Abstract

곡물 로스터 및 그 제어방법을 개시한다. 곡물 로스터는 주변 경사면에 다수의 통공이 형성된 접시형 바닥판과 상기 바닥판 에지로부터 상방향으로 연장된 원통형 측벽을 가진 챔버와, 챔버 중심선 상에 배치된 회전축과, 회전축에 고정되고 접시형 바닥판의 중앙 평탄면에 쌓인 곡물을 주변 경사면 방향으로 밀어내는 회전날개와, 원통형 측벽에 일단이 고정되고 회전날개의 높이 보다 높게 쌓인 곡물을 챔버 중심방향으로 가이드 하는 가이드 날개를 포함한다. 따라서 수직축 회전날개 교반식을 채택하면서도 다양한 양의 곡물을 한번에 골고루 잘 볶을 수 있다.
