毫微微蜂窝基站( Femto cell )又称家庭基站( Home NodeB, 简称 HNB ), 可以将用户设备 ( User Equipment, 简称 UE )连接至核心网络, 以供该 UE进 行电路交换 ( Circuit Switching , 简称 CS ) 域业务或分组交换 ( Packet Switching , 简称 PS ) 域业务。 可以将由家庭基站组成的这个网络可以称之为 家庭网络。 在家庭基站的组网 (即家庭网络) 架构中, 当 UE 在某一小区触发 (包括周期性触发或由于位置变化触发) 位置更新流程时, 移动交换中心 ( obile Switching Center, 简称 MSC )可以将 UE的位置信息, 例如: UE所 在小区的小区标识信息 (Cell ID ), 发送给业务服务器, 由业务服务器根据 UE 的位置信息触发对应的业务消息。
但是, 如果家庭基站工作在封闭 (Close )模式下, 家庭基站网关 (Home NodeB Gateway, 简称 HNB GW )可以拒绝准入列表之外的 UE的接入, 从而 使得 MSC无法获取 UE的位置信息, 进而导致了业务服务器无法根据 UE的位 置信息触发对应的业务消息, 降低了业务消息下发的灵活性和效率。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供一种位置信息处理方法及接入网设备, 以提高业务消息 下发的灵活性和效率。
本发明实施例提供了一种位置信息处理方法, 包括:
在 UE接入家庭网络时,接入网设备获取 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置 信息;
所述接入网设备向业务服务器发送所述 U E的标识信息和所述 U E的位置信 息, 以使所述业务服务器根据所述 U E的标识信息和所述 U E的位置信息, 向所述 UE发送业务消息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种接入网设备, 包括:
获取模块, 用于在 UE接入家庭网络时, 获取 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的 位置信息;

步骤 101、 在 UE接入家庭网络时, 接入网设备获取 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息;

本实施例中, 在 UE接入家庭网络时, 通过接入网设备获取 UE的标识信息 和上述 UE的位置信息, 进而使得上述接入网设备能够向业务服务器发送上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息, 从而使得业务服务器能够根据获取的上 述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息, 向上述 UE发送业务消息, 本实施例 中的业务服务器不依赖于 MSC就能够获得 UE的位置信息, 能够避免由于家庭 基站工作在封闭模式下, 家庭基站网关拒绝准入列表之外的 UE的接入而导致 的业务服务器无法根据 UE的位置信息触发对应的业务消息的问题, 提高了业 务消息下发的灵活性和效率。
图 2为本发明实施例二提供的位置信息处理方法的流程示意图, 本实施例 为本发明实施例一的一个具体实施例, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的位置信息处理 方法可以包括以下步驟:
步骤 201、 在 UE接入家庭网络时, 家庭基站获取 UE的标识信息和该家庭 基站的家庭基站标识(HNB ID ) ;
其中, 家庭基站可能工作在开放(Open )模式下, 或者还可能工作在封闭 ( Close )模式下。
步骤 202、 家庭基站向家庭基站网关发送 UE注册请求( UE Registration Req ) 消息, 该 UE注册请求中包含 UE的标识信息、 UE的版本信息和 UE的 能力信息;
步骤 203、 家庭基站网关执行接入控制;
具体地, 家庭基站网关可以根据其存储的拒绝准入列表, 执行接入控制, 例如: 如果 UE, 对在拒绝准入列表之内的 UE, 允许其接入到核心网, 执行后 续流程; 对在拒绝准入列表之外的 UE, 允许其接入到核心网。
步骤 2C 家庭基站向家庭基站位置业务网关发送上述 UE的标识信息和上 述家庭基站的家庭基站标识( HNB ID ) ;
步骤 205、 家庭基站位置业务网关 #居 UE与业务的对应关系, 向与上述 UE对应的业务的业务服务器发送上述 UE的标识信息和上述家庭基站的家庭基 站标识( HNB ID ) ;
其中, 上述 UE与业务的对应关系可以至少包括下列对应关系中的一种:
UE的标识信息与业务的对应关系; 家庭基站的家庭基站标识( HNB ID )与业 务的对应关系。
步骤 20&业务服务器根据获取的上述 UE的标识信息和上述家庭基站的家 庭基站标识 ( HNB ID ) , 向上述 UE发送业务消息。
需要说明的是: 上迷步骤 202、 步骤 203与步骤 204、 步骤 205、 步驟 206 的执行没有先后顺序。
本实施例中, 在 UE接入家庭网络时, 通过家庭基站获取 UE的标识信息和 该家庭基站的家庭基站标识(HNB ID ) , 进而使得上述家庭基站能够通过家庭 基站位置业务网关向业务服务器发送上述 UE的标识信息和上述家庭基站的家 庭基站标识 ( HNB ID ) , 从而使得业务服务器能够根据获取的上述 UE的标识 信息和上述家庭基站的家庭基站标识( HNB ID ) , 向上述 UE发送业务消息, 本实施例中的业务服务器不依赖于 MSC就能够获得 UE的位置信息, 能够避免 由于家庭基站工作在封闭模式下, 家庭基站网关拒绝准入列表之外的 U E的接 入而导致的业务服务器无法根据 UE的位置信息触发对应的业务消息的问题, 提高了业务消息下发的灵活性和效率。
图 3为本发明实施例三提供的位置信息处理方法的流程示意图, 本实施例 为本发明实施例一的另一个具体实施例, 如图 3所示, 本实施例的位置信息处 理方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 301、 在 UE接入家庭网络时, 家庭基站向家庭基站网关发送 UE注册 请求 ( UE Registration Req ) 消息, 该 UE注册请求中包含 UE的标识信息、 UE的版本信息和 UE的能力信息;
其中, 家庭基站可能工作在开放(Open )模式下, 或者还可能工作在封闭 ( Close )模式下。
步骤 302、 家庭基站网关执行接入控制;
具体地, 家庭基站网关可以根据其存储的拒绝准入列表, 执行接入控制, 例如: 如果 UE, 对在拒绝准入列表之内的 UE, 允许其接入到核心网, 执行后 续流程; 对在拒绝准入列表之外的 UE, 允许其接入到核心网。
步骤 303«家庭基站网关获取 UE的标识信息和上述家庭基站的家庭基站标 识 ( HNB ID ) ;
步骤 304家庭基站网关向家庭基站位置业务网关发送上述 UE的标识信息 和上述家庭基站的家庭基站标识(HNB ID ) ;
步驟 305、 家庭基站位置业务网关根据 UE与业务的对应关系, 向与上述 UE对应的业务的业务服务器发送上述 UE的标识信息和上述家庭基站的家庭基 站标识( HNB ID ) ;
其中, 上述 UE与业务的对应关系可以至少包括下列对应关系中的一种: UE的标识信息与业务的对应关系; 家庭基站的家庭基站标识(HNB ID )与业 务的对应关系。
步骤 30&业务服务器根据获取的上述 UE的标识信息和上述家庭基站的家 庭基站标识( HNB ID ) , 向上述 UE发送业务消息。 需要说明的是: 上述步驟 302与步骤 303、 步骤 304、 步驟 305、 步據 306 的执行没有先后顺序。
本实施例中, 在 UE接入家庭网络时, 通过家庭基站网关获取 UE的标识信 息和家庭基站的家庭基站标识, 进而使得上述家庭基站网关能够通过家庭基站 位置业务网关向业务服务器发送上述 UE的标识信息和上述家庭基站的家庭基 站标识, 从而使得业务服务器能够根据获取的上述 UE的标识信息和上述家庭 基站的家庭基站标识, 向上述 UE发送业务消息, 本实施例中的业务服务器不 依赖于 MSC就能够获得 UE的位置信息, 能够避免由于家庭基站工作在封闭模 式下, 家庭基站网关拒绝准入列表之外的 UE的接入而导致的业务服务器无法 根据 UE的位置信息触发对应的业务消息的问题, 提高了业务消息下发的灵活 性和效率。
需要说明的是: 对于前述的各方法实施例, 为了简单描述, 故将其都表述 为一系列的动作组合, 但是本领域技术人员应该知悉, 本发明并不受所描述的 动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本发明, 某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。 其次, 本领域技术人员也应该知悉, 说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施 例, 所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中, 对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重, 某个实施例中没有详 述的部分, 可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
图 4为本发明实施例四提供的接入网设备的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 本 实施例的接入网设备可以包括获取模块 41和发送模块 42。 其中, 获取模块 41 用于在 UE接入家庭网络时, 获取 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息; 发送 模块 42用于向业务服务器发送获取模块 41获取的上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息, 以使上述业务服务器根据上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位 置信息, 向上述 UE发送业务消息。
其中, 上述 UE的标识信息可以包括但不限于国际移动用户识別码
( International Mobile Subscriber Identifier, 简称 IMSI )或 UE所属的封闭用 户组 ( Closed Subscriber Group, 简称 CSG )标识 ( CSG ID )。
其中, 上述 U E的位置信息可以包括但不限于 UE所在小区的小区标识 ( CELL ID ) 、 UE接入家庭基站的家庭基站标识 ( HNB ID )或 UE接入家庭基 站的地理信息。 其中, 家庭基站的地理信息可以包括但不限于运营商 /用户为每 个家庭基站设置的经纬度信息、 家庭基站的网络信息( Internet Information )例 如: IP地址、 媒体访问控制 (Media Access Control, 简称 MAC )地址等。
可选地, 本实施例中的发送模块 42具体可以根据 UE与业务的对应关系, 向与上述 UE对应的业务的业务服务器发送上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位 置信息。
可选地, 本实施例中的发送模块 42具体可以根据 UE与业务的对应关系、 时间信息与业务的对应关系, 向与上述 UE和获取的时间信息对应的业务的业 务服务器发送上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息,上述时间信息为获取 模块 41获取到上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息的时刻对应的时间信 可选地, 本实施例中的发送模块 42具体还可以通过家庭基站位置业务网 关, 向业务服务器发送上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息。
本实施例中, 在 UE接入家庭网络时, 通过获取模块获取 UE的标识信息和 上述 UE的位置信息, 进而使得发送模块能够向业务服务器发送获取模块获取 的上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信 从而使得业务服务器能够根据获 取的上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息, 向上述 UE发送业务消息, 本 实施例中的业务服务器不依赖于 MSC就能够获得 UE的位置信息, 能够避免由 于家庭基站工作在封闭模式下, 家庭基站网关拒绝准入列表之外的 UE的接入 而导致的业务服务器无法根据 UE的位置信息触发对应的业务消息的问题, 提 高了业务消息下发的灵活性和效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可 以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存 储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储 介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其限 制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员 应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其 中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的 本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种位置信息处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在 UE接入家庭网络时, 接入网设备获取 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置 信息;
所述接入网设备向业务服务器发送所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信 息, 以使所述业务服务器根据所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息, 向所 述 UE发送业务消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE的位置信息包括 UE所在小区的小区标识或 UE接入家庭基站的家庭基站标识。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备向业务服务 器发送所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息, 包括:
所述接入网设备根据 UE与业务的对应关系, 向与所述 UE对应的业务的业 务服务器发送所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备向业务服务 器发送所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息, 包括:
所述接入网设备根据 UE与业务的对应关系、 时间信息与业务的对应关系, 向与所述 UE和获取的时间信息对应的业务的业务服务器发送所述 UE的标识信 息和所述 UE的位置信息, 所述时间信息为所述接入网设备获取到上述 UE的标 识信息和上述 UE的位置信息的时刻对应的时间信息。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE与业务的对应 关系包括:
U E的标识信息与业务的对应关系; 和 /或
UE的位置信息与业务的对应关系。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入 网设备向业务服务器发送所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息, 包括: 所述接入网设备通过家庭基站位置业务网关, 向业务服务器发送所述 UE 的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述家庭基站位置业务网关根据 UE与业务的对应关系, 向与所述 UE对应 的业务的业务服务器发送所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述家庭基站位置业务网关根据 UE与业务的对应关系、 时间信息与业务的 对应关系, 向与所述 UE和获取的时间信息对应的业务的业务服务器发送所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息, 所述时间信息为所述家庭基站位置业务 网关获取到上述 UE的标识信息和上述 UE的位置信息的时刻对应的时间信息。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE与业务的对应 关系包括:
UE的标识信息与业务的对应关系; 和 /或
UE的位置信息与业务的对应关系。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 4、 7或 8任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备包括家庭基站或家庭基站网关。
1 1、 一种接入网设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于在 UE接入家庭网络时, 获取 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的 位置信息;
发送模块, 用于向业务服务器发送所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信 息, 以使所述业务服务器根据所述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息, 向所 述 UE发送业务消息。
12、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述 UE的位置信 息包括 UE所在小区的小区标识或 UE接入家庭基站的家庭基站标识。
13、 根据权利要求 1 1或 12所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模 块具体用于
根据 UE与业务的对应关系, 向与所述 UE对应的业务的业务服务器发送所 述 UE的标识信息和所述 UE的位置信息。

15、 根据权利要求 1 1或 12所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模 块具体用于
