第二种是透明式视频眼镜, 像普通的眼镜一样既可以看路又可以看视 频, 现在该类产品多使用发光二极管 ( Light Emitting Diode , LED )技术投 影实现, 其使用的是专用的镜片, 该方式对于近视客户不方便, 不能根据 其校正视力所需的度数做任何调节, 所以出现的产品也较少。
上述视频眼镜虽然能和一些手机等终端连接, 但属于特殊眼镜, 需要 用户单独购买, 价格比较贵, 而且往往功能单一, 只能观看视频, 没有和 手机等终端很好的融合, 功能上没有得到很好的扩展。 另外, 目前大多数 视频眼镜与终端之间釆用有线连接, 给用户在使用上带来不便。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种多功能投影眼镜及应用该 眼镜的系统, 使得用户能够通过眼镜镜片上的投影获取信息。 本发明釆用的技术方案是, 所述多功能投影眼镜, 在眼镜上嵌入一个 至少包括小型投影设备、 管理模块和无线通讯模块的投影装置, 其中, 管理模块, 用于通过无线通讯模块与其它电子设备终端建立无线连接, 控制小型投影设备的开启和关闭;
小型投影设备, 用于接收从无线通讯模块传来的显示数据, 投影到眼 镜的镜片上;
无线通讯模块, 用于与所述电子设备终端进行无线数据交互。

本发明第一实施例, 一种多功能投影眼镜, 该眼镜与电子设备终端配 合使用, 可以使配戴该眼镜的用户在拥挤环境中不必通过操作电子设备终 端获取文本信息。 具体实施例的电子设备终端以手机为例, 该眼镜与手机 在使用状态的示意图如图 1所示。
该多功能投影眼镜的具体结构是, 在眼镜上嵌入一个包括小型投影设 备、 管理模块和无线通讯模块的投影装置, 如图 2所示, 本实施例中, 投 影装置为一立方壳体, 壳体的侧面 A靠近人脸。 图 3为投影装置外壳面向 镜片一面的结构示意图, 投影装置外壳体的中间设有供眼镜的镜腿穿过的 通孔 S2 ,在投影装置外壳体面向镜片的一面,且避开该通孔 S2处设置投影 口 Sl。投影口 S1优选的设置在靠近镜腿内侧一边的上方或者下方,使透射 光线避开镜腿的遮挡即可。
在加工制造时, 投影装置可以直接固定在目艮镜的镜腿上, 也可以在投 影装置的下方设置一个用于封闭通孔 S2的开关盖 E, 将眼镜的镜腿从下向 上放入通孔 S2后, 闭合开关盖 E, 则可固定眼镜的镜腿。 除此之外, 开关 盖 E还可以设置在投影装置上方的顶面 D处。 投影装置可以根据用户需求 在镜腿上前后移动, 以不影响用户舒适佩戴眼镜且投影清晰度最高为佳。
投影装置中各部分的连接关系如图 4所示, 其中, 包括管理模块、 无 线通讯模块和小型投影设备, 具体的: 所述管理模块通过无线通讯模块与电子设备终端, 即手机建立无线连 接, 控制小型投影设备的开启和关闭, 具体包括如下过程:

需要说明的是,无线通讯模块基于蓝牙协议或者 WIFI协议只是比较典 型的局域网应用类型, 但不限于此, 在广域网中, 无线通讯模块还可基于 宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, WCDMA )、 码分 多址接入 2000 ( Code Division Multiple Access 2000, CDMA2000 )、 时分同 步码分多址接入 ( Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access, TD-SCDMA )、 波存取全球互通( Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, WIMAX )及长期演进(Long Term Evolution, LTE )等协议与手机 等电子设备终端进行无线连接和数据交互。 在局域网中, 无线通讯模块可 以基于 WIFI、 蓝牙、 WAPI等协议与手机等电子设备终端连接。
步骤 A2, 管理模块接收手机发来的控制命令开启小型投影设备, 手机 通过无线通讯模块向小型投影设备发送文本数据; 另外, 还可以通过传送 文本数据所建立的数据链路通道传送视频数据。

步骤 B3 , 手机通过无线通讯模块向小型投影设备发送文本数据, 比如 短信, 以及音频数据, 无线通讯模块向音频输出设备发送音频数据, 音频 录制设备录制用户的语音并转换为电信号, 通过无线通讯模块发送给手机。 音频输出设备和音频录制设备可以同时存在, 用于扩展手机的通话功能, 也可以分别单独出现, 比如单有音频输出设备时, 可以支持播放手机端传 来的音频数据, 但不能实现通话。 该音频录制设备可以是一个声电转换设 备, 比如麦克等, 该音频设备可以功率放大器或、 耳机等。

多功能投影眼镜, 用于接收电子设备终端发来的文本数据, 投影显示 在眼镜的镜片上; 还用于播放音频数据, 将录制用户的语音并转换为电信 号并发送给电子设备终端, 实现音频播放或者语音通话。 釆用本发明在普通眼镜的镜腿上嵌入投影装置, 其成本比开发专业虚 拟眼镜的成本低, 该多功能投影眼镜可以在嘈杂的环境或人比较多, 手机 放在包中不便拿出的情况下接收短信, 将其投影到眼镜上, 并通过嵌入在 投影装置中的麦克和耳机进行语音通话, 操作方便, 极大的扩展了普通眼 镜的功能。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种多功能投影眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述眼镜上嵌入有一个至少包 括小型投影设备、 管理模块和无线通讯模块的投影装置; 其中,
管理模块, 用于通过无线通讯模块与其它电子设备终端建立无线连接, 控制小型投影设备的开启和关闭;
小型投影设备, 用于接收从无线通讯模块传来的显示数据, 投影到眼 镜的镜片上;
无线通讯模块, 用于与所述电子设备终端进行数据交互。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述多功能投影眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述投影装置 外壳体上设有供眼镜的镜腿穿过的通孔, 在所述投影装置外壳体设置面向 所述眼镜的镜片的投影口;
所述在眼镜上嵌入投影装置的方式为: 将眼镜的镜腿穿过所述通孔并 固定。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述多功能投影眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述管理 模块通过无线通讯模块与其它电子设备终端建立无线连接, 控制小型投影 设备的开启和关闭, 包括:
所述电子设备终端基于局域网或者广域网的无线协议, 与无线通讯模 块建立无线连接;
所述管理模块接收所述电子设备终端的控制命令开启小型投影设备, 同时所述电子设备终端通过所述无线通讯模块向所述小型投影设备发送显 示数据;
当所述投影装置与所述电子设备之间的距离超出无线连接的范围时, 或者显示数据在镜片上投影显示超过预定时间后, 所述管理模块关闭小型 投影设备。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述多功能投影眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述投影 装置还包括: 与管理模块连接的音频输出设备;
所述管理模块, 还用于控制音频输出设备的开启和关闭;
所述音频输出设备, 用于通过无线通讯模块接收电子设备终端发来的 音频数据并播放。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述多功能投影眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述音频输出 设备为: 功率放大器或者耳机。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述多功能投影眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述投影装置 还包括: 与管理模块连接的音频录制设备;
所述管理模块, 还用于控制音频录制设备的开启和关闭;
所述音频录制设备, 用于将录制的用户语音并转换为电信号, 通过无 线通讯模块发送给电子设备终端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述多功能投影眼镜, 其特征在于, 所述音频录制 设备为: 声电转换设备。
8、 一种应用权利要求 1所述多功能投影眼镜的系统, 其特征在于, 包 括: 所述多功能投影眼镜以及与其建立无线连接的电子设备终端, 其中, 电子设备终端, 用于向多功能投影眼镜发送控制命令和显示数据; 多功能投影眼镜, 用于接收电子设备终端发来的显示数据, 投影到所 述多功能投影眼镜的镜片上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子设备终端, 还用 于向多功能投影眼镜发送音频数据;
所述多功能投影目艮镜, 还用于播放音频数据。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述系统, 其特征在于, 所述多功能投影眼镜, 还用于将录制的用户语音转换为电信号并发送给电子设备终端;
所述电子设备终端, 还用于接收多功能投影眼镜发送来的用户语音。
