Description

휴대용 전조등
본 발명은 휴대용 전조등에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세히는 발광다이오드(LED)를 이용한 조명기구로서 휴대가 가능하고 태양열을 이용한 축전지로써 나방 등의 해충퇴치기능을 구비한 휴대용 전등 겸 전조등에 관한 것이다.
밤낚시를 하거나 야영을 할 때 필수적인 것이 손전등과 같은 야외용 전등이다. 야영용 전등으로서는 밤길을 밝혀주는 전등으로서는 손전등과 텐트 안을 밝히는 야외 램프가 있다. 그러나 손전등은 그 밝기에 한계가 있고 장시간 사용시 전지를 교환해야 하는 문제로 인해 오랜 시간 켜놓을 수가 없다. 야외용 램프는 가스나 석유 등을 이용하는 것이므로 손전등보다는 오래 사용할 수 있지만 이것 역시 연료가 사용되면 연료를 교환해야 한다.
무엇보다 이들 전등은 모두 불만 밝히는 기능만 있기 때문에 불빛을 좇아 모여드는 해충을 불러올 뿐 이를 퇴치할 수 있는 기능은 없다.
이같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 발명으로 대한민국 실용신안공보 제1992-0000019호(출원번호20-1989-0015042)는 훈증기가 부착된 랜턴을 개시하고 있는데,이 고안은 교류전압을 직류전압으로 변환하여 축전지를 충전시키는 충전수단과, 라이트 기능을 위해 상, 하 회전 가능한 전등을 구비한 랜턴에 있어서 ; 비상사태 발생시 상기의 전등을 소정의 주기로 반복 점멸시키기 위한 점멸제어부와 : 상기 랜턴의 외부에 부착되며, 축전지의 전원을 공급받아 동작되어 뱀, 지네 또는 모기와 같은 해충을 쫓기 위한 해충 방지부로 구성된 훈증기가 부착된 랜턴이다.
그러나 이 고안은 전력이 공급되지 않은 야외에서 방전될 경우 충전을 할 수 없다는 문제점과 훈증 재료가 떨어지면 이를 보충해야 하는 문제점은 여전히 해결되지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 본 발명자는 발광다이오드(이하 'LED'라 칭한다)와 태양열 전지를 이용하여 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 더욱 기능이 개선된 본 발명을 개시한다.
본 발명의 목적은 휴대가능한 야외용 전조등을 겸한 전등을 제공하는 데 있다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 조명부(3) 및 축전지 등 부품이 수용된 전등의 본체케이스(5)와, 상기 본체케이스에 부착되어 개폐 가능한 뚜껑(7)으로 이루어지되, 상기 조명부는 제1반사판(30)과 상기 제1반사판에 형성된 LED전구 결합공(32)에 결합된 LED전구(SL)와 이들 전구 각각에 깔때기형 제2반사판(36)이 결합되며, 상기 뚜껑 안쪽면은 태양열 집광부(70)로 이루어진다.
위 발명의 상기 뚜껑(7)은 사용시 본체케이스 반대편에 접혀질 수 있도록 본체 저면에 접힘수단을 포함하되 반폭의 접착부(74)와 반폭의 분리부(72)로 이루어지거나 일자형 바를 사용하여 접힘수단을 구현할 수 있다.
특히, 상기 뚜껑의 바깥쪽 상단면과, 본체 반대편 케이스 표면에 탈부착이 용이한 부착수단으로서, 벨크로(V,V')나 자석을 사용하면 사용 및 이동시 편리하다.

본 발명의 조명부(3)는 맨 아래에 제1반사판(30)이 구비되고, 상기 제1반사판에는 LED전구를 설치할 수 있는 결합공(32)이 형성된다. 상기 결합공에는 결합링(34)이 접착제 등으로 고정되고 결합링에 삽입된 슈퍼 LED전구(SL)를 수용하는 깔때기형 제2반사판(36)을 결합하였다. 이 제2반사판은 투명한 재질로서 빛의 직진성을 강화하며 방향조절이 가능하여 비추는 거리와 넓이를 조절할 수 있게 한다.
케이스 본체(5)는 사용시 노출되는 상기 해충퇴치부(1)와 조명부(3)를 전면부로 하고, 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이 배면에는 개폐가능한 배면뚜껑(50)으로 구성되어 배면공간(55)에 축전지와 배선 및 기타 부품을 수용하여 필요할 경우 개폐가 용이하도록 구성하였으며, 윗쪽에 조작부(스위치) 및 USB전원탭(U)과 손잡이(9)를 달아 사용상 편리하도록 하였다.
본 발명의 전면뚜껑(7)은 도 1,2에서 보는 바와 같이 안쪽면을 태양열집광판(70)으로 구성하되, 뚜껑을 젖히면 케이스 본체 뒷면으로 접혀 부착될 수 있도록, 접힘수단으로서 도 4에서처럼 본체와의 결합부를 반폭의 접착부(74)와 반폭의 분리부(72)로 구성하여, 축전시나 사용시에 본체 뒷면으로 젖혀 고정함으로써 편리함을 더했다.
상기 접힘수단은 도 6과 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 본체 하단변 중앙의 고정부(76)에 일측이 회동하도록 고정되고 뚜껑 하단 측면의 고정부(78)에 타측이 회동하도록 고정된 바아(77)로 형성할 수도 있다.
전면 뚜껑의 뒷면 고정수단으로는 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이 상기 전면 뚜껑의 바깥쪽 상단에 일측 벨크로(도면부호 붙이지 않음)를 장착하고, 케이스 본체 반대편 표면에 이에 상응하는 타측 벨크로(V)를 사용하였다. 그러나 고정수단이 여기에 한정되는 것은 아니며 자석을 사용하는 것이 더 편리할 수 있다.
이렇게 구성된 본 발명은 사용시에는 도 1 또는 4와 같이, 충전시 역시 도 1 또는 도 4와 같은 형태로 사용할 수 있으며, 운반 및 보관시에는 도 5와 같은 형태가 된다.
도 6, 7은, 케이스 본체(5)의 양측면에 다리(80)를 부착한 실시예를 도시한 것이다. 다리는 일명 카메라 다리처럼 신축부(84)를 포함하는 것으로서 측면의 중앙에 나비너트(82)를 이용하여 회동가능하게 장착하였다.
이처럼 다리(80)를 부착하게 되면 도 6의 본체 케이스 배면에 형성한 LED를 이용한 교통신호용 표시부(90)를 사용할 때 방향을 바꾸기 위해 케이스 본체(5)를 뒤집어 손잡이가 있는 상면이 저면이 되지 않도록 하는 데 유용하다.
상기 교통신호용 표시부는 제어부에 의해 점멸하거나 화살표 꼬리에서 머리쪽으로 순차적으로 점멸하도록 함으로써 방향성을 표시하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 7에 표시된 시거잭(96)은 차량으로부터 전원을 끌어와 본 발명의 전조등을 충전하기 위한 수단이다.
도 8은 또 다른 실시예로서 케이스 본체의 상면에 전원인출부로서 USB전원탭(U, 도 5) 대신 뚜껑을 구비한 시가잭 소켓(92)을 설치한 것이다. 미설명부호 94는 광센서이다. 광센서는 조도가 낮아져 일정한 수준에 이르면 자동으로 전등에 전원이 들어오고 조도가 높아져 밝아지면 자동으로 전원이 차단되도록 하는 기능을 한다.
지금까지의 실시예는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 보다 쉽고 명확히 이해할 수 있도록 하나의 예를 든 것에 불과하다.
따라서, 도 1에서 전면 뚜껑의 맞은 편(또는 측면)에 별도의 뚜껑을 추가하여 도 4와 같은 상태로 충전을 할 경우 지면의 돌출부 등으로부터 전면부를 보호하는 수단을 강구할 수도 있으며, 이 경우 별도의 뚜껑이 케이스 본체 배면으로 용이하게 접히고 또한 접혀서 고정될 수 있도록 전면 뚜껑과 같거나 이와 유사한 구조를 채택할 수 있다.
또한, 조명부의 일부 또는 전부의 LED전구에 빨간색 불빛이 발광하도록 구성하고 점멸할 수 있는 기능을 추가하면 도로상에 정차할 경우 차량의 뒷 편에 설치하는 표지등으로 사용할 수 있다.
아울러 위 실시예에서 해충퇴치부(1)를 제거하면 청구항 제1항 내지 제4항의 발명에 해당하고 이는 당업자에게 용이하므로 해충퇴치부를 포함한 실시예만 도시한다.
이밖에 부품을 추가하거나 생략하는 등 당업자라면 본 발명의 범위 안에서 다양한 변형이 가능하다. 이 경우 보호범위는 오직 청구항에 의해서 결정되어야 하는 것임은 당연하다 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 조명부(3) 및 축전지가 수용된 전등의 케이스 본체(5)와, 상기 케이스 본체에 부착되어 개폐 가능한 전면 뚜껑(7)으로 이루어지되, 상기 조명부(3)는 제1반사판(30)과 상기 제1반사판에 형성된 LED전구 결합공(32)에 결합된 LED전구(SL)와 이들 LED전구(SL) 각각에 깔때기형 제2반사판(36)이 결합되며, 상기 전면 뚜껑의 안쪽면은 태양열 집광부(70)로 이루어지고,
    상기 전면 뚜껑(7)은 사용시 케이스본체 반대편으로 접혀질 수 있도록 접힘수단을 포함하되, 상기 접힘수단은 본체 저면에 반폭의 접착부(74)와 반폭의 분리부(72)로 이루어지거나 본체 하단변 중앙의 고정부(76)에 일측이 회동하도록 고정되고 뚜껑 하단 측면의 고정부(78)에 타측이 회동하도록 고정된 바아(77)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전조등
  2. 조명부(3) 및 축전지가 수용된 전등의 케이스 본체(5)와, 상기 케이스 본체에 부착되어 개폐 가능한 전면 뚜껑(7)으로 이루어지되, 상기 조명부(3)는 제1반사판(30)과 상기 제1반사판에 형성된 LED전구 결합공(32)에 결합된 LED전구(SL)와 이들 LED전구(SL) 각각에 깔때기형 제2반사판(36)이 결합되며, 상기 전면 뚜껑의 안쪽면은 태양열 집광부(70)로 이루어지고,
    상기 전면 뚜껑(3)의 바깥면 상단이 케이스 본체(5)의 반대편 표면 상단에 분리가능하게 부착될 수 있도록 벨크로나 자석으로써 부착수단을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전조등
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
    상기 케이스 본체(5)의 양 측면에 다리(80)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전조등
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
    상기 케이스 본체(5)는 조명부(3)와 분리되는 공간에 해충퇴치부(1)를 추가로 구비하되, 상기 해충퇴치부는 해충유인용 LED광원(16)과 살충용 도전체망(12)과 안전망(10)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전조등
  5. 제4항에서,
    상기 해충퇴치부의 해충유인용 LED광원(16)과 살충용 도전체망(12) 사이에 확광판(14)이 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전조등
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
    상기 케이스 본체(5)는 내부를 쉽게 열어볼 수 있도록 뒷부분에 배면뚜껑(50)이 분리가능하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전조등
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
    상기 케이스 본체(5)에 전원인출부(U 또는 96)를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전조등
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
    상기 케이스 본체(5)에 차량용 충전잭(96)을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전조등
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
