように、風力発電装置1によれば、アクチュエータ本体9の先端部が球面軸受26を介してロータヘッド6に支持されるので、ミスアライメントによる偏角をキャンセルできる。
 隙間G2が形成されることにより、球面軸受26がロータヘッド6に対して主軸5の軸線C方向に垂直な径方向に移動可能である。これにより、ミスアライメントによる偏心をキャンセルできる。
 隙間G1が形成されることにより、球面軸受26がロータヘッド6に対して主軸5の軸線C方向に移動可能である。これにより、アクチュエータ本体9等が熱膨張(収縮)して軸線C方向に伸縮した際に、その伸縮量を吸収できる。
 風力発電装置1は、ロータヘッド6の振動や、球面軸受26等の部材へのストレスの発生が防止されるので、安定した発電が可能である。
 風力発電装置1は、ミスアライメントによる取り付け誤差や熱膨張による変位誤差をキャンセル又は吸収できるため、部品の加工精度が粗くてもよくなり、組立時の調整作業等の工程を削減できる。よって、生産性が向上するとともに製造費用が削減される。
 風力発電装置1では、アクチュエータ11が、モータ32、ボールねじ33及びボールスプライン34を含む(図3参照)。これにより、下記の効果を奏する。
 風力発電装置1では、油圧シリンダ等の従来のアクチュエータに比べて、アクチュエータ11の組立が容易である。アクチュエータ11は、油漏れ等がなくメンテナンスも容易である。
 アクチュエータ11は、駆動源として電気駆動のモータ32を用いているので、応答性に優れる。風力発電装置1は、風向きや風速が大きく変動する自然の風Wを受けて駆動するため、ピッチ軸回転機構8のアクチュエータ11には高い応答性が要求される。アクチュエータ11(電気駆動のモータ32)は、このような要求に十分に対応できる。
 風力発電装置1では、モータ32の減速機構としてボールねじ33を用いているので、高推力かつ低バックラッシを実現できる。
 風力発電装置1のブレード7が風Wから受ける外力は非常に大きい。ブレード7をピッチ軸P回りに回動させために、ピッチ軸回転機構8のアクチュエータ11には、高推力かつ低バックラッシが要求される。アクチュエータ11(ボールねじ33)は、このような要求に十分に対応できる。
 風力発電装置1では、ボールスプライン34がボールねじ33に連結されるので、ケーシング38に対するボールねじ33のボールねじナット37の軸線C回りの回転が規制される。したがって、ロッド10であるスプライン軸43が軸線C方向に効率よく高精度に案内される。
 風力発電装置1では、ボールねじ33及びボールスプライン34の転がり案内構造のみによって、アクチュエータ本体9に対してロッド10を伸縮させるので、ロッド10の伸縮量の精度が十分に確保される。そのため、この伸縮にともなう抵抗が小さく、高効率である。これにより、モータ32容量を小さくできるので、風力発電装置1のランニングコスト(消費電力)が削減される。
 風力発電装置1では、リンク棒29とディスク27との連結部分(リンク軸受30の中心)が、ロッド10の伸縮にともなって、軸線Cに垂直な仮想線LCを中心に仮想線L1上と仮想線L2上との間をピッチ軸P回りに回動する(図6参照)。これにより、下記の効果を奏する。
 図8に示すように、ロッド10の突出量とディスク27のピッチ軸P回りの回動量との関係を示すグラフは、直線状であるから、略比例する関係を示す。このグラフにおいて、連結部分が仮想線LC上に位置する部位(グラフ中央部分)が、この部位のグラフ前後の凹曲線及び凸曲線を繋ぐように変曲点となる。
 これにより、軸線C方向に沿うロッド10伸縮の推力を、ピッチ軸P回りの回転トルクに変換する効率が高くなるので、制御の簡略化ができる。
 風力発電装置1では、ブレード7のディスク27のピッチ軸P回りの回転を規制する油圧ブレーキ15が設けられているので、アクチュエータ11の非稼動時(アクチュエータ本体9に対してロッド10が停止状態)における外力及び振動の伝達を防止できる。
 本発明は前述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の変更を加えることが可能である。
 風力発電装置1では、球面軸受26がスプラインナット44の先端部分44aに配設される場合に限らない。球面軸受26がケーシング38における先端部に配設されても構わない。
 風力発電装置1では、アクチュエータ本体9の一方である基端部がロータヘッド6に固定されて、アクチュエータ本体9の他方である先端部が球面軸受26を介してロータヘッド6に支持される。しかし、この場合に限らない。球面軸受26がロータヘッド本体22の基端部に配設されてもよい。この場合、アクチュエータ本体9の一方である先端部がロータヘッド6に固定される。また、アクチュエータ本体9の他方である基端部が球面軸受26を介してロータヘッド6に支持される。
 風力発電装置1では、ボールねじ33及びボールスプライン34の転動体としてボールを用いる場合に限らない。円柱状のローラやコロ等のボール以外の転動体であってもよい。

Claims (5)

  1.  タワーの上部に配設されたナセルと、
     前記ナセルに配設された回転可能な主軸と、
     前記主軸の先端に配設されて、前記ナセルから突出するロータヘッドと、
     前記ロータヘッドから前記主軸の軸線回りに放射状に突設された複数のブレードと、
     前記ロータヘッド内に設けられ、前記ブレードをピッチ軸回りに回転させるピッチ軸回転機構と、
    を備え、
     前記ピッチ軸回転機構は、
     前記ロータヘッドに支持されたアクチュエータ本体及び前記アクチュエータ本体から伸縮可能なロッドを有するアクチュエータと、
     前記ロッドと前記ブレードとを連結するリンク構造と、を備え、
     前記アクチュエータは、前記主軸の軸線上に延設されることを特徴とする風力発電装置。
  2.  請求項1に記載の風力発電装置であって、
     前記アクチュエータ本体の一方が前記ロータヘッドに固定され、
     前記アクチュエータ本体の他方が球面軸受を介して前記ロータヘッドに支持されることを特徴とする風力発電装置。
  3.  請求項2に記載の風力発電装置であって、
     前記球面軸受は、前記ロータヘッドに対して、前記主軸の軸線方向に垂直な径方向及び前記軸線方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする風力発電装置。
  4.  請求項1に記載の風力発電装置であって、
     前記アクチュエータは、
     モータと、
     前記モータの回転運動のエネルギーを前記主軸の軸線方向に沿う直線運動のエネルギーに変換するボールねじと、
     前記ボールねじに連結されて、前記アクチュエータ本体に対して前記ロッドを前記主軸の軸線方向に直線案内するボールスプラインと、を含むことを特徴とする風力発電装置。
  5.  請求項1に記載の風力発電装置であって、
     前記リンク構造は、
     前記ロッドの先端部と前記ブレードの基端部を連結すると共に、長さ調整機構を有するリンク棒を備えることを特徴とする風力発電装置。
